wrong, then i see no reason why not to forgive him. I think that it is important that the person himself understands his fault. Everyone needs a second chance. Furthermore, you want to forgive someone, who is really related to you. However, you cannot forgive everything. For example, when your girlfriend has cheated on you and when she even do not admit her fault. That is true that everybody needs a second chance, but not when someone uses you malevolently. I think this is unacceptable. On the whole, i think that it is hard to forgive someone, when the person do not admit his fault, even when the person is close to you. Some people just do not admit that they were wrong, because it makes them feel awkward. But also it is everyone's own choice, if they forgive or not.

Racism is belief, that people, who aren't the same skin color, who don't look like you or whose life standards aren't like yours, then you are better and more intelligent than them. White people mostly discriminate black people. They call them dumb and violent. Biggest issue with racism is in USA. Many centuries ago black people were white people's slaves, but when the slavery became unacceptable, white people and black people had to live together in America and have mixed. Nowadays many americans still believe, that black people aren't as intelligent as they are and call them violent and dumb. Some even are, but that doesn't mean that all white people in America are good intelligent. In my opinion white people aren't more intelligent than black people. Mostly black people live in poor South countries, wich can't give a good education to their people. There aren't any

Bad manners are the biggest problems facing Britain.Spitting and swearing are the most popular ones, along with not saying please or thank you .In britain it is absolutely unacceptable to visit someone unannounced or to blow your nose in front of the other people. But in Estonia these things aren`t really big deal. But i understand that,if there are kind of rules, for example not to visit someone unannounced, then people should agree with it,and should announce peole before visiting them.Because rules ARE to be followed. Now,to talk more about rules, then in my opinion, there have to be some limits and everything can`t be allowable

The role of the free press

The role of the free press

free press offer a valuable service, or is it, as American journalist, Edward Egglestone said, "organised gossip"? On a personal level, the media can be very entertaining and informative. Reading about the lifestyles of the rich and famous is amusing and can help people forget their own problems. However, journalists frequently intrude on the privacy of celebrities, following them and photographing them in their most intimate moments. This is surely an unacceptable interpretation of the word "free". As far as politics are concerned, the free press is important as it often reveals the truth behind all the speeches and accusations. Unfortunately, most newspapers tend to favour a particular political party, meaning that their articles are not objective. In addition, sometimes the information published may not necessarily be entirely true and thus cause damage to the politicians concerned.

Bella wants to meet with him but Edward thinks it unacceptable because Bella could be in danger in La Push. Werewolves and vampires are ancient enemies but since Edward's family came into existence, an uneasy truce has taken place. To top it all off, a plague of murders taking place in Seattle points to an impending vampire threat. I think my biggest problem with this book is the way Bella constantly deludes herself. Especially problematic is it when children swear, although they may not mean anything bad, or do not even know what the word means, they simply imitate, what they have heard from parents, for example. Usually, when a child swears, it may show to others, how the child`s parents have raised him/her. Of course there are certain situation as well, where swearing is unacceptable, for example formal events, among people who are complete strangers, with parents, grandparents, at school etc. Although swearing may be in some ways a positive phenomenon, people should use swear words only when really necessary or where it is acceptable. Of course, parents should teach their children, why they can not use certain words and how offensive they are. Actually all people swear and it has beocome quite common, even more common than one might think and it is better to get sworn at

"Legal english vs everyday english" speech

Introduction: Hi, I'm here to talk about the advantages and disadvantages of using legal English. How many of you have had to use/have had any interaction with legal English? Well, I, myself, apart from learning it in this class, have never, but many others have. Legal English dates back to thousands of years and it is an essential part of law. Lately, in some cases, legalese has been smoothly replaced with plain language and for some it is unacceptable. So, why use legal English when there is already plain language that can be used instead? Body 1: Firstly, we all like to follow traditions, right? So do most lawyers. You know Latin was and is important for English law, the practice of using Latin word versus in case names (for "against") still occurs daily. Why change something that has been used and appreciated for thousands of years? Law is known for it's conservatism and legalese might have maintained so well because many lawyers

