Sa märkad, veidraid nummerdatud nädalaid ja isegi nummerdatud nädalad on samas järjekorras iga harjutuse jaoks, aga tegelikud päevad nädalas on erinevad. Tee treening täpselt nii nagu on kirjeldatud, päevad on disainitud vastavalt nädalale.
