Most of the major national and international companies are headquartered near the Old Town. Since the economy is not in a good shape right now the question of financing the old parts of Tallinn has been raised. Many people claim that spending money on preserving the old parts of Tallinn is not the best idea when people are having hard times. They are having trouble with making money in the first place. Also there are other fields, which are more important than the Old Town, such as education that need to be financed. Nevertheless, the Old Town is very important to tourism. For this reason money spent on old parts of Tallinn is not money wasted. Tourism is extremely important in todays economy

The use of the language as a business language side by side with English has become somewhat of a sign of quality customer service. There has been an increasing interest towards Welsh also because at the workplace the ability to speak and write Welsh has become as important as for example computer skills have been. To my mind the Welsh people have set their sight to preserving their language and even to enlarge the population speaking it. Families are being reminded of the use of raising their children bilingually. Of course the use of English will not disappear, in my opinion, never, which is quite logical. But I think that the Welsh language itself will not either. I think that us, Estonians can understand their pursuit very well and the tendency in the world towards preserving smaller languages, is in its high point.

The science of Qur'anic commentary and exegesis is known as tafsir. The word Qur'an means "recitation". When Muslims speak in the abstract about "the Qur'an", they usually mean the scripture as recited in Arabic rather than the printed work or any translation of it. To Muslims, the Qur'an is perfect only as revealed in the original Arabic; translations are necessarily deficient because of language differences, the fallibility of translators, and the impossibility of preserving the original's inspired style.