different from one's own. It seems like a good and challenging streak to have, but the question is, how far we can go with it. I would say not very far. More and more media and public encourage us to be tolerant to homosexuals and their lifestyle and many countries have actually made their marriages legal and tolerate them. Also, there have been numerous discussions on whether they should have the right to have, adopt and raise children. To me, it is absolutely unacceptable because this is not normal. They could have good facilities for bringing up children and lots of love to give them, but in my eyes it just is not suitable for a child. How could a child live a normal life having to live with two mothers or two fathers? It may sound very intolerant and rude from my part, but I do not think any child could live like that and have a normal and healthy life afterwards. I try to be tolerant about gays having untraditional partnerships

In some societies including our own, dreams are generally dismissed as nonsensical fancies, irrelevant to real life. Dreams and internal conflict- according to Freud, dreams are product of an elaborate clash between two contending forces-unconscious primitive urges of our biological heritage and the civilizing constaints imposed by society. The disguise explains why dreams are so often odd and senseless. Senselessness is only on the surface, a cunning mask that lets us indulge in the unacceptable wish without realizing that iti is unacceptable. ' some distortions involve various transformations of the unacceptable themes, one is symbolism'. ( riding a horse and walking up a staircase refer to intercourse and passion ). Fifty years ago this would have been socially unacceptable in Britain. *slang of the country Cockney Rhyming slang is a coded language invented in the nineteenth century by Cockneys so they could speak in front of the police without being understood. So he drew his half-iron, half-silver sword and decided to go back to the field, but then he thought: "Alec told me to run...It means I mustn`t return to That place anymore...What should I do?" Suddenly the cloudy autumn sky turned red and the rider heard some wild animal roaring. This was unacceptable to his brave lionheart and he ran off to the forest not looking back even once. He wandered pointlessly many hours thinking of his friend whom was taken away by some mysterios beast. It is now using that boost as an argument that further regulation of the industry - under, say, an economy-wide cap-and-trade system like the one now being discussed by Congress and all three presidential candidates - would be redundant, confusing ... why, a "glorious mess" (Dingell's words, cited by Bush). In reality, automakers would simply have to meet the highest standard applied to them. That's not confusing; they just don't want to do it. What would also be unacceptable, according to Bush, is for "unelected regulators and judges" to force a "one size fits all" set of carbon regulations on the country. The unelected judges in question are the ones on what Bush refers to dismissively as "some courts" - that is, the US supreme court. The unelected regulators are the ones in Bush's own EPA, which was told by the court in no uncertain terms that it is obligated by the Clean Air Act to regulate CO2. "One size

The good news is that palm oil doesn't have to come with these unacceptable impacts. New industry standards show that palm oil can be produced in a way that protects tropical forests, peatlands, and our atmosphere. Some companies in the palm oil supply chain have begun to commit to the new standards. It is rare that the House of Lords use of this prerogative, other than in exceptional cases; for the Lords to act against the wishes of an elected government would be constitutionally unacceptable. Thus, almost all the bills from the House of Commons are approved quickly by the Lords, and returned for a "second reading" with some proposals for modifications or improvements. achievements. A university student whose studies are interrupted by his father's death, Hamlet is extremely philosophical and contemplative. He is particularly drawn to difficult questions or questions that cannot be answered with any certainty. Faced with evidence that his uncle murdered his father, evidence that any other character in a play would believe, Hamlet becomes obsessed with proving his uncle's guilt before trying to act. The standard of "beyond a reasonable doubt" is simply unacceptable to him. He is equally plagued with questions about the afterlife, about the wisdom of suicide, about what happens to bodies after they die--the list is extensive. But even though he is thoughtful to the point of obsession, Hamlet also behaves rashly and impulsively. When he does act, it is with surprising swiftness and little or no premeditation, as when he stabs Polonius through a curtain without even checking to see who he is. He seems to step very easily into the role of a madman, behaving

