The great Fire The Great Fire of London of September 1666 was one of the moost famous incidents in Stuart England. It was the second tragedy to hit the city in the space of 12 months. The fire started in Pudding Lane. The fire started in a baker's shop owned by Thomas Farriner who was the king's baker. His maid failed to put out the ovens at the end of the night. Once it started, the fire spread quickly. The city was basically made out of wood and with September following on from the summer, the city was very dry. Strong winds fanned the flames. In 1665, during the plague, the king, Charles II, had fled in London. His plan, in 1666 (he stayed in London and took charge of the operation to save the city) was to create fire-breaks. Day in my life I was waking up when i heard knocking at my door. I went to the door and postman was standing there. She was holding a package. Finally my package has been delivered. I greeted him and went looking for my ID card. I ran back to the postman. She was writing down my info while my little brother was trying to talk with me. He was yelling: ,,What is this?" I answered him: ,,It's a package, obviously." My brother started laughing and ran away. Postman asked for a signature and suddenly my phone started ringing. Estonian presidents Estonia has only had 4 presidents, since it's been a republic for little time. Konstantin Päts (1874-1956) was the first president of Estonia. His reign as a president started in 1938 and ended in 1940. Päts' political career started early. He served as a municipal advisor in 1904 and had many political positions after that. With his speech during the War of Independence he put a basis to Estonian economy. Päts' position as a president ended when Soviet Union occupied Estonia in 1940. Päts was forced to leave his office and was deported to Leningrad with his family. In 1941, he was arrested. In time he ended up in psychiatric hospital, where he died in 1956. One if the biggest schools in Estonia, Viimsi Secondary School, has problems with discipline. Children vandalize school and disrespect teachers. Viimsi, which has been the wealthiest district in Estonia, for last couple of years and also has developed infrastructure, attracts young families to move there. The population has increased over the past few years by half. Today, approximately 16 000 people live in Viimsi. Therefore 164 children started first grade this year which increases students amount to 1350. Despite of the fact that Viimsi School was built only three years ago, it already needs some reparation. Many students doesn't seem to respect their school house and thrash it all the time. Walls and floors are scratched, chairs and tables scribbled and so on. The thought of being anywhere, closer to the attic made her faint. Ella was sitting on the couch and listening to her favourite song, trying not to hear the howling wind and the baying of distant dogs outside. The volume was set almost unbearably loud because she knew that all scary movies started with the main character hearing footsteps or creaking from the attic. She pretended to read a magazine and hum along with the music but she couldn't even deceive herself enough to get her mind off from her loneliness and helplessness. in Chicago. Walt Disney was an American film producer, animator, voice actor and much more. A very important thing about him is that he's a co-founder of The Walt Disney Company, which is propably the greatest and the most well-known film company based on animated cartoons. His parents were Elias Disney and Flora Call Disney. His father was a strict man, who wasn't afraid to use force and abuse his children. Disney lived on a farm, where he started loving animals, which was propably the reason for his animal cartoons. After the farm failed, he and his family moved to Missouri, where he started drawing. Disney left school (McKinley high school) at 17, because he wanted to go to war and he participated in World War l. He came home in 1919 and started working as illustrator for commercials. In 1923 he and his brother Roy went to Hollywood with just 40 dollars and there his life changed totally, where he had success after success.
MOUNT RUSHMORE. Mount Rushmore is a sculpture, of the heads of former United States presidents: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. It is located near Keystone, South Dakota, in the United States. The entire memorial covers 517 km2 and is 1745 m above sea level. It is sculpted by Gutzon Borglum and later by his son Lincoln Borglum. The carving started in 1927, and ended in 1941 with some injuries and no fatalities. The project of carving Rushmore was started to increase tourism in the Black Hills region of South Dakota. THE STATUE OF LIBERTY. The statue of liberty is on Liberty island. It was the work of a French sculptor, and it was a gift from the French people to the people of the United States. It is maded of many parts. In 1884, all the parts were put together at the first time in paris to make sure they were the right size. They were, so the whole statue, witch weighed over 200 tonnes, was taken to america.

When Victor was a child, he wanted to learn the hidden laws of nature, the secrets of heaven and earth. When he became older, he went to study in Ingolstadt where he began creating a monster. At first he was excited, but when the creature came to life, he realised that it was a big mistake. The monster ran away and started to explore life.

Ben's Halloween Story One spooky Halloween night, Ben went trick or treating dressed as a vampire. "Where is John?" Ben wondered unhappily. "I can't go trick or treating alone!" therefore I can speak and write in it very fluently. I also prefer read the books in Estonian. I know that some people like to do it in some other languages, in English for instance. I am really amused by the Estonian literature. I like to read books and stories from Andrus Kivirähk and F.R. Kreutzwald. English is one of the world most spoken language. You can hear it everywhere, no matter which part of the world are you in. In the third grade of elementary scool I started to learn English as a second language so since then i have learned it for nine years and i have reached the level of B2, like all the poeple in Estonia who have finished the high school. For me another helpful nuance in learning English were Hollywood movies and Cartoon Networks Channel. I learned the first basic words and sentences from the cartoons. In everyday life I use English almost every day. I read news in English, surf in the English

The Broken Rainbow vigade parandus It rained so hard that I couldn’t see anything. Then suddenly, when the rain stopped, I looked out the window. I saw a rainbow, but this rainbow was different – the colours were all wrong! Then I looked around and noticed that all of the colors were different! The colors were like black, grey and white. I wasn’t able to understand what was going on. Then I saw a big wave coming. I thought that I was going to die. I started to run. I ran to the forest. There were also everything wrong. The trees were black and their leaves were brown and white, instead of green. I wasn’t able to understand anything. I saw things that could not be possible and thing that I had never seen before. I got out of the woods. I reached the town gates. They were locked. I was very confused and the best idea that came to my head was to climb over the gate. And so I did. I got safely to the other side of the gate
