Healthy Life I do not workout. I just do not have time for that and I do not have a mind to do workout sometimes. My way to workout is to play basketball, 90 minutes PE classes once a week and walk with my dog. In summers, I usually watch soccer on television and sometimes play basketball. My mother, father and sister are completely opposites of me. My sister practices swimming and soccer three times a week, including she rides with a bike. My mother bought herself a fitness machine; she uses it twice a week. My father also goes to fitness centre, rides with a bike and runs three times a week. In our family there is only me, who workout with my brain instead to do physical exercises. In addition, my grandparents are not capable to workout; they are too old for that as they say. In my family, many people do different activities

Letter Dear Sally, I have also been very busy with my exams recently, so I completely understand what you are going through. I would really like to see you again and it would be very great if you came to see me in August, but unfortunately I have a really important soccer match during that week and I can not miss that so maybe you could come the week before or after. Please let me know as soon as possible because my mum wants to know so she and my father will probably plan a trip to somewhere in order for us to be all alone in the house. My bike actually broke so unfortunately we can’t go cycling but my dad suggested that perhaps we go canoeing. It sounds very fun to me so maybe if you’re intrested we could go try that, but

You don't want to get dehydrated. The best way to stay hydrated is to drink plenty of fluids with meals, and drink about 2 cups (16 ounces) of water 2 hours before exercise. Is it better to stay hydrated with sports drinks or plain water? Water is often enough. But if you're exercising for more than 60 minutes in hot, humid conditions, sports drinks may help. They give you carbs and sodium, as well as fluids. Sports drinks are also a good choice if you play team sports like soccer or football, especially when the temperature and humidity are high. If you sweat a lot, a sports drink might be preferable to water. Is it bad to exercise on an empty stomach, especially in the morning? It depends on the type of exercise. A brisk walk or light jog on an empty stomach is fine; just drink a glass of water before heading out the door. Source: http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/what-eat-before-during-after-exercise

Ice hockey, referred to as simply hockey in the country, is Canada's official winter sport and continues to be the most popular sport and one in which teams representing the country have had the most international success. Lacrosse, with First Nations origins, is Canada's oldest sport and official summer sport (see below), one of the fastest growing sports in all of North America. Conversely, Association Football (soccer), although widely played by school-aged Canadians and those in the immigrant community, has never become popular enough as a spectator sport for an entirely local professional league to be maintained in the country, although Canada participates in the United Soccer Leagues with several teams, and will join Major League Soccer in 2007 with an expansion team in Toronto. Ehkki Iirimaa ajalugu iseloomustavad mured ja vapustused, on selle elanikke alati seostatud muusika ja lugude jutustamisega. Iirimaa kultuur on väga mitmekesine. Iirimaad nimetatakse tihti pühakute ja õpetlaste maaks, seal on sündinud kuulsad inglise keeles kirjutanud autorid Yeats, Joyce, Beckett, Wilde ja Shaw. Väga tuntud on maailmas Iirimaa rahvamuusika ja rahvatants, eriti kuulus on Riverdance. Kõige populaarsemad spordialad Iirimaal on Gaelic jalgpall ja nn tavaline jalgpall ehk soccer. Iirimaalt on pärit rahvusvaheliselt tuntud rokkansamblid ja lauljad U2, The Corrs ja Sinéad O'Connor. Traditsioonilist Iiri kööki iseloomustavad lihtsad liharoad ja keedetud juurviljad kartul, porgand, naeris ja pastinaak.
