PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Physical education has long been a staple in schools on a K-12 level and beyond , with all students required to participate in some form of physical education. Also referred to as "gym class " students participated in activities such as team sports , (volleyball, soccer , basketball, etc.) walking or running (running a mile was common), cardiovascular and strength training exercises (such as pull -ups and push -ups) and even swimming .
Physical education provides children with an opportunity to exercise during the day. It gives children early exposure to team sports, and promotes good physical fitness. Children who participate in physical education get a workout, and they also learn the importance of exercise as a lifelong habit.
Physical education is clearly an important course in schools, with many benefits for children. In addition to helping kids learn healthy habits and stay off drugs, physical education can also increase learning by getting the blood flowing and increasing oxygen levels, which promote concentration. Sports and PE help children build self esteem and help them learn important lessons in teamwork. Physical education is extremely important and should be protected in schools, despite budget cuts.
Children who take PE classes at school may also be able to use those classes as a springboard to become interested in joining a team sport . Numerous studies have shown that children who participate in a team sport are less likely to become involved in drugs. Sports increases the awareness of health and the need to take care of the body . Sports also give kids a positive outlet for frustrations and energy, a place to make friends who are positive influences, and a place to be a leader so kids are less likely to succumb to peer pressure .
Only about 1/3 of all Estonian children have regular physical exercises outside the school. That means playing sport at least twice a week.
Most schools in Estonia only have two P.E lessons a week and that’s not enough compared with 2 -4 h a day that students spend on the internet or watching TV.
Football ,basketball , track and field ,judo ,swimming ,tennis and volleyball are most popular sports in whole world.

Festivals and events dedicated to the consumption of beer are a lot of fun, but if you want to get the true feel of the country, you need something a little more ethnic. Like a town fair. Just as July becomes August, the seaside town of Haapsalu will host a grand spectacle of rural Estonian entertainment. The White Lady Days is a summer celebration filled with amusement for all the family. Held in and around the remains of the Teutonic-knights-era castles, the fair combines enchanting medieval legends with modern countryside charm to create a comprehensive experience of Estonia beyond the big cities. But the legend of the White Lady of Haapsalu, which is at the heart of the festival, is perhaps the most famous tall tale of the many that are so abundant in Estonia's folklore. It is the story of a poor girl who falls in love with the son of the

goalkeeper for the English First Division team Sunderland FC. I personally don't have a favourite football club. When there is a game on, I just am supporting one of the playing teams. Of course, if the Estonian team is playing, I support them. 11. Conclusion I think that going in for sports is very good. First, it keeps you fit. Then, it is good for your health. And if you attend school, you will do much better in physical education lessons. However, in the new millennium, new sports have been going further from the physical aspect to the mental or psychological aspect of competing and cyber sports organizations are becoming more and more popular.

cool air in summer. The northern and western coastal areas tend to be milder than the country’s inland regions, while the eastern and southeastern regions tend to have a continental climate. The Estonian climate is generally favourable for agriculture. (Stranga, 2021) I personally like to live in Estonia. The people are very kind and supportive. we have a clean and beutiful environment and a quite simple lifestyle. We have one of the best education systems in the world and very convenient IT-systems. But the most appealing thing is how small the country with its population is. Due to that aspect everybody knows each other and there`s a great sense of unity. I love the traditions and history of my homeland. All those aspects togheter gives a real feeling of uniqueness. Feeling that this country with it`s people is a perfect and rare oasis in the midst of the modern world. KASUTATUD KIRJANDUS Asmonaitis, K. (30.08.2017)

English people say that children grow up more quickly now. Relationships within the British family are different now. Children have more freedom to make their own decisions. For example, children aged 13 may be employed part time in Great Britain. Age 15 is legally a "young person" not a "child". Age 16 is a school leaving age. They can leave home, drive a moped, marry with "parents' consent" buy beer. Age 17 can drive a car. Age 18 can vote, get married, drink in pubs. Education is a very important part in the life of British youth. One can't become an independent person without it. When time comes to enter a college a young Englishman chooses one far away from home. It is a necessary part of becoming adult. During the last 30 years there were a lot of different trends in youth movements. All of them were characterized by their own philosophy, way of life, style of dressing. Each tendency was born by the influence of economic and political changes in the society.
