What these forms of travel have in common that distinguishes them from many other lifestyle choices is sustained physical mobility. Whilst social scientists dispute just how ‘new’ mobilities are to our lives (Creswell, 2010; Sheller & Urry, 2006), less disputable is that globalisation, with mobility as a crucial characteristic, is leading to different ways of understanding identities and relating to place. As such, the current paper not only contributes the first empirical material to advance past speculative evidence that backpacking can extend to a way life (Noy & Cohen, 2005; Welk, 2004; Westerhausen, 2002), but it also contextualises this form of lifestyle travel within a wider discussion in the social sciences of how physical mobility can affect and challenge the ways in which we experience ourselves, others and places over time. When thinking about the process that leads from theoretical constructs to survey questions, it is useful to distinguish between conceptualization and operationalization. Before questions can be formulated, researchers must decide which concepts they wish to measure. They must define they intend to measure by naming the concept, describing its properties and its scope, and defining important subdomains of its meaning. The subsequent process of operationalization involves choosing empirical indicators for each concept or each subdomain. Theoretical concepts are often referred to as ‘constructs’ to emphasize that they are theoretical concepts that have been invented or adopted for a specific scientific purpose (Kerlinger, 1986). Fowler and Cosenza’s (Chapter 8) 8 discussion of the distinction between constructs and survey questions follows these line of reasoning.

The purpose of this research is to find out what are the main problems of the first year of the enterprises and how does the entrepreneurship impact the entrepreneur. To study this, an empirical deductive research was conducted in a Pärnu County company called AS Baltic Pack EST. The particular example was chosen because the creator of the enterprise Mr. Raivo Tammeleht is a good example of an entrepreneur emerging from a regular day worker without previous economic knowledge or the initial capital. PREVENTION AMONG INFANTS ABSTRACT This research is a theoretical literature review. The aim of this research was to describe diaper dermatitis causing factors, relieving methods and preventing methods among infants. Resources used in this paper were published in years 2007 2017 and were available as free full texts. Authors used 40 resources and 38 of them were evidence based articles of wich 22 were theoretical literature reviews and 16 empirical researches. Diaper dermatitis is the most common skin problem during infancy. Main causing factors are prolonged contact with urine and faeces, increased skin pH, diet, diaper changing frequency and the type of diaper used. It is recommended to change diapers frequently, wash diaper area with clean water or with wet baby-napkins, moisture skin with water-oil based lotion after washing with water, give airbaths, use skin-care products that are
