I have always known that I want to engage oneself with science . I am interested in how different things react with each other , their influence on human and realised that I can find all these in food science and nutrition. Nowadays people try to improve their food excesses, however , they do this incorrectly. People restrict themselves in food, but in such a manner they are depriving themselves of the important components necessary for the efficiency of the body . Personally, I faced with such diseases and it was hard enough to deal with this by myself. In order to return a healthy appetite, I read a lot of literature but was not sure that I would find the correct way to restore health. That`s why, I want to study Nutrition and Food Science course . I desire to help people cope with eating diseases and find out more about healthy eating, explore the foundations of human nutrition, food science and safety .
My favourite subjects at school are Chemistry and Biology. I study at science biased class , so I have supplementary courses like the Chemistry of Elements and Applied Biology. My Chemistry and Biology teachers motivated me to an in-depth study of their subjects. Also, I took part in town Olympiads in Mathematics, Chemistry and according to results I was in top 10. Theteacher`s helpfulness and my interest to unknown helped me to overcome difficulties and achieve high results. I do my best to have more skills at the targeted field, therefore I have taken Chemistry supplementary courses, visited a variety of lectures, conferences about nutrition and how to make/calculate human diet. In addition , I keep track of food industry bywatching scientific TV programmes in English to learn about essential vocabulary . My favourites are “Take Five” on WZZM and “How do they do it” on Discovery channel . Besides, I try hardest to have a worthy average grade and graduate with magna cum laude .. Regarded as a persistant person , I will continue to carry out any task until I succeed. I must admit I am a shy person, however, I gladly work in a team . I prefer to listen to the views of others and express mine. In other words, I am always ready to make a compromise for successful collaboration. For instance , during group work, I always have a lot of ideas how the material can be logically presented. Taking into account and respecting the opinions of others, I try each time adjust to the choice of the group, and even ready for improvisation. Regarding the laboratory works, I tend to distribute work so that I was comfortable to work and to my partner .
It should be noted that studies is not my only fascination. I am interested in creating things with my own hands . I design invitation cards and ornaments made of plasticine, but alsolove drawing (especially portraits). My interests taught me how to concentrate on work, do work in time and qualitatively. I believe that my self- confidence , resolution and versatility will be essential components for getting higher education at your University .
By getting a Bachelor degree I want to improve my span of knowledge and skills. Having heard a lot about the British education system, what advantages and opportunities for self-development it has, I strongly believe that continuing my studies in England is the best opportunity for me. That area I want to study is well represented in your University. Thanks to your Nutrition and Food Science degree programme, I will be allowed to extend and enhance my practical abilities and sharpen my professional skills. Doubtless, your University can provide me with a thorough understanding of food composition and analysis and give me a high standard of experience in nutrition, which will lead me to great opportunities for the international career.

This year I participated in a work shadow day. I remember that I had to fill in different forms, concerning the subject of the theme. I got back an answer that they do not have anynobody to offer me at the moment. Although they attracted my attention that I had a chance to apply for the crowns of the work shadow day, for who was a really tough competition. I saw there was even the foreign minister. At that moment I instantly knew that I really wanted to be his work shadow. I dared to write my motivation letter and also sent my CV. Days later and I got a phone call, telling I was elected to be the working shadow of the foreign minister! Later I found out that for his place was the toughest competition in Estonia. I had an unforgettable day with the foreign minister and its all because I had enough selfconfidence in myself. This is a small example, but I want to say that you shoul never be afraid of doing something ambitious, even when others do not have faith in you. It

Education

Education Education is so multifaceted that it is difficult for me to know where to begin discussing it, or how to prioritize the many factors. Relaying my own experience is easy: I had a standard classroom approach, supplemented by inordinate reading. In only the briefest and least memorable instances did I receive any individual tutoring. Education is commonly thought of as the job of schools. Adults cry "educate our children!" Everyone has opinions about the best way to do the job. It is of urgent importance, and all the numerous factors are much studied, debated, and new (or old) ideas continually tested or retested. Some people say "it's as simple as . . . " and then name their pet peeve or passion. My view is not of an education specialist, but of one who loves sharing what I learn, and owes much to educators. Since I don't have an educational theory neatly worked-out, nor an outline of my perceptions, my intent is to address each educational ingredient that comes to my m

example zoom or Microsoft and other platforms. Even in the university these days we have a lot of so say dinosaurs, who don’t know how to put a grade in the system, or make a power point presentation. You ask how are those things happening, well I don’t know. It’s really sad. Also, I feel that in our society we have a common attitude that learning is for young people. In addition to the limited financial opportunities, self-improvement is also hampered by a lack of interest and motivation among adults. And the profession of teacher is not attractive: the proportion of young and male teachers and the competition for teacher training curricula is small, the teacher studied does not go to school. When I started studying to be a teacher, we had the greatest number of students for the last 7 years, it was around 109 people. Now this year it was something around 87 people. The situation is getting worse each year. Problems that the new strategy acknowledges are next

ENGLISH TOPICS - palju teemasid inglise keele riigieksami kordamiseks

British Cuisine Some people criticize English food. They say it's unimaginable, boring, tasteless, it's chips with everything and totally overcooked vegetables. The basic ingredients, when fresh, are so full of flavour that British haven't had to invent sauces to disguise their natural taste. What can compare with fresh pees or new potatoes just boiled and served with butter? Why drown spring lamb in wine or cream and spices, when with just one or two herbs it is absolutely delicious? If you ask foreigners to name some typically English dishes, they will probably say "Fish and chips" then stop. It is disappointing, but true that, there is no tradition in England of eating in restaurants, because the food doesn't lend itself to such preparation. English cooking is found at home. So it is difficult to a good English restaurant with a reasonable prices. In most cities in Britain you'll find Indian, Chinese, French and Italian restaurants. In London you'll also find Indonesian,
