Home reading ( magazine article ) : 1. " Government fails to serve up free school meals for all " from http://www.timesonline.co.uk 2. The article is about Scottish government who has failed to achieve it's goal of extending free school meals to all children in the first three years of education. This healthy meal serving is now extended because of the tight public finances caused by the economic slump. There's mentioned that at the moment government can only offer a healthy lunch for 20% of the pupils in Scotland. 3. This topic is interesting because now I can compare my school lunch with Scottish meals. Here we have it for free until the end of the primary school. It's also interesting to read how are they handling with this economic crisis. 4. reluctance vastumeelsus, magnetiline takistus provision säte, lepingutingimus

and personality development. For example students on one student organization share similar interest, hobby or religion and it helps to network being in one group and supplementing each other. Briefly, it can be said that students who belong to some student organization get more benefits than those who does not, because being on one or many student organiztions it improves and teaches how to work as a team, how finances work or how to market for event. To sum up this we can say that life is not just about career and making money and one benefit of being in student organizations is that you can meet people and build up friendships and have fun but at the same point you can get so much exiperience for your futuure life. So it is clear from the above that student organizations are veru beneficial for students.

uncommon those days to praise women in literature. Women are desperate to find a man to marry, especially a rich man, then they submit to their husbands, if not they are off to find a new one. Most of the action happens at balls. It is depicted as dances were the center of social world. Dancing seemed to be the only way how women could meet men, which is very unreasonable in my opinion, but what can I do? Women choose men by counting their finances rather than admireing their looks or personalities. Mostly women are shown as desperate ladies, whenever a man was approaching their home, they would go insane-everything had to be perfect, movements and emotions not highly expressed/showed. Most of the discussion between Elizabeth and Jane is focused around the subject of the males yet not in the childish and immature way like their younger sisters'. In my opinion Mr. Darcy was left with too little compassion and gratitude. He basically
WHAT IS A LOAN AGREEMENT? WHAT IS A LOAN AGREEMENT? The loan agreement is a contract entered into between the lender and borrower which regulates the terms of a loan. Loan agreements usually relate to loans of cash, but market specific contracts are also used to regulate securities lending. When an enterprise is in the process of starting or expanding, it will definitely require additional funding or capital. These finances can be acquired from financial institutions like banks or a third party willing to loan the money to the business. Where money is loaned to a business, the lender will want to have the borrower sign a loan agreement that explains essential issues regarding the loan. Most jurisdictions have specific laws and regulations that commercial lenders must comply with in order to offer loans to individuals, businesses, and other organizations. According to the prognosis of the plan in the first year the business income in the first year will be around 900 000 EEK. Calculations show that it is necessary for the business to earn at least 50 000 EEK in a month to function properly. To start this business it needs an investment of 390 000 EEK. For the price of 210 000 EEK will be acquired basic assets. 180 000 EEK will be needed for repairing and for primary expenses. The finances will be received from bank. Also the author of this project will do everything possible to find additional finances from the government.
Our MA1 project operates within the Education industry. Our competitors use various e-learning sources (e.g. Library, different school already have their own systems). But we don’t know of any similar platform in Denmark. 4. Why is it important to challenge convention? For a long time many companies and organizations have been doing things the same way (work schedules, company structures, taking care of the finances, etc.). But in today’s dynamic and rapidly changing world that doesn’t make sense anymore. The companies and organizations should think outside of the box and try to come up with innovative solutions to change the way they do things, even the smallest changes can make a big difference. 5. Explain which types of innovation would be relevant to include in your MA1 project – and why? Network: the main function of the platform is dependent on the
Budget deficit of USA is 483 billion dollars which has gone down from 2009 crisis. In 2011 the deficit was 440 billion dollars in CAB and 784,775 billion dollars in WTO which was then almost six times bigger than the second place deficit country which was UK wit 162.973 billion dollars deficit. With deficit comes also inflation on the dollar which was 1.7% in December. The dept accumulates from Public finances which were in the minus in 2013. The revenue came from Social insurance 34.2%, income taxes 47.4%, corporate tax 9.9% and other 8.5%. This made a total of 3.95 trillion dollars of revenue which was basically eliminated by the expenses which measured up to 3.95 trillion dollars. The main expenses come from social security 23.2%, defence 17.6%, medicare 14.3%, Medicaid 7.7%, interests 7

