memorable, then what's the point. Life is all about challenges and adventures. They will make you wiser and you will have more things to remember. I think when you're finally old, it's great to look back and see what a wonderful life you've lived. On the other hand, some people are okay with just being and not doing something wonderful. They like their lifes just the way they are. They are happy with that comfortable position. Sometimes it's risky to take challenges. You'll never know what will happen and that can be very frightening sometimes. To conclude, people can live a long life without living, but it's really eveybodys own decision. You must do what you want and what you think is best for you. But never forget, if you decide to live a ordinary life, then don't start to regret it later.

Children while young

Concidering the age of woman giving birth for the first time is about 25. It has been increased very much comparing with the ten years back time and the medium age for woman giving birth is 35. The society thinks that it is quite late and so am I. In my point of view people should have children when their health is on the best condition. So, I think that the best age for having children is befor 40´s on men and before 30´s for woman. It is well known that woman over 35 is a risky group for having children. These reasons are medical but there are also oher reasons why people should have children while being young. The most imortant reason is that our age deifference would not be so big. It would help to understand the other generation better and have better ralations in family. Of course there are very youthful parents despite of their high age but still let´s think about this way that we could see our children growing, having education, getting married and so on. We

Of course, television can be educational and teach children something, such as self- defense whilst also teaching them fighting. Nevertheless, kids who view violent acts are more likely to show aggressive behavior but also fear that the world is scary and that something bad will happen to them. TV characters often depict risky behaviors, such as smoking and drinking, and also reinforce gender-role and racial stereotypes. Anyways TV is pointless thing and I don`t suggest it because it ruins our life and makes us FAT!

The Integration of subjects

Lastly, the idea of a learning experience like this looks good on paper but problems can occur. There are just too many variables - the teacher might not be prepared to deal with this hands-on type of work. This system could only work if the subjects synchronize perfectly. For example if there is a stumble in math the whole integrated course might suffer. To conclude, I believe the idea of integrating subjects is risky and could even be bad for the education system on an international level because of non-compatible courses. I think that these ideas should be for specialized schools only.

Her mind is made up and even waiting until graduation seemed too risky to her. Bella mentions to Edward about the missing clothes and pillows from her room and asks him to ask Alice where she put them, but he is completely confused. He says that Alice hadn't taken her things. That's when the pieces click into place and he realizes that the same intruder that was in her room had taken things that contained her scent to bring back as proof that she had been found. Art of Healing: present and future

The problem is that it is hard to find a suitable organ. I think that in the future they find a solution how to fit the organs into the patient's body or the doctors are able to make reliable artificial organs and those who cannot be helped today can be helped in the future. I am sure that the future will bring new opportunities to cure diseases that cannot be cured now. I believe and hope that scientist will find some kind of treatment for AIDS for the year 2020. I suppose that if a risky illness will start spreading the scientists will find cure against it quicker and the people will know exactly how to avoid catching a flu that is dangerous and how to react if you have the symptoms of that flu. I imagine that the people will learn more about the dangerous infections and they will realize that it is important to go to regular check-ups and really keep your surroundings clean and tidy.

Computers - indispensable part of our life

computers, computer related vision problems are affecting a growing number of individuals. Visual symptoms include: eyestrain, blurred or double vision, headaches, red or irritated eyes, and color perception changes. But there are even more side-effects on using computers. When sitting on the same position constantly, we may experience neck or shoulder tension, general fatigue, or pain in the back, arms, wrists or shoulders. Using computers daily and more than few hours a day is risky and may affect our health. That is why we should always have pauses using computers and enjoy more outdoor activities. Computers are vital part of our every day life, as they provide us with so many possibilities on using them. We can search the World Wide Web for information, talk with our friends and long-distance relatives, play games, watch movies or listen to music. There are so many ways on entertaining ourselves using computers. But besides on many

effect is never like overdosing on alcohol or on other narcotic substances. According to Robert Gable “the least physiologically toxic substances, those requiring 100 to 1,000 times the effective dose to cause death, include psilocybin mushrooms and marijuana, when ingested. Gable has found no published cases in the English language that document deaths from smoked marijuana, so the actual lethal dose is a mystery. Gable’s surmise is that smoking marijuana is more risky than eating it but still safer than getting drunk by alcohol (Gable, American Scientist 2006, 94). Third reason why Estonia should decriminalize cannabis is that our doctors are afraid to write out descriptions for patients for the use of medical marijuana. By the law they are allowed to do so, but no doctor in Estonia has had the courage to write out the description for it. That leads the patients to go on the Black market in search of cannabis, which makes them criminals in the eye of law

