About Myself From the very start I should say that it is not an easy thing to speak about myself as it is hard to have a look at yourself from aside, but at the same time who knows you better than you yourself do? I am a girl of sixteen. When I look at myself in the mirror I see a blond girl with short straight hair, dark eyes and slander figure. As to my appearance I'm rather tall and slim. I have never thought I'm a beauty I whish I were more beautiful. I think that I'm even tempered, rather reserved, calm and modest. But sometimes I can lose my tempo and become either angry or sad. I like staying alone and sometimes I retire into my shell. But at the same time I like my friends, I like to laugh and joke. I have got a sense of humour

I am buying myself an apartment I would like to buy a apartment – I am 25 years old and I have some saving, actually – a lots of savings. I have saved a lot of money to buy my dream apartment in Tallinn. What kind of apartment would I like to buy? The apartment has to be in the downtown, it would be perfect, if it is located in Tallinn’s old town. The apartment should definitely have excellent view to the old town, it should be large and wide. I would love, when the apartment is in old house and if it is renovated, but still has some vintage style. The most important thing is that the apartment has to have two or more floors. Good dream, huh? In fact, in old town, there is an apartment that fits to my requirements – apartments like that are expensive and I have to get a loan. I decided that I will take the loan from Swedbank, SEB or LHV, because they offer a loan, that has better conditi...

the time. Up until 6th grade I was the best student in our class, winning mathematic competitions left and right and not only that. By that time I had also found out that I loved to write, specially poems and I used every opportunity to submit my works for competitions and I had the luck to win some of them. It felt good to be one of the best students in our class. As the school went on and I finally found myself in 9 th grade, just before the exams, and I realised that in the following years after my graduation from elementary school, my mathematic skills had gotten a bit rusty and I was mortified. Our teachers kept saying to us that math is really important in the future and that you have to have the knowledge in mathemathics to actually achieve something in your life. But still, there I was, writing poems and essays, even in my free time, because unlike my skills in maths and other subjects like