I believe that these people are not only successful in business, they just know how to influence others in a positive way, how to make smart decisions and live an amazing life. From these books you learn how to be a great professional and how important really a great education is in order to understand the world as a system and to handle it in the way you like it. I have also finished a ,,Entrepreneurship" course last year to develop my understandings about economy, finances, business and marketing. All things together, i have to say, that my main goal is to get an education what is sustainable. I believe that it is the key of a successfuul future, when you can learn a thing you like and know how to use every bit of it in your and others lives in the future. And as Robin Sharma has started he´s book ,,The leader who had no title" with the words: ,,Anyone´s biggest dreams don´t come true, when they don´t start from the little ones" Ralph Charell, i would

1. What were the two institutions that Henry VII establised? Explain. Henry VII established the Court of Star Chamber to make the barons give up their private armies and overall restored finances by collecting taxes. Also Henry VII extended royal control over local government through the local magistrates called justice of peace. 2. What was the idea of the Act of supremacy? With passing the Act of Supremacy, Henry VIII was made the head of the Church of England and he was now free to divorce Catherine and marry Anne Boleyn. 3. Why did Henry VIII get the title Fidei Defensor? The title was given to him by the pope because Henry VIII was against
riigist teise. The degree of social protection European workers enjoy in the form of employment protection and social benefits is significantly higher than in any other developed region. The generosity of the social protection system allows Europeans to maintain a balance between work and leisure. While this pillar of the European growth model has obvious benefits for workers, it discourages labor participation and is a burden on the public finances. Europeans do indeed work less and retire earlier than Americans. Over the last four decades the effective retirement age in Europe has systematically declined in Europe even though life expectancy has risen significantly. Relatively low labor mobility adds to the problems Europe faces in achieving efficient allocation of labor within and between countries. 3. On his return to his native land Mauritius kept in touch with colleagues in Germany. His intellectual stature is indicative of the quality of the monastery's leadership. The offerings made on the occasion of such family festivals made a significant contribution to the monastery's finances. The various guilds gave gifts when their feast days were celebrated. The Merchant Guild, for example, each year in December gave the friars a tun of meat, a tun of codfish, and a tun of peas. Rich burgers left legacies to the monastery for the privilege of having a family tomb in the church, But these did not suffice to sustain all those whom the monastery housed. poor that even with glasses, medicine or surgery, everyday tasks are difficult, according to the National Eye Institute, a federal agency. That number is expected to double in the next 30 years. Worldwide, about 160 million people are similarly affected. "With an aging population, it's obviously going to be an increasing problem," said Michael D. Oberdorfer, who runs the visual neuroscience program for the National Eye Institute, which finances several sight-restoration projects, including the artificial retina. Wide-ranging research is important, he said, because different methods could help different causes of blindness. The approaches include gene therapy, which has produced improved vision in people who are blind from one rare congenital disease. Stem cell research is considered promising, although far from producing results, and other studies involve a light-responding protein and retinal transplants.
Finland had been one of the best performing economies within the EU in recent years and its banks and financial markets avoided the worst of global financial crisis. However, the world slowdown hit exports and domestic demand hard in 2009, with Finland experiencing one of the deepest contractions in the euro zone. A recovery of exports, domestic trade, and household consumption stimulated economic growth in 2010. The recession left a deep mark on general government finances and the debt ratio, turning previously strong budget surpluses into deficits. In addition to marginal growth prospects, general government finances will remain in deficit during the next few years. The great challenge of economic policy will be to mitigate a possible recession in 2012 in which measures supporting growth will be combined with general government adjustment measures. Longerterm, Finland must address a

grumbling. "It's hard to feel supported in a place like New York City, especially without a partner, or consistent person or group that you are able to connect with daily," said Ms. Berger, a musician and piano teacher who has been renting a room from another young woman in an apartment in Park Slope. "And I'd rather have a lot of people to share my day with." The impetus for the group home or collective they hope to form is less about finances -- though it is true that pooling resources yields better real estate -- and more about community building. Indeed, Ms. Berger and others seem to share the ideals of the old- fashioned communes of yore, except that their groups are tiny, urban-centric and linked to outside interests like fixing bikes or, here in New York City, membership in the Park Slope food co-op. And like communes, many collectives give themselves names: The

One of the leading banks is Hansapank. Only the Bank of Estonia has the right to the emission of money. The foundations fot the Estonian financial system were laid in 1992. the aim of banks is not only keeping money, but also giving loans. They are directly interested in the good work and profit of enterprises. The Estonian Tax System is made up of the following: Social Tax: 33% paid on gross income from employment. 20% of the money goes into the Social Security Fund which finances state pensions and social welfare. This tax is not detucted from wages/salaries, but paid by the employer. Personal Income Tax: 22% paid on earned income (except for tax free minimum) by all people, it is called proportional income tax and is equal for people with different income. Value Added Tax: 18%, one of the government's main sources of income, paid by people when they buy any goods. It is not noticiable because prices already include it.