It was then that Jackass was born. Such warnings not only appeared before and after each program and after each commercial break, but also in a "crawl" that ran along the bottom of the screen during some especially risky stunts, as well as showing their 'skull and crutches logo' at the bottom right of the screen to symbolize the stunt performed as risky. Nevertheless, the program has been blamed for a number of deaths and injuries involving teens and children recreating the stunts. On January 29, 2001, U.S. Senator Joseph Lieberman publicly condemned MTV and Jackass in connection with a dangerous stunt that led to a copycat incident

And the funniest part of that is that the price doesn't matter. Some of my mates have tested those cheap under 10 bucks programs and for my surprise almost half of them worked. The most expensive one they used was 970 dollars and it worked as well as those under 10 dollar programs. It is a very risky business because Facebook is working harder and harder to get rid of those password hacking programs. The best way to avoid getting caught is to use different proxies. If you don't know what proxies are then you don't have to worry, I'll explain everything to you as clearly as possible. So why do using proxies makes it a lot more safer than without them? So the usual case is that pay-for performance tool is just added into some documents, it even may not be compatible with institutions strategic plan. This already makes using the tool very risky. For successful pay-for performance it is crucial that it is part of strategic management. Using the tool and implementing it successfully needs talented and capable managers. The success is dependant on how managers will go through with the change. Managers have to show commitment and trust into the new system so employees would follow. This example shows that although little effort was put into obtaining this knowledge, in comparison to discovering the structure and function of DNA, it has a value but due to the lack of scientific studies the experiment was risky and unethical. It has taken years of research and development to actually obtain the correct knowledge about safely administering vaccinations. This shows how much value knowledge obtained through hardship and time has when compared to knowledge or information obtained quickly without much proper testing. 1Leslie A. For example, prior to thoracotomy for pulmonary mass excision, CT scan should be recommended to better characterize lymph node size and determine the presence of smaller lesions, since both findings strongly affect prognosis.[5] In general, less expensive, less invasive, and less risky tests are offered first, although owners should be made aware that more expensive, more invasive tests may follow if diagnosis is not achieved. For example, fine needle aspiration and cytologic evaluation are often recommended prior to surgical removal and biopsy of a mass. For many tumor types, such as lymphoma and mast cell tumors, diagnosis is usually easily achieved with cytology, and knowledge of the diagnosis prior to surgery augments treatment planning. Alliances between vendors and companies and client to client are becoming critical to competitive success. A successful alliance can give you access to markets, technology, and other resources. It can give you flexibility to handle change and hedge risks, but only if you manage it effectively. Mergers and Acquistions The key to growth by acquisitions is takinga advantages of synergies: making 2+2=5. Growth through acquisition is a quicker, cheaper, and far less risky proposition than the tried and true methods of expanded 5 marketing and sales efforts. Further, acquisition offers a myriad of other advantages such as easier financing and instant economies of scale. The competitive advantages are, ranging from catching one's competition off guard, to instant market penetration even in areas where you may currently be weak, to the elimination of a competitor(s) through its acquisition.

With regard to the receptivity of the public, the king and his supporters tried to ban the panting, but despite of all their efforts it was widely spread and seen. Moreover, it was extremely risky for David to send Brutus to an exhibition sponsored by the king himself, because of the fact that a while ago David himself worked for the king and now he is presenting a work that potentially damages the king's reputation. (Friedlaender, 1952, p.18) The theme of Brutus and the Lictors brings about the feeling of patriotism and sacrifice. Chernobyl? Ozone depletion? The Valdez oil spill? Each of these tragedies were possible because of knowledge created for which no one was ultimately responsible. This may finally come to be seen for what I think it is: a problem of scale. Knowledge of how to do vast and risky things has far outrun our ability to use it responsibly. Some of it cannot be used responsibly, which is to say safely and to consistently good purposes. Fourth, we cannot say that we know something until we understand the effects of this knowledge on real people and their communities. In northern regions, highest yields and oil percentages are obtained by planting early - as soon after the spring-sown small grain crops as possible. In the northern midwest and Canada this is often May 1 through 20 and mid-March through early April in the southern USA. Resistance to frost damage decreases as the seedlings develop into the 6leaf stage, so too-early sowings in the northern USA or Canada can be risky. A later planting date tends to increase the proportion of linoleic acid in sunflower, especially at southern locations. Damage of sunflower heads by insect larvae may be increased by early planting. Test weight tends to decrease with late plantings. A planting date of early to mid May is recommended in Minnesota and Wisconsin. C. the government to perform some social functions. Obviously, Russian state-owned banks have provided much broader access to loans for mostly big Ukrainian companies. This was a positive contribution to Ukraine's economy. One of Russia's most proactive banks is VEB which is, in fact, a quasi-bank regulated by a special federal act. Whenever a European government becomes a shareholder of a bank, it sets some restrictions on the growth of its assets, sometimes pressuring the bank to quit risky foreign markets. Quite the opposite for Russian state-owned banks: they are actively expanding abroad thanks to financial resources granted by the government at prices below market value. Essentially, this means that they are building networks in other countries at the expense of Russian taxpayers. 30 The financial sector is typically a

