Press Operator Press operator is the operator of the printing press in a printing house. Press operators job is the maintenance and operation of the press. Press operator must also run the paper through the machine and change paper rolls. When the printing sheet comes out of the press, the press operator must quickly check that there is correct amount of ink and water on the sheet and that the printing plates are correctly aligned. This process of alignment is called registration. The press operator job is stressful because it must be done quickly and accurately. In a lot of printing houses the press operator must also prepare the printing plates and insert them into the press. When inserting the plates, the press operator must check that the plate is correctly seated on the cylinder. During maintenance, the press operator must clean different parts of the machine

Disc golf, is a flying disc game, as well as a precision and accuracy sport, in which individual players throw a flying disc at a target. The early history of disc golf is closely tied to the history of the recreational flying disc and may have been invented in the early 1900s.The first known instance of anyone playing golf with a flying disc occurred in Canada in 1926. Ronald Gibson and a group of his Bladworth Elementary School buddies played a game throwing tin plates at targets such as trees and fence posts. They called the game Tin Lid Golf and played on a fairly regular basis on a disc golf course they laid out on their school grounds. The building’s faceted skin geometry required extensive 3D engineering as the facade surfaces of aluminum extrusions, silicone gaskets, triple-glazing panels, pressure plates, gutters and closing panels join in up to five different angles at particular node points. A 36 comprehensive digital 3D model of the entire facade provided the manufacturing data for all prefabricated elements as well as the related labeling information, packing lists and transportation schedules (Menges, 2006).