international experience to grow as an individual and to gain new experience, which will have for sure a great impact to my future career. It has always been the dream of mine to go to Italy and experience Italian cuisine and culture. From Estonia I would take with me a good technical skills as well as lots of information to share about Estonia and Estonian cuisine. I would fit in there, because I have really great grades and I am very prosperous, always willing to learn and better myself with new skills. I am very social person, I always put myself out of comfort zone to challenge myself. I find international traineeship as an way to improve both, my cooking skills as well as my communication skills in international team. I also like to learn some Italian language and meet great cheffs from Italy whose work would inspire me for long. I consider this traineeship as an important benchmark in my career, as it will take me long step forward reaching my dream
Catherine Morland My name is Catherine Morland. I would like to tell you a bit about myself. To begin with, I am seventeen years old and grew up in a countryside in a small town named Fullerton with my parents and nine siblings. As a child I was interested in many things like drawing, sports and music. I was very lively and cheerful, enjoyed cricket, horse riding and just hated cleanliness and restriction. As I grew up, I chose reading over sports and all of the wild games I used to like. Undoubtedly, I would now describe myself with the word naivety. I am very naïve
we consider personally. Fashion helps set tone who you are . And it makes our life colourful. So, fashion is not a new thing in the world as it is found everywhere. Fashion changes from time to time but it has shown its existence in all ages. Not only young people follow fashion, children, old people also do it. Everybody can do it. But yes! For all age groups, fashion is different. You can express your personality through fashion and you can express others how you feel. If I speak for myself, if I am wearing tight fitting or short clothes, I can never feel good about myself. But, if I wear comfortable clothes of nice colours ,then I feel I am the coolest person in the world and forget all the worries. I feel too much confidence in myself. I believe that fashion has the ability to transform you into a new personality, a different person. Most of the styles are applied by teenagers. They always want something unique and a new style that differs him/her from others
...................................................................................................8 The list of used materials.................................................................................9 Introduction I chose this theme cause I think it is interesting and definitely it brodens my mind. I have heard about Armenian Genocide before and it always seemed interesting, but I have never read anything related to this subject, so I thought this is a good chance to acquaint myself with it. The purpouse of my report is to give an overview of Armenian Genocid, its causes and consequences. In my report I also provide a brief overview of the Armenian Massacre, the Young Turks, the Young Turk Revolution and ordeals that Armenians had to go through. 1. The Amenian Genocide and its causes 1.1. Armenian Genocide Armenian Genocide (also known Armenian Holocaust) took place during World War I (1915-
Personal statement ,,Whatever course you decide upon, there is always someone to tell you that you are wrong. There are always difficulties arising which tempt you to believe that your critics are right. To map out a course of action and follow it to an end requires courage." - Ralph Waldo Emerson This quato, mentioned before, gives me confidence to do great things myself in life and pursue them into bigger ones one day ahead. In these moments i like to remember what Napoleon Hill once said: ,,If you can´t do great things, do small things in a great way." The things is, that everyone has to start somewhere, to find their own way in this life-that is the reason why i am writing this letter at this very moment, to let you know, that i am ready to make a change. To introduce myself, i would use one word-determined. I am 19 years old girl from Estonia
Brown. They live in my hometown Rapla, where I have finished high school. I was my class best graduate. After my high school I came to Tallinn. Now I am the student of Tallinn College of Tallinn University of Technology. I am very responsible, hard working and I have always enjoyed new challenges. They are teaching to be better competitive. I do not have any children yet. I think more important is to get good education and then when I am well-off I can offer to my children and for myself a better life. I am very thankful for my parents, who are teach me and always helped if they could. Thanks for them I am who are I am. They know that they can be very proud of me. When I was young, even then I was very smart and listen what smart people told me. When I was five years old I could read newspapers and similarly was with me a mathematics book, where I solved simple tasks. In Tallinn I do not have free time for my hobbies and it is very sad. Because the sport is very
Send "The Fight" Ringtone to your Cell Black nights I see the shadows light Can't fight in my mind Remember when you made me hide And I was broken deep inside Imprisoned by your jealous heart But now the walls you built will fall Before today I would of cry But I said myself not tonight Because the darkside is with me Because tonight I'm breaking free Black nights I see the shadows light Can't fight in my mind Remember when you made me hide And I was broken deep inside Imprisoned by your jealous heart But now the walls you built will fall
Fatal walk It was a warm and cloudless Friday evening in summer but Angelina didn't want to go to a party. She went for a walk at a park. She had a great evening and she enjoyed all this incredible nature in the park. Angelina was glad that she hadn't gone to party because she felt herself so relaxed. There were a few people in the park, birds were singing and not so warm evening sun was still shining. I felt a little bit chilly myself and it was getting darker too so I decided to go back home. My way back wasn't very pleasurable. I had always been afraid of those dark unlit side- streets but that walk had been good for me so I wasn't afraid that time. But then I heard screaming from one street. I didn't dare to go there but I peeked around the corner and I saw two men fighting with each other. One man had a gun and he was wearing a black mask. The other man was a typical businessman. I didn't hear what they were talking
example, learning to become a technician or a hairdresser. However, a bigger majority of teenagers decide to go to university. But before doing so, teenagers have to be certain what kind of study program they will be taking. This puts young people under a lot of stress, because they have a lot of doubt and fear. For example, over the years, there has been an increase of people, who have decided to study Information Technology in University, including myself. The increase has been due to the immense labor shortage in Estonia and the high salaries students will be earning after university. For me these are not the reasons I want to study IT, but because I am genuinely interested in developing new software and applications for computers. But since a lot of teenagers want to study IT, I find myself questioning, if so many people are getting degrees, will there be enough jobs for all of us graduates?
“Particular narrative going” Actually I like the metaphor, as I already mentioned, I think of an identity as a story and characters. I think every word in this metaphor means something special about self-identity. My own “narrative” consists of these three words “particular” “narrative” “going”. Like every story, my one has to be special, individual. The one I designed by myself and for myself. I find, that my own narrative was built with help of my family and friends – that’s what adds individual traits. I learned from my parents our family culture and from my friends rules of communication. In my opinion, these are groups what influenced my behaviour at the start. The “narrative” means the context. Sociocultural and physical, the one I live in. Its my country, my language, my work and my hobbies – everything what makes me feel
Tolerance Ladies and gentlemen, before I move to my actual topic, think with me for a second on this scenario... A black exchange student from Kenya comes to our school and you see him getting beaten up by a bunch of bullies without no apparent reason, what would you do? More then a few of us pretend as if they had not seen anything. I myself would feel awful, but I wouldn't know what to do either. Although I would condone myself with the idea, that life is difficult and it's just something you have to deal with. But does tolerance mean that all manners should be accepted? No, of course not. Manners that disrespect or hurt others, like being mean or bullying, or manners that break social rules, like lying or stealing, should not be tolerated. Tolerance is about accepting people for who they are -- not about accepting bad behavior. Tolerance also means treating others the way you would like to be treated.
A Computer in my life. I can call myself a computer addict, because I spend many hours every day sitting behind the computer, most of my entertainment is connected with my computer. Like games, music, videos, movies, social networks and news. I used to have PC, but in September I bought myself a laptop. It's powerful, beautiful, it doesn't make much noise and it's quite easy to carry around. I use it to play games, study, watch movies, listen to music and the most important to connect with my friends. I rarely have problems with my computer. I'm an advanced user and I don't get viruses while surfing the net. After graduating high school, I'm thinking of buying tablet PC, because it's even more comfortable to use when you're on the move.
Ashton is an American actor, producer, former fashion model and comedian. According to a former coach, Kutcher played sparingly as a wide receiver on a team that won only two games in his entire high school football career and he also appeared in school plays. Kutcher's brother suffering from cardiomyopathy caused his home life to become increasingly stressful. He has stated that "I didn't want to come home and find more bad news about my brother" and "kept myself so busy that I didn't allow myself to feel''. Kutcher admitted that during adolescence, he contemplated committing suicide. At thirteen, he attempted to jump from a Cedar Rapids hospital balcony, with his father intervening in the incident. Kutcher's home life worsened as his parents divorced when he was sixteen. During his senior year, he broke into his high school at midnight with his cousin in an attempt to steal money; he was arrested leaving the scene. Kutcher was convicted of third-degree burglary and sentenced to
In Mike Nichols 1967 cult film „The Graduate“, Dustin Hoffman character Benjamin Braddock, who has just graduated from college, is facing basically same questions as posed in the title of this essay. Everyone is asking what is he going to do with his life now, but he is very uncomfortable aswering them and at that point he doesn’t care as well. Being a third year history student in University of Tartu, I am wondering over the same questions and find myself often thinking what is expected of me after graduating and how has university played a role in my development for almost three years now. When asked what is the main purpose of university, most people would say that it is preparing students for different proffessions, which would later be the driving force of the country. But I think it is more complicated than that. Going to university is a logical step to a
English lesson course. It was very good way for English skills practice and also self- liberalizing. I think many teenagers would be able to relate the book to the actual themes - it's a modern classic of today. Every teeneager has had once felt himself sort of depressed and upset. It is absolutely normal state for identity formation. We mature, we become adults, we revise our values and are feeling really unusual sometimes. Lots of times I have caught myself thinking that I'd already felt something like this before... Lots of moments in this book were really similar to some periods of my life and many relatives seemed very similar to characters of this book. "The Catcher in the Rye" certainly wouldn't be everyone's "cup of tea book", however I find it an exciting and captivating reading, with a variety of brutal reality poured in along with some humour, contrasting with moments of depression. For me it's quite difficult to rate this book

