Drugs and how they affect your health.

While inhaling a cigarette, smokers are pulling more than nicotine into their lungs. Tobacco smoke contains more than 4,000 chemicals. Besides nicotine, the most dangerous chemicals in cigarette smoke are tar and carbon monoxide. Tar causes lung cancer, emphysema, and bronchial diseases. Carbon monoxide causes heart problems; smokers are at high risk for heart disease. Smokers also have a dulled sense of smell and taste, reduced stamina for exercise and sports, and they smell of smoke. P.E in my life P.E is very important for all of us. It keeps us healthy and physically fit. I think that every person should do some sports to stay physically fit. If you do sport, you can run about 3 km without getting exhausted. If you don't to any sport, you get tired very quickly and gain a lot of weight. I think that to stay healthy, physically fit and feel good for itself every person should do some sport every day. After you do sport, you have a good feeling and you're happy that you did that. Do whatever - run, walk, play ball games, throw a ball and you do it yourself to feel better. There are P.E lessons in every school. That is good, because some people do not work out, outside the school and so they do at least some movement. In school we have two P.E lessons a week and that isn't enough compared with the 2-4 hours a day that students spend on the internet or watching TV. In our P

Most people have an interest in some sports as a player, spectator or gambler, but everybody in Britain seems to be fond of outdoor exercise, be it jogging, walking, rambling or just sitting on the bench outdoors. As British homes are rather cool in winter (at least for Estonians!), the saying goes that ‘the English like fresh air outdoors and indoors’. Most people are conscious of the good influence of sport on their health. They expect a lot from it –

As a soccer coach, you often tread a thin line between what has been proven scientifically and what is considered “best practice.” Unfortunately, science in soc- cer is still in its infancy, and there are still many question marks in this regard. Soccer is a very complex sport in which different physical abilities are used in tan- dem, often competing for adaptation. Because not everything in the field of soccer science has been “mapped out” yet, we often have to rely on our experience and intuition. Advantages and disadvantages of television

TV teaches the ideals of democracy and political argument. Watching television can be compared with reading books. It provides an outlet for creative talents.
