„Whatever course you decide upon, there is always someone to tell you that you are wrong . There are always difficulties arising which tempt you to believe that your critics are right. To map out a course of action and follow it to an end requires courage.“ - Ralph Waldo Emerson
This quato , mentioned before , gives me confidence to do great things myself in life and pursue them into bigger ones one day ahead . In these moments i like to remember what Napoleon Hill once said: „If you can´t do great things, do small things in a great way.“ The things is, that everyone has to start somewhere, to find their own way in this life-that is the reason why i am writing this letter at this very moment, to let you know , that i am ready to make a change .
To introduce myself, i would use one word-determined. I am 19 years old girl from Estonia and i live in two cities at the same time. During my school time i live in Tartu and when i want to charge my batteries i take a trip to smaller city and my hometown called Rakvere. Itmight be little , but it has it´s own way to fancy people. For example our city is known for a running event-„ Night run“ where for 2 years i have been a volunteer to encourage and help people who have come together to Rakvere for one goal -to run a distance and share good emotions .
I have attended primary school in a school what is near to Rakvere, in an english KALLAK class . I furthered my studies at Rakvere Vocational school for the next 2 years. That is also the start of my cookery studies what i continued in Tartu Vocational Education Centre . For now, i have finished my high school studies, but my cookery qualification studies are still going on. These amazing years, what i have spent in a world of excellence in cookery are memorable. Probably the highlight for my studies was the opportunity what i found myself trough the Internet , during my 2 year studies. I had a rare chance to do my trainee period in well-known Jamie Oliver restaurant in London. That is Jamie´s first restaurant and also a place , where very many young students are trained to give them a better future. The period spent there is something what i would never change. Variety of cultures and thoughts, but one dream and a one team . What and inspiring place to be, to learn about food, cultures, different opinions on world, business and hospitality . Leaving from England was hard , for some reason a piece of me left there, so that was the moment i promised to myself, that i will go back to study in this multicultural environment.
The second achievement i made at my first year secondary school studies, was when i decided to do research work in history and got recognition from Estonian president for reflecting everyday life. The theme was: „ Changes during 20 years of independence-Changes in Estonians eating habits“.
The third bigger breaktrough came , after my Estonian teacher asked my if i would be interested of taking part from and essay -writing competition , where the main prize would be a trip to Brussels , European Parliament and meeting with Siiri Oviir, who is working as a deputy in European Parliament. The theme of this essay was „How you live-Estonian child ?“ And on one autumn evening, after school i got a call where i was told that i had won 2-3 place and will be flying to Brussels in spring.
From these moments on, i realised that you can only get somewhere if you do something yourself. I would not have had these opportunities if i would have just waited for good luck. It made me think, what i would like to do in the future and where to be. I already knew, that my dream was to study abroad, and after Brussels it came to me. I wanted to study something that influences many lives in a positive way.
So to further my intrests, i started reading books written by successful people-Robert T.Kiyosaki, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Branson, Robin Sharma. I believe that these people are not only successful in business, they just know how to influence others in a positive way, how to make smart decisions and live an amazing life. From these books you learn how to be a great professional and how important really a great education is in order to understand the world as a system and to handle it in the way you like it.
I have also finished a „Entrepreneurship“ course last year to develop my understandings about economy, finances , business and marketing .
All things together, i have to say, that my main goal is to get an education what is sustainable . I believe that it is the key of a successfuul future, when you can learn a thing you like and know how to use every bit of it in your and others lives in the future. And as Robin Sharma has started he´s book „The leader who had no title“ with the words : „Anyone´s biggest dreams don´t come true, when they don´t start from the little ones“ Ralph Charell, i would finish my statement.

