Report A survey into the reading habits of students of form 10b Introduction This report was carried out to analyse the reading habits of form 10b. In the survey 6 boys and 9 girls were questioned. This survey shows what kind of reading habits have boys and girls, wther they are different or similar. Types of books The survey showed us that both, boys and girls, mainly read cassical novels. To be exact, 80% of questioned students read classic novels, also popular among both sexes are horror and humor books. 20% of boys and girls like sience fiction. Nearly 50% of the boys read informative literature, but non of the girls. Only one girl out of 9 like to read romatic novels. The most unpopular books are poetry and biography books. Number of books read As i expected, girls read more books in a month than boys. It is shown by the fact that a significant number of girls read 2-3 books a month. Boys read usually about 1-2 books per month. Only a few boys
The Review Twilight is the story of Edward and Bella's romance. Forget any vampire romance you have read before, Twilight is so unique it is almost like it's in its own genre. The book is marketed at Young Adult readers but it has the ability to cross age barriers and will satisfy both teenagers and adults alike. The story is told in first person from the perspective of Bella, so the reader only ever know what she knows, making Edward and his family a mystery that is slowly unravelled through out the book. Even by the end of the book I was still thirsting for more of the Cullen family back story - hopefully their characters might be developed further in future books. Both have arguments, that make people think about the society they live in and both have theorists who critize each other. Firstly, functionalism ignores inequality and focuses too much on the positive functions in society. Both islands tend to have better swimming beaches on their eastern coasts and the further north you go. The west coasts of both islands are quite rugged with cliffs and more unsettled weather. The longest beach in New Zealand is the 90 mile beach, which is actually about 60 miles long. This beach is famous for its huge sand dunes and resembles the Sahara Desert in places. My favourite song from 50 cent is ,,Window shopper" which talks about people who have so much money and possibilities that they can do anything or buy anything they want. ,,We are the champions" from the Queen is my second favourite piece on music. This song inspires me to me the champion and win in everything in my life. Both of these song are very good to listen. When in a mood for dreaming it is better to listen hip- hop especially ,,Window shopper" but in a need for inspiratoin mood the best song to listen is ,,We are the champions". In my opinion rap and hip- hop are for younger age groups although there are exeptions. Queen is for everyone because it is a legendary band which will be remembered for decades thanks to their great songs.

State school pupils because in school there is lots of students and teacher cannot teach meet their classmates almost every day and communicate much every pupil separately. Teachers do not have the time to focus to more than homeschooled children. Homeschoolers have to find every student's weaknesses and help them in specific areas. another way to make friends and communicate. Homeschooled child can receive enough help where needed. What is On the whole both options, homeschooling and state school, have more that homeschooler's parents are able to witness and guide their their pros and cons. To my mind both are great options. In the end it child's development but parents of pupils in state schools are not is parents and their children's decision. associated with their child's development and cannot witness everything. Also teachers in state schools teach because they are paid