Entrepreneur shall be liable for its obligations with all its assets. The main advantage of a Limited Liability Company is that the solvency of each participant in the company's obligations is limited to the amount contributed by them to the authorized capital in accordance with the contract. This is significant in that case, if you're going to take large amounts of money on credit or a large number of goods to market, or is planning to implementation any risky business transactions. Limited Liability Company continues to exist even if some of the participants decided to withdraw from it or died. This does not affect the state of society as a whole. Another advantage is that your children can participate in a given society is inherited. stitutes a further milestone in the development of tax legislation. Licenses and permits - Georgia has dramatically reduced licensing and permitting requirements to ease constraints on business. The total number of licenses and permits was cut by 84% in re- forms that eliminated 756 licenses and permits and streamlined procedures. Currently, licenses and permits are only used in the production of highly risky goods and services, also usage of natural resources and specific activities. The procedures of issuing licenses and permits were significantly simplified to the "one-stop shop" and "silence is consent" principles. Customs Reform - From January 1, 2011 the new Tax Code of Georgia took effect which also includes the provisions regulating customs. Tax Code established business friendly customs pro- cedures. outlook for a Nixon victory in the November election could not have been brighter. Edmund Muskie, the only announced candidate the early polls had given a chance of unseating the president, had done poorly in the primaries. It looked very much as though the most defeatable candidate, George McGovern, would win the Democratic nomination. A Republican victory seemed assured. • The break-in plan itself was a highly risky operation requiring the participation and discretion of ten men. • The Democratic National Committee and its chairman, Lawrence O'Brien, whose Watergate office was to be burglarized and bugged, had no information damaging enough to defeat the incumbent president. Nor were the Democrats likely to get any, unless the administration did something very, very foolish. Despite the obvious counsel of the previously mentioned reasons, the expen-

If the H-bridge drive inputs cannot be guaranteed during power-up, use a power supply for the stepper motor that has the ability to be disabled with a shutdown input. Keep the motor power off until everything on the control side is stable. It may be tempting to depend on the microprocessor getting out of reset and getting its port bits set to the right state before the motor power supply comes up to a high enough voltage to do any damage. This is a risky approach, as a faulty processor may never get the ports set up right. If you use an emu- lator for debugging, then there may be a considerable delay between apply- ing power and getting the ports set up correctly. And what happens if you turn the power on but you forgot to plug the emulator in? You could destroy the entire prototype setup. This can be a real problem if there is only one of them. The safest route is to insure that the power-up state of the processor can’t do any damage.

ESTONIAN SYMPHONIC MUSIC. THE FIRST CENTURY 1896-1996.

A clear main theme, upon which all that follows should be based, which ought to be the solid visiting card for an extensive work, is absent. Development takes place as pulsation with jazz rhythms dominant. The orchestra which should be the force carrying the development is almost passive. In shaping the form the composer has used juxtapositions of a series of independent images. By its content the First Piano Concerto displays a row of contrasting pictures of the outer world. The risky synthesis between the rhythms and elements of pop and rock and of the means of symphonic music has been successful. The Concerto is impressive by its impulsive rhythm and interesting, quite individual, melodies which do not form a thematic line. 1 The First Piano Concerto has been written over several years. Maybe this is the partial reason… for the diffusion of the form. At the same time the Concerto is impressive with its vividness in many of the fragments.2
