The keywords of the current research include: enterprise, solvency, financial analysis, liquidity, horizontal analysis, vertical analysis, financial report, bankruptcy and creditors. The thesis consists of the following parts: 45 pages of principal analysis, 12 626 words, 9 formulas, 2 tables, 6 figures and 4 appendixes. 33 sources were used to compile the thesis (including 23 books and 10 other sources).
CONCLUSION From historical point of view it is obvious, that Estonia and Russia had common bases for the development of notary institution. Estonian notarys and King-Russia notarys had a lot of similarities. Notariates of both countries conformed to the standards of Latin notariate, but they were liquidated because of NSV Union power establishment. That is why in all NSV Union territory, including Estonia, state notariate laws were used. In bachelor`s work according to the chosen topic are considered Estonian and Russian notarial systems. The purpose of the work is to compare the structures of Estonian and Russian notariates, to find the differences between the past and present structures, their positive and negative aspects, and to observe what changes have happened in notaries` work and in elements of law. Research concerns notary`s legal status, main aspects of notaries` work and
shows the success of office buildings. Every party understands the importance of parking spaces, especially when it comes to the suburbs, it is followed an international principle, according to which it is reasonable to establish one parking space per 30 m 2 of rentable space. When it comes to the city center, parking spaces are created in compliance with the capability of land; therefore the problems related to parking are quite usual. Since it is a bachelor thesis, it has to be understood that because of the limited capacity of it, the number of experts who were interviewed were limited to six, so it is not efficient to interpret the results as market opinions, but above all as market participants' opinions. Despite to that, thanks to different opinions of the parties and the contemporaneity of the present subject, this thesis offers, in author's opinion, interesting reading material to everyone who is interested in the market of office buildings