Paper was first produced in Estonia in 1677 and it has retained its important role. Estonian furniture industry also has a long tradition. The electronics industry is one of the most promising branches in Estonia and the service sector has rapidly expanded . One tenth of the population receives income from agriculture, fishery and forestry. Food industry is largely based on local agriculture, although there has been a decrease in the importance of it lately. The reason is that farmers lack finances to modernize machinery and the increase in labour productivity has been limited. The production of milk and meat products is the main branch. In the countryside people breed dairy cattle, raise pigs and grow grain, potatoes and vegetables. The main crops are rye, oats, barley, wheat, potatoes and fodder crops. Many farms have specialized in vegetable growing. Strawberries are also quite widely grown and there are many apple orchards in Estonia

Economic disruption and an unsustainable government debt in the wake of the late-2000s financial crisis led the country to negotiate in 2011 with the IMF and the European Union, through the European Financial Stability Mechanism (EFSM) and the European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF), a loan to help the country stabilise its finances. Mainland Portugal is split by its main river, the Tagus that flows from Spain and disgorges in Tagus Estuary, near Lisbon, before escaping into the Atlantic
10 Work to Travel Whereas Sussman (2000) locates an eventual reduction in cultural distress amongst repatriates after being home for 12-15 months, returning lifestyle travellers typically worked, saved money and departed on their next trip within one year of return. Not one of the lifestyle travellers had sufficient savings to sustain travel indefinitely without working. When finances ran low, intermittent periods of production were explicitly aimed at continuing travel, with the will to work almost entirely driven by their backpacking consumption needs: I see working as more just supporting my lifestyle. If I didn’t have to work, I would be travelling all the time. I’ve only once worked for more than a year in one job for the last sixteen odd years (Max, English, 40).

Most people define themselves through the content of their lives. Whatever you perceive, experience, do, think, or feel is content. Content is what absorbs most people's attention entirely, and it is what they identify with. When you think or say, “my life,” you are not referring to the life that you are but with the life that you have, or seem to have. You are referring to content – your age, health, relationships, finances, work and living situation, as well as your mental-emotional state. The inner and outer circumstances of your life, your past and your future, all belong to the realm of content – as do events, that is to say, anything that happens. What is there other than content? That which enables the content to be – the inner space of consciousness. CHAOS AND HIGHER ORDER When you know yourself only through content, you will also think you know what is good or bad for you
an ever-developing process. Artists Jaan Toomik (b. 1961), Ando Keskküla, Leonhard Lapin (b. 1947), Raul Meel (b. 1941) and Jüri Ojaver (b. 1955) won attention in international art events in the Nineties. From the other new directions, electronic art has to be noted in connection with the establishment of the E Medium Centre at the Art Academy in 1995 on the initiative of Professor Ando Keskküla. The most painful aspect in the Estonian theatre of the period was finances. Novel developments had reached a natural polarisation: theatre of commerce and theatre of idea and thought, reflecting eternal problems.2 As a remarkable stream in the Estonian theatre of the Nineties, psychological realism continued, but even before the middle of the decade, an interest in absurd theatre was witnessed. Mati Unt (1944-2005) stood out as one of the best directors during the last two decades, reflecting theatre life and thought, he was also fruitful as a
then he had nothing of a pleasant nature to send. It was not known that Wickham had a single relationship with whom he kept up any connection, and it was certain that he had no near one living. His former acquaintances had been numerous; but since he had been in the militia, it did not appear that he was on terms of particular friendship with any of them. There was no one, therefore, who could be pointed out as likely to give any news of him. And in the wretched state of his own finances, there was a very powerful motive for secrecy, in addition to his fear of discovery by Lydia's relations, for it had just transpired that he had left gaming debts behind him to a very considerable amount. Colonel Forster believed that more than a thousand pounds would be necessary to clear his expenses at Brighton. He owed a good deal in town, but his debts of honour were still more formidable.
