It was originally built in the 17th century, during the time of Swedish rule, when king Charles XI commissioned the construction of a church for the Estonian and Finnish population in 1670. Dear Frank, I’m very glad of your visit to Estonia in this July. I have planned many things we can do while you are here, so this week will be great.
