Legitimacy! AND UNITED NATIONS CRISIS In this article, we examine the current debate regarding the legitimacy crisis facing the UNSC. We consider its most usual manifestation, namely that the Council faces a crisis of legitimacy because of its inability to constrain the unilaterally inclined hegemonic United States. But we also examine the converse argument that it is the whole UN collective security mechanism (rather than just the Council) that is in crisis. According to this, it is the failure to recognize the unique dangers immanent within the contemporary security environment and the inability of the UN security system to tackle these which is the cause of the current crisis of legitimacy. International society, this position continues, must acknowledge these, and vest in the hegemon the powers it requires in order to meet its global responsibilities

If it increases, it will be a serious threat for all EU countries because we have common economy and Greece is using Euro (usually, the countries which are in crisis like that will devalue money, but because Greece is using Euro, it is impossible). That means - if Greece will bankrupt, it will bring crisis for all the Europe. So in EU, the countries have to pay for others mistakes... It has even been predicted that 4 EU countries would be bankrupt before 2013 year.

Negative is that peace-keeping missions can be very dangerous. Like couple year ago, Estonian soldier died in Afganistan, but he hasn`t been the only one. Even now, estonians have to be careful, because the troops are in Iraq and Afganistan and one day we can hear some bad news about that some Estonian peace keeper died in war. In addition peace-keeping missions collective action can be very expensive and as we know, Estonia isn´t rich country.At the moment we have economic crisis and that makes things worse. Finally, I hope if Estonian troops helps ohter countries, then they helps us when we have difficulties.This all is a one big circulation.

Secondly, norms are often subject to interpretation and can thus be "bended" in situations by individuals to achieve their goals. For example, even though honesty is a strong norm and lying is seen as discrediting someone's general trustworthiness, individuals still tell white lies, and may often try to get away with minor thefts or bearings of false witness. And there is no punishment if they get away with it. Thirdly, as norms and values may bring out the best in people at times of crisis, they can also disappear, leading to quicker destruction of social order. An example of this would be Leningrad blockade during the Second World War, when many resorted to barbarianism and cannibalism, even though these ideas are strongly against civilized norms. Thus, norms help to contribute to the build-up of societal order, as they are generally beneficial to all individuals. Answer is simple: salary, unemployment, salary. Very many things depend on incomes, so we head away from our country to find a better place where salarys are higher. For me it seems like our parliament wants to help all other countrys, for example Greece, or reckon with somebody else before help ourselves. To my way of thinking parliament should take care of our county number one and then think out how we can and should help others. The second aspect is economic crisis. This problem comprises all the world not only Estonia. Again, I get back to Greece. Many countrys give money to help them, but still they are in the red. It is example that we have to stop living over our abilitys, we can not buy more thing than we have money but this is the way how many of us live. Consequently we can say that estonians are tolerant and foreign students feel comfortabe while living Estonia. Negative side is unemployment. It has decreased compared with the last year, but it is still too high. Also a lot of young people are unemployed. It might be caused by the economical crisis, which stopped in fall 2010. Now our economy has risen and situatsion is going to be better. In conclusion i would like to say that life in Estonia is good. The economy is not in a bad situation any more and we can get through the difficulties. Estonia is a little country but Estonians are hardworking and they can achive a lot, when they really want something.