Dickinson's style was completely unconventional and showed a total disregard for standard poetic forms. Her technique is so innovative that her work was considered unacceptable for publication. Correspondence theory: A scientific theory is True because it is objectively l ike that in Reality Or Coherence theory: A scientific theory is True because scientists agreed that it was like that. Coherence theories of truth seem to lead to a relativism that might be unacceptable, although not necessarily incorrect. powerful to leave me in mystified possession of a pair of unwanted and overpriced candy bars. Why should I feel obliged to reciprocate a concession? The answer rests once again in the benefit of such a tendency to the society. It is in the interest of any human group to have its members working together toward the achievement of common goals. However, in many social interactions the participants begin with requirements and demands that are unacceptable to one another. Thus, the society must arrange to have these initial, incompatible desires set aside for the sake of so- cially beneficial cooperation. This is accomplished through procedures that pro- mote compromise. Mutual concession is one important such procedure. The reciprocation rule brings about mutual concession in two ways. The first is obvious; it pressures the recipient of an already-made concession to respond in kind. The second, while not so obvious, is pivotally important

external security, which is illusory anyway, lessens. You are able to live with uncertainty, even enjoy it. When you become comfortable with uncertainty, infinite possibilities open up in your life. It means fear is no longer a dominant factor in what you do and no longer prevents you from taking action to initiate change. The Roman philosopher Tacitus rightly observed that “the desire for safety stands against every great and noble enterprise.” If uncertainty is unacceptable to you, it turns into fear. If it is perfectly acceptable, it turns into increased aliveness, alertness, and creativity. Many years ago, as a result of a strong inner impulse, I walked out of an academic career that the world would have called “promising,” stepping into complete uncertainty; and out of that, after several years, emerged my new incarnation as a spiritual teacher. Much later, something similar happened again. The impulse came to give up my home in England and

He looked none the worse for wear after our abandoned fucking in his limo. In fact, he seemed like a totally different person. He was once again the man I'd met in the Crossfire lobby, supremely contained and quietly powerful. "In North America," he began, "childhood sexual abuse is experienced by one in every four women and one in every six men. Take a good look around you. Someone at your table is either a survivor or knows someone who is. That's the unacceptable truth." I was riveted. Gideon was a consummate orator, his vibrant baritone mesmerizing. But it was the topic, which hit so close to home, and his passionate and sometimes shocking way of discussing it, that moved me. I began to thaw, my bewildered fury and damaged self-confidence subverted by wonder. My view of him shifted, altering as I became simply another individual in a rapt audience. He wasn't the man who'd so recently hurt my feelings; he was just a skilled speaker discussing a

with direction-finding, it can often approximate the where and when of a planned movement. Radio intelligence thus maintains a long-range, invisible, and continuous surveillance of fleet movements and organization, providing a wealth of information at a low cost. Of course it has its limitations. A change of the call-signs of radio transmitters can hinder it. The sending of fictitious messages can befuddle it. Radio silences can deafen it. But it cannot be wholly prevented except by unacceptable restrictions on communications. Hence the Navy relied increasingly on it for its information on Japanese naval activities as security tightened in Japan during 1941, and almost exclusively after July, when the President's trade-freezing order deprived the Navy of all visual observations of Japanese ships not on the China coast. It was in July that a Japanese tactic set up a radio pattern that was later to deceive the Combat Intelligence Unit. The Nipponese militarists

to muscle. This is accomplished by stimulating protein synthesis and increasing the insulin sensitivity of muscle tissue itself through activation (translocation) of the GLUT-4 glucose transporters. Recall from "Damage Control" that the latter is best done through exercise, as we don't want to overdose on insulin. If you work out just once a month, this might represent one whole-body GLUT-4 window per month for e ective overfeeding. This is unacceptable for us, and we'll aim for one workout per week at a minimum. WHAT TO DO IF YOUR GAINS SLOW WITH ONE SESSION PER WEEK? Rather than doing one full-body workout every 1014 days, for example, test a split routine to facilitate strength gains while increasing your GLUT-4 windows to at least two per week. This is how you get very big, very fast without getting very fat. I've successfully used the following three-workout split, most notably in 1997: Session 1: Pushing exercises
