Hus ofta trista och tystnad. Atmosphare lite deprimerande och ledsen. Boken var inte enkelt att läsa, får att det är skrivit redan 1889 och så gammalt språket är liten annarlunda än språket idag. Det finns till exempel bokstav ,,o" i slutet av ord var-varo, föll- föllo. Men fraser var ganska enkla att läsa. Inte förmycket långa eller komplexa. Jag valde den här boken för att jag har läst Selma Lagerlöfs ,,Nils Holgerssons underbara resa genom Sverige" och jag tyckte mycket om det. Den här boken är annarlunda. Det är mer psycologisk och har mer djupgående inehållet. Jag rekomenderar det inte till någon som har läst inte mycket böker på svenska. Jag tror att det var liten fösvårt för mig också.
