Some people say that children should be given a chance to solve their problems on their own. Some people say that parents should make all their children’s decisions until the children are 18. By the law of our country, parents have the right to make important decisions about their children's lives. Parental obligations end when a child reaches the age of majority, which is 18 years old. Until that, parents are free to make all decisions relating to the welfare of their child as they see fit. Because of that law, some people say that parents should make all their children’s decisions until the children are 18. However, other people say that children should be given a chance to solve their problems on their own. There are parents who prefer to make all decisions for their kids. Some of them do it because they are afraid to see their child suffering through

Friends have more influence than family

Friends have more influence than family A lot of peole think, that teenagers care more about their friends than family. Some in the other hand, don't. But why do people even think, that teenagers have more influence than family? For sure, children love their parents and parents love them. Family always wants the best for the child and every child should appreciate that. Parents can always help the child, for example when the child is making wrong decisions in life. Parents know you the best, and in my mind, it's necessary to have you family influence the most. In the other hand, friends, who are at the same age and who are giving you the help with making decisions in life, can't guaratnee that their information is the best. When you are at young age, definitely family has more influence than friends. You haven't found out the real and fake friends. The more you grow, the more you get to know people and their skill of being a good friend

possible to wrap all of those years into that one minute. They have an opinion that all those years only count if you use the time completely, without wasting it on activities and choices that make you unhappy. On the one hand I agree with this statement, people often live their lives without ever doing anything useful or something that really makes them happy. They are often very materialistic and that forces them to make decisions that do not really make them happy and therefore they are not really using the time that they have been given. On the other hand, it is physically impossible for people to live hundred years without really living a minute. To sum up, many say that it is possible to live hundred years without really living a minute if you make the right decisions and only get envolved with things you really like, but others disagree.

Person like that can transform his or her organization for major developement. A good leader needs to be able to laugh but a great leader should be abel to laugh at oneself. Secondly, a good leader is considering with his employees. Of course he or she has to have skills and knowledge on how to motivate workers and pave the way for company's success, but one cannot forget that leading requires a big responsibility. For example, if the head of a company makes bad financial decisions, everyone on that company is being influenced. In conclusin, I can say that the shape of a leader is never plain. Leadership is both art and science. Also, a good leader has to consider with his employees, be wise and make right decisions.

University or work?

After graduating high school we have to make a huge decision which may affect the rest of our life. We all have two options: to go to school or start working right away. It’s important to think early about what type of career you want to do in the future because this will help you on the road of choosing between work or university. If you choose to go to the university you need to know specifically what do you want to study and be sure of your decisions. Going to university may be expensive, because tuition fees can be high and you will probably need to take loans to pay it or even take a part-time job. But university definitely means higher salary and better education because most of the jobs require higher education or specific degree. Working is better than university in a way that you will be making money straight away and may start saving money to invest it in future. As well as you would only depend on yourself

Millised on mind huvitava valdkonna baastekstid?

Pealkirja järgi pakub mulle huvi ka järgmine kirjutis: Turban, D. B., Campion, J. E., & Eyring, A. R. (1995) „Factors related to job acceptance decisions of college graduates“. Mind huvitab, mis siis on ikkagi need faktorid, mis panevad ühe tudengi raamatuid müüma minema või mis panevad ühe keskkooli õpilase terveks aastaks välismaale elama ja õppima minema. Seal kasutatud kirjanduse loetelus oli ka Jürgen Habermasi ja Niklas Luhmanni teoseid. Kõigepealt otsin Google’ist, kas nende teostes võiks olla midagi, mida ma saaks enda uurimistöö alustekstina kasutada. Otsin „The theory of communicative action“ Google’ist,

The cost of production

The costs of production Production Decisions about production require individual agents to make decisions about the allocation and use of physical inputs. · Objectives of agents, technology, availability and quality of inputs determine the nature of these decisions. Since the objectives are often pecuniary, it is often necessary to relate the decisions about the physical units of inputs and outputs to the costs of production. · If the prices of the inputs and the production relationships are known (or understood), it is possible to calculate or estimate all the cost relationships for each level of output.

Notable among these are three with rival Joe Frazier and one with George Foreman, whom he beat by knockout to win the world heavyweight title for the second time. He suffered only five losses (four decisions and one TKO by retirement from the bout) with no draws in his career, while amassing 56 wins (37 knockouts and 19 decisions). How he became e cultural icon? Ali was well known for his unorthodox fighting style, which he described as "float like a butterfly, sting like a bee", and employing techniques such as the rope-a- dope. He was also known for his pre-match hype, where he would "trash talk" opponents on television and in person some time before the match, often with rhymes.

Thesis Statement The Sorrows on Young Werther

My thesis statement is based on J.W. von Goethe's book ,,The Sorrows of Young Werther". I claim that the main character Werther was selfish, with low self-esteem and internally unhappy. Werther thought that all he did was best for everyone but he actually did not realize that with his behavior he was only hurting the people closest to him. Most of his thoughts and actions are based on his self-esteem, he is aspiring towards better solutions but does not really understand that the decisions he makes are not too good in the overall perspective. Although Werther has some brighter moments he cannot find peace and happiness in his mind and body, he is always wondering wat if... The selfishness can be seen in two turning-points of the book, when Werther leaves Wahlheim (place where Lotte lives) and when he commits suicide. From his point of view these are the only solutions but he is not thinking about Lotte who really appreciates him as a dear friend

On the one hand, there are definitely some good sides to going to work. If you could not choose the subject that you would study to learn then it is better to get a job. Working can show if there are any of professions you are good at, as it will arouse your interest in certain occupations. On the other hand, many people know what they want to do with their life after secondary school and therefore going to university is a good idea. Play sports and you get a lot more than a fit body

Everybody needs some sport while growing. It is not only because the world today is filled with computers and people are always sitting by desks. Sport has many positive effects on people besides having a fit body. There is a saying that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. Team sports show and teach how to work in a group, how to communicate. People who play sports can release some energy in the game also and they will be calmer, their decisions will be more calculated. Training regularly will teach how to divide their time between school or a job and training. I think that sport is a good way to teach a person some responsibility and consistence, too. To make some improvement in a certain sport a person has to keep training consistently. I would say that playing sports helps everybody to keep fit but there is much more to it. If we keep doing sports, then our ideas will stay fresh and clear.

