For example, one possibility would be to restrict the length of nets. This should be a duty of marine mammal organisations. Also should be limited the allowed amount of fish to be caught. The Defence League was re-founded on 17 February in 1990 at Järvakandi on popular initiative in order to defend Estonia's independent statehood.