selfesteem as I am living my values. Having a beneficial impact within my firm and for my clients is a big motivator for me because I feel amazing when I benefit others. Having a successful career early on will open up many opportunities down the road to either deepen my impact within my profession or explore new opportunities elsewhere. Success at my firm will allow security for myself and my family, if I choose to have a family later in life. This security will remove any sort of doubt I have about the future and raise my base line of comfort to a new high. Its not about winning or losing, but its about maximizing and fulfilling my potential. This pursuit drives me at the core, and leaves me with that deep sense of fulfillment at the end of the day
They had big teeth and they were carrying swords and gems. They had a very similar faces to humans, but something was different. They had tales. I couldn’t understand whether they were humans or animals. I was really scared. Suddenly they shot my friend. I was shocked and I couldn’t believe my eyes. People ran away screaming, some even fainted. I was upset and didn’t know what to do. I closed my eyes for a second. Tears fell down on my face and I asked myself: „Did I really just see, how my best friend died?“ I knew that I had to take myself together. I opened my eyes, stood up and took a guy which was laying in front of me. It was very wet because of the heavy rain. I tried to kill the monster that killed my friend but I couldn’t – the gun didn’t work. The monster got angry now and he wanted to kill me. I started to run. I felt how my legs started to get heavier and heavier. I got slower and slower
In that time there was a lot of discussion about whether we should stick to the kroon or change our money to the euro. Lots of people were afraid that they lose their money during the period of transition - this belief was quite popular among people who still remember the time when the Russian rubles were changed into kroons and did lose much money. Luckily there haven't been any complaints yet. The reason I chose this political concern is its contradictoriness. I myself dislike the fact that the kroon is "leaving us" but I hope that in the long run it will seriously benefit us. According to Conjuncture Institute's research 39% of respondents don't care about this issue. 34% of responses were negative and only 25% positive. Most of the negative responses came from elders and the positive ones from people aged 30-49 years. They say the positive side of euro is for example that comparing prices is

