MAXIMO seinaraketis
Võimaldab kiiret rakestamist ning korrapärast tõmbide paigutust
MAXIMO seinaraketisega on saavutatav väga hea kvaliteediga korrapärane betoonipind.
Tänu uuele tõmbisüsteemile ei ole vaja rakestamisel kasutada plasttorusid ning töö toimub vaid ühel 
pool raketist. See vähendab kulusid ning säästab aega ja ressursse.
Lisaks paneel-seinaraketise eelistele nagu paindlikkus ja kiire paigaldamine avab MAXIMO uusi 
võimalusi betoonipinna vormimises läbi kilpide paigutamise.

Spetsiaalselt arendatud MX-tie  tehnoloogia  võimaldab töölisel töötada ainult ühel pool 
raketist ning ka traditsioonilisi koonililisi plastläbiviike ei ole enam tarvis.

Tsentraalselt paigutatud tõmbiavade süsteemi puhul peavad kõik avad täidetud olema. See 
väldib vigu paigaldamise ajal. Samuti ei ole tarvis tühje tõmbiavasid plastkorkidega  katta
sest neid lihtsalt ei teki.

TRIO postivormi kilpe saab kasutada ka TRIO seinaraketise elementidega.

TRIO postivormiga saab valada  poste  läbimõõduga kuni 75x75 cm 5 cm sammuga. Lubatav 
värske betooni surve on 100 kN/m².

Aeganõudev liistude  naelutamine ei ole enam vajalik. Liistud saab paigaldada ilma naelteta.

Valamisplatvormi saab paigaldada kõigi ristlõike mõõtmetega postide raketistele.

Teil on võimalik kasutada GT 24 sõrestikpuittala või VT 20K puittala.

SKS  Single  Sided  Climbing System
The modular forming system for single-face climbing applications
With the PERI  SKSF  240 and SKS 180 climbing systems, the loads from the  fresh concrete 
pressure  are transferred through the brackets by means of V-strongbacks and compression braces 
into the scaffold anchors.
Typical  applications for the SKSF 240 and SKS 180 are  dams , locks, cooling towers, pier  heads, 
tunnels, and  bank vaults.
SKSF 240:
With the 2.40 m  wide  SKSF 240, the formwork is mounted on a carriage which can be retracted by 
60 cm  without  the need of a crane. This means reinforcement work, assembly  of scaffold anchors, 
and the installation and dismantling of box- outs  is made much easier.
SKS 180:
The formwork is simply tilted backwards when striking takes  place. The 1.80 m wide bracket 
requires  only a minimum of space and provides an inexpensive  alternative  to the SKSF 240.

Generous bracket spacings  allow  large-area formwork units with optimal utilization of the 
bearing capacity. This leads to extremely economical  solutions
• Economical and  safe  anchoring
The M30/DW20 and M36/DW26 climbing cones have been designed especially for single-
sided concreting using SKS/SSC in dam  construction , and to allow the  transfer  of high 
tensile and shear forces into the  still  fresh, unreinforced concrete. The corrosion-protected 
cones can be re-used – only the tie rods and threaded anchor plates  remain in the concrete. 
• Simple and flexible planning
With PERI SKSF 240 and SKS 180 single-sided climbing formwork, circular structures can 
also be concreted without undergoing any large planning  process . Even use on inclined 
walls is feasible without any special  measures because additional concrete loads or lifting 
forces can be safely transferred into the structure.

The Modular System for  Engineering Structures
PERI engineers have created ideal  project and connecting method combinations from  known tunnel, 
bridge  and construction engineering load  combinations, and  developed  this to form a versatile 
construction kit. This means load-optimized and geometrically-adapted supporting formwork can be 
built  from a large selection of system  components .
VARIOKIT, the engineering construction kit with rentable, standardized components, is the 
solution  for numerous  requirements  in  civil  engineering:
- fast
- safe
- cost-effective
In the process, PERI provides technical information for each project e.g. operating instructions and 
assembly drawings. Static calculations and assembly support are also integral   elements  such as the 
constant  support  given to contractors and help provided with new tasks for current  projects. For all 
construction projects, PERI can provide  everything from one source.

•  Maximum reduction in the number of special parts
Only a few  different  components are used for the  whole  system:
- 3 core  components (Climbing Rail RCS, Steel  Waler Universal  SRU, Heavy - Duty Spindle 
SLS)
- accessories  such as scaffold tubes and couplings
For the  complete  construction kit,  there  are only a few type connections with particular 
advantages:
- few different connecting parts such as  pins  and cotter pins
- standardized loads according to type of connection
- simple and easy on-site assembly 
• Perfect adjustment to project requirements
- SRU steel walers (16 lengths from 72 cm up to 6 m)
- RCS climbing rails (5 lengths from 2.5 m up to 10 m)
- SLS heavy-duty spindles (8 lengths continuously adjustable from 40 cm up to 4.80 m) 
• Wide range of system components
Components which have a mutual function are put together in groups. For example, a group 
consisting of heavy duty rollers or elements for lifting, lowering or moving .
Fundamental  details  such as scaffold tube  connector as side  protection  is taken into 
consideration just as much as technical working requirements (e.g. concreting stud ).
Also optimal additional components like the  drive  mechanism, electrical  or hydraulic 
components are  part  of the wide range range of possibilities provided by the PERI 
VARIOKIT.