I think that it is very brave to give his/her organ to some close relative and nobody have the rights to say to you: ,,Hey, why didn't you sell the organ to this stranger? '' Nobody. Still, selling human organ is something that every person can do or don't have to do at all. This is our decision whether we want to sell organ or not so let's make our decisions on our own. expectations of what type of species they should expect to find. When this ends up not being the case, as where warm water pollutant tolerant species are found in what would be considered cold water species habitat, then the biologists look closer into possible causes for the ecological imbalance. When combined with water chemistry, habitat, and stream invertebrate information, a clear picture of the ecological system is brought in to focus from which sound management decisions can be made. 8.1 Introduction · Electrofishing - use of electricity to: capture fish guide fish block the movement of fish Elektripüük öösel http://www.fisheries.org/units/education/fisheries_techniques/Chapter8/Night%20boat%20electrofishing %20unit.jpg Fish in an Electrical Field · Behavior change or reactive movement · Trauma from Stress due to physiology

There should be compulsory school subjects. Students should be allowed to choose the subjects they want to study. Do you agree?

Perhaps they should be allowed to choose subjects that they want to study. On one hand I think that subjects shoudn't be compulsory in high school because peolple should concentrate on the subjects that will be useful for them in the future. For example: for a person who wants to study Polish philology, maths and physics may not be important. Students should be given the opportunity to take their future into their own hands. So choosing a subject for student who hae had first hand decisions on what to do in high schools will be determinated for them and their career. On other hand, young people usually don't know what they will do in the future, so it can be very difficult for them to make a choice. They have to learn all subjects for a few years to have a possibility to choose some of them. Moreover, people need to have general knowledge about the world. It is good to know at least some basic things about everything. And of course some students

Ideal marriage

to express their wishes on whether or not they want children in the near future. Marriage should not be rushed into. I think it is very important for both sides to acknowledge the fact that tying the knot too early in life can lead up to a divorce. In my opinion, an ideal marriage can only be a result of a strong relationship that has had its ups and downs. I think it would be useful for all couples to rather wait a while before getting married, and not to make any haste decisions when it comes to something as serious as wedlock. All points considered, the main tip for having an ideal marriage is finding the right partner and being honest and straighforward with them. Respect and communication are vital parts to any wedlock, especially successful ones. Furthermore, the more mature the relationship is with your partner, the more likely it is you will have a happy and strong marriage.

Manners in Estonia

Manners in Estonia Kevin Pillau Hierarchy in Estonian Society Estonia is a hierarchical society. Age, experience and position earn respect. Older people are generally viewed as wiser and as a result revered and honoured. Elders are introduced first and in general are treated much like royalty. Those in senior positions bear the responsibility to make decisions in the interest of the group. Due to seniority titles are very important when addressing people. It is expected that you will use a person's title and their surname until invited to use their first name. Cultural Traditions Estonian culture as an identity is very strong. Oral traditions especially have played a key role in preserving traditions, stories and customs during Soviet administration. cutting edge of social innovation and embrace an enterprsing lifestyle. As the proverb said ,,Knowledge in youth is wisdom in age" the knowledge in youth will become wisdom during later years and time. Afcourse the older people are here to advise and guide the the youth, and we have still much to learn from them, but the old age have even more to learn from us. It's time for older to step back, and give an opportunity to the youth. The youth should be invloved in making important decisions. The Catcher in the Rye - kokkuvõte

To my mind, this novel is meant for the youngsters nearing adulthood, as their thinking is more critical, making the themes of the novel more understandable. On the whole, despite not being the most suitable for the youngest of readers, I find that the novel is a great insight into the mind of a troubled youngster attempting to find their place in life, overcoming obstacles and dealing with the consequences of their decisions, which is why it should and will remain in the list of timeless literature classics.

Pay-for performance: necessary or unsuitable way to increase efficiency in the public sector

To tell weather pay-for performance is good or a bad “thing” we need to discuss positive influence and negative impact of it and weight the results. Next discussion based on different scholars articles (Mogultay 2006, Hays 2010, Weibel et al. 2009) helps us to to that. What pay-for performance aims to do, is that it should boost public sector performance, as it does in private sector. The aim is to affect and motivate civil servants in a way, that they make “better” decisions. Pay-for performance supporters believe that this kind of motivation makes civil servants to make more quality work. This kind of external motivation produces competition and this puts servants in a position- when they want this extra income they need to work harder, better and be the best. Driven from this, the main argument that pay-for performance supporters brings out is that, this tool will raise the quality of decisions. Either organisational or individual. It is

How does the United States influence Estonia?

How does the United States influence Estonia? The United States of America is one of the most influential countries in the world. Its’ influence can be seen even in Estonia. Estonian national security is built upon being a member of NATO and it is dependent on Article 5. Therefore, it is important for us to be in good political relations with America because it is the most influential member of the organization. To stay in good terms some of our political decisions might be affected by the United States, however, it will stay out of the public view. Although Estonia is not directly dependant on America economically but as the United States’ economy has an effect on the global economy, we are bound to be influenced indirectly. In the cultural aspect, Americanisation is taking spreading all over the world. In our everyday life, we are exposed to American culture because it is everywhere: music, films, food. With