This year I participated in a work shadow day. I remember that I had to fill in different forms, concerning the subject of the theme. I got back an answer that they do not have anynobody to offer me at the moment. Although they attracted my attention that I had a chance to apply for the crowns of the work shadow day, for who was a really tough competition. I saw there was even the foreign minister. At that moment I instantly knew that I really wanted to be his work shadow. I dared to write my motivation letter and also sent my CV. Days later and I got a phone call, telling I was elected to be the working shadow of the foreign minister! Later I found out that for his place was the toughest competition in Estonia. I had an unforgettable day with the foreign minister and its all because I had enough selfconfidence in myself. This is a small example, but I want to say that you shoul never be afraid of doing something ambitious, even when others do not have faith in you. It

example zoom or Microsoft and other platforms. Even in the university these days we have a lot of so say dinosaurs, who don’t know how to put a grade in the system, or make a power point presentation. You ask how are those things happening, well I don’t know. It’s really sad. Also, I feel that in our society we have a common attitude that learning is for young people. In addition to the limited financial opportunities, self-improvement is also hampered by a lack of interest and motivation among adults. And the profession of teacher is not attractive: the proportion of young and male teachers and the competition for teacher training curricula is small, the teacher studied does not go to school. When I started studying to be a teacher, we had the greatest number of students for the last 7 years, it was around 109 people. Now this year it was something around 87 people. The situation is getting worse each year. Problems that the new strategy acknowledges are next

Education

Education Education is so multifaceted that it is difficult for me to know where to begin discussing it, or how to prioritize the many factors. Relaying my own experience is easy: I had a standard classroom approach, supplemented by inordinate reading. In only the briefest and least memorable instances did I receive any individual tutoring. Education is commonly thought of as the job of schools. Adults cry "educate our children!" Everyone has opinions about the best way to do the job. It is of urgent importance, and all the numerous factors are much studied, debated, and new (or old) ideas continually tested or retested. Some people say "it's as simple as . . . " and then name their pet peeve or passion. My view is not of an education specialist, but of one who loves sharing what I learn, and owes much to educators. Since I don't have an educational theory neatly worked-out, nor an outline of my perceptions, my intent is to address each educational ingredient that comes to my m

THE CAPITALIST NIGER

THE CAPITALIST NIGER Chika Onyeani ………………………Every African must internalise this book - period….DAA INTRODUCTION In October 1960, Nigeria received its independence from Britain. By then, Ghana the former Gold Coast had been independent for three years under the great Osagyefo Kwame Nkumah. It was a time for celebrating Africa’s coming of age, as more and more African countries received their independence either from Britain or France. It was especially a poignant time for Africa, as then British Prime Minister Harold McMillan articulated his now famous “winds of change” sweeping Africa. We had high hopes for Africa, for the Black race, that the insidious imposition of foreign rule on us, the looting of Africa’s natural resources by our colonial masters accorded us would be things of history. That is more than forty years ago. Unfortunately, the promise of independence has not been fulfilled. Today, Africa has become more desolate; there is more starvation

British Cuisine Some people criticize English food. They say it's unimaginable, boring, tasteless, it's chips with everything and totally overcooked vegetables. The basic ingredients, when fresh, are so full of flavour that British haven't had to invent sauces to disguise their natural taste. What can compare with fresh pees or new potatoes just boiled and served with butter? Why drown spring lamb in wine or cream and spices, when with just one or two herbs it is absolutely delicious? If you ask foreigners to name some typically English dishes, they will probably say "Fish and chips" then stop. It is disappointing, but true that, there is no tradition in England of eating in restaurants, because the food doesn't lend itself to such preparation. English cooking is found at home. So it is difficult to a good English restaurant with a reasonable prices. In most cities in Britain you'll find Indian, Chinese, French and Italian restaurants. In London you'll also find Indonesian,

About myself

About Myself From the very start I should say that it is not an easy thing to speak about myself as it is hard to have a look at yourself from aside, but at the same time who knows you better than you yourself do? I am a girl of sixteen. When I look at myself in the mirror I see a blond girl with short straight hair, dark eyes and slander figure. As to my appearance I'm rather tall and slim. I have never thought I'm a beauty I whish I were more beautiful. I think that I'm even tempered, rather reserved, calm and modest. But sometimes I can lose my tempo and become either angry or sad. I like staying alone and sometimes I retire into my shell. But at the same time I like my friends, I like to laugh and joke. I have got a sense of humour. It means I understand humour and appreciate it. There are many things in our life I like and some I dislike. I like when everything is OK. Being happy is one way of being wise. I like to study because knowledge is us