your restaurant on Thursday last when we dined with you that evening. We have been dining with you for the past 5 years and have always received a great welcome and wonderful food but on this occassion the food was only lukewarm when it was received and the whole service took nearly three hours in total from arriving to settling the bill. When we mentioned this to your staff member Mr Simpson he was rude to myself and other guests and refused to acknowledge our complaint. I look forward to receiving a check to this amount and dining with you again in due course. Yours sincerely, Margaret Parker
about but we just have to make the most of it and protect ourselves and our loved ones. After being in isolation for only two days a realization hit me. I realized that everything that I took for granted was going to change. As many other, I didn’t thought that Estonia is going to suffer greatly from the virus outbreak and everything is going to proceed as usual. Life goes on. But it doesn’t. I became aware of the problem after my sister and I had a talk about immunity. I myself have lived many years with runny nose and I don’t worry too much about it but I really never thought about my little sister and mom. They both have had some serious issues with their health and I don’t want my actions to harm their wellbeing in any way. Because of that our family has stayed isolated for 10 days now. The first few days were like a cakewalk and being home was awesome but later on we all get tense and want our personal space more than before
Dear ... I am writing to express my concern regarding the school meals served at The School House. That school food is healthy and tasty, could only be used in all schools canteens Estonia stockpiled, here are strictly controlled and processed foods. Start with the fact that Estonia grown food is stored, processed and routed school canteen supply chain for its intended purpose. This approach solves three important problems. The menu could be selective in how many different drinks. Since I myself can not drink milk, and in particular it could be a range of more buttermilk. Students could have a greater choice of food than what they want and what is not. Because some students can not eat everything and they should then suffer from hunger throughout the school day. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours faithfully .....
I wake up at seven, and head to the bathroom to take a shower and wash my teeth. Riietumine takes me approximately 5 minutes. At 7:20 I make myself breakfast and eat it. I exit my apartement at 7:45 sharp and head to the bus stop. The bus leaves at 7:51 and reaches the school at 8:00. I study at school for about 6 hours and have lunch between the second and third lesson in the school cafeteria. After school I go to the gym and work out for 2 hours and at 19:45 I rush to work for a night shift that ends at 5 o'clock in the morning. I have dinner at my workplace and I go to sleep at 5:30 o'clock in the morning. . 5
Description of an Interesting Person I Have Met It was early morning in Finland when I had just waked up. I was very tired, and I decided to go to the beach and just lie on the hot sand and sunbathe. When I creamed myself somebody bumped into me and that was him. He was chasing volleyball and after he had bumped into me he apologized and asked me to play volleyball with his friends and I agreed. He wore chequered shorts and his upper body was naked. He was very handsome, because he was about 180cm long, muscular and strong physiognomy. He had wavy nose, blonde stylish hair, thick lips, bright colour brows and deep blue eyes. He was very friendly
and carrots. But healthy lifestyle contains more than that. Ofcourse it is very important to eat well, but in the same time it is essential to do diffrent kind of exercises and have basic knowledges about your body. Our grandmothers and grandfathers often complain, that we eat wrong sort of food, like hamburgers and french fries. But I think, it isn`t true. Yes, we eat hamburgers, but not every day. Me myself couldn`t eat a hamburger every day, I will get enough. It seems to me that younger generation appreciate a good work out more than ever more. We like to relax by doing exercises and fitting our body. It gives a lot of energy. In my opinion we are going to be a very healthy generation. Mari Saar.

Dear Thailand Getaway representative I am writing to you regarding my recent holiday with you and I have some problems in this regard. The holiday you advertised included snorkelling, but it turned out that you did not have the necessary equipment that I had to buy for myself. Bicycle rental was also part of the holiday package, but unfortunately there were no free bicycles to rent, which made me spend too much on transport. Also, the ride with the elephants did not go as planned, because the queue was long and I had to wait a very long time. I was also very disappointed by the beach, because the beautiful sandy beach you promised turned out to be dirty and very crowded. As this holiday not only caused me inconvenience and frustration, but also caused additional

Basketball can be played inside and outside, this can be played even alone. If there aren't people who agree play whit me currently I'll take my ball and I start just throwing ball through hoop. But actually basketball has dark side too. This game can be very dangerous. I have had a lot of very serious injuries. Twice I broke my leg and once hurt my hand so that I needed an emergency splint. I couldn't play basketball for months and meantime I swore to myself that I will never play this horroble game ever again. But I improved and next moment i was back to square, ready to run myself out of breath. Basketball can be unpleasant for some people. This can happen when person is very small, because basketball is kind of ,,tall people game". Basketball might become unpleasant when if anyone has received some very serious injuries, they can just start afraid playing basketball.
with The Gifted and Talented Development Centre. I would be grateful if you could answer some questions, as the curriculum of the school was rather brief. First of all, I would like to know what are the requirements to perform entrance tests and what subjects they are. I also wonder what are the facilities of e-learing and how much they cost. If there are e-learing facilities then I would like to know how can i register myself. Finally, I would like to know what are the benefits of graduation. I have heard that all the students who graduate will get guaranteed jobs unfortunately I think that this is just a rumor due to economic crisis. I am looking forward to receiving your reply. Yours faithfully, (Siia kirjuta oma nimi ja allkiri)

I didn't want to think about it because in my opinion it went very badly. I had written some random thoughts that came to my mind. The olympiad was hard for me and even my teacher Tuisk confirmed, that it was a hard one and it was just the beginning of the schoolyear-students were not used to school yet. When I met my teacher she said that I did very well and got 4th rank including whole secondary school and region of Läänemaa. Tuisk told me that I always underestimate myself, I am something more that I think myself to be. Friend's birthday on 13 December I woke up at 11 am.We were supposed to go a little bit earlier, to clean everything and make the house warm.We managed to arrive 4:30 pm.We put on our party outfits, made a few drinks and went out to show the way to the house. We didn't have much clothes on and it was so cold.It took us 15 minutes to get back to the house.More and more people

Also I have been driving with sledge on very big puddle. Sledge didn't make it. I got very wet. Once I had been hitting chicken with bow arrow, granny saw me. This was very big trouble. I liked to eat matches when I found some. These tasted good. I spent very much time at granny's place when I was a child. Granny liked when I was there even I was very bad child. But I didn't like my granny, because she was very evil to me. I was afraid of her. Sometimes I hid myself into the shed. Granny was looking for me all day. But she didn't find me. This was Kristo's childhood. It didn't look good. All little children who are reading this article, DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME.

And everyone looks at these problems in there own way. Some of the people are optimistic and the others are not. But is my glass half-full or half-empty? To answer this question I have to weigh all the pros and cons. For example, sometimes in hard situations I just give up, because I just can no longer force this. But I still know, that somewhere deep in my heart there is hope that everything will be alright. That is why I can proudly call myself an optimistic person! And I want to give you good advice! Even on those days when nothing in your life seems to be going right, it can be really tough to see the silver lining among all those clouds. But ability to see the good in even the worst situations is so important. Try to be more optimistic and you will see-life is not that bad! The world is beautiful! I hope that my essay will help to see your glass half full rather than half empty.
Dear Joe, Thank you for your letter. I'm writing for you more specifically about our upcoming trip - meet-up and changes we have been made, so you can move on with the arrangements. Also, I have couple of questions myself too. First of all, we have a change regarding the date. We will arrive on 6'th September and leave on 16'th September . We are going to use a bus as a transport and will arrive to the hotel approximately 12 at noon. We have total of 16 students in our group - 10 boys and 6 girls plus another teacher besides me. We would like to have 5 rooms if possible and there is also a girl in the wheelchair in our group. I would also like to know about the museums you have been searched out for
Dear Sir/Madam, I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service you offered to my friends and myself during our recent flight on the Eagle Airlines Flight 6048 from Gatwick to Rio de Janeiro on the 26th March at 10.35 pm. Firstly, when we got on the plane, the seats were so cramped that it was impossible to sit on them (although we were promised to travel in style and comfort) and the air stewards didn't even greet us. They sat in the corner and yawned. In addition to previous none of us didn't dare to use the toilets toilets were filthy.
My Most Unforgettable Childhood Experience I was spending my holiday in my summer cottage. It was a warm night and we were playing cards i my friend's balcony. It was about 1o'clock a.m. and we were getting sleepy. We decided to go to sleep and as my parents were already sleeping , I had to go home by myself. There is a forest near our house and a little lamp with green shimmer leads into the forest. When I looked straight to it, I saw a man in a black coat, who was standing in a green light. At the same time my friend shouted something to me and I turned my head. When I looked back the man had dissapeared. I was terrified and ran home. I was still trembling when I got in to my bed. In the morning I was retelling the story to my parents and when I finished, they gave me a big hug to me
When I graduate school I would like to do a similar job to this so I think it would be a great opportunity to gain some work experience. Unfortunately I do not have any formal work experience, but I have been often told that I am good with money and every time my family have inancial problems or when we are willing to take a loan then my parents always ask my opinion so we could work out the best solution for us. As far as my personality is concerned I would describe myself honest, reliable and hard- working. I am a sociable person and I enjoy working with other as part of a team. I am also a quick learner and very good at maths, which I think is quite important for this job. If you wish me to attend an interview, I am available at any time. Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully, John Smith
