1984 book conclusion

1948 is book that has many ideas twisted together. Lovestory, fears, how Winston whose daily work is rewriting history tries to rebel by falling in love to Julia, altough she isn´t his taste. This book was very interesting because there are many connections to real life for example Big Brother evokes to the cult of personality buillt up around Joseph Stalin, also Winston´s job „revising history“ is based on the Stalinist habit of airbrushing images of „fallen“ people from group photographs and removing references to them in books and newspapers. The thought police is based on the NKVD and the tortures of the Minstry of Love evoke the procedures used by the NKVD. Actually the statement „2+2=5“ that Winston had to beliece was a communist party slogan from the second five-year plan, in which they wanted to full five-year plan in four years. In my opinion it goeds together with nowadays- that people want to get more and faster, they do no...

Carbide Corporation in which water managed to reach the MIC tank. The chemical reaction between water and MIC caused a major temperature and pressure rise in the tank which allowed the toxic gas to escape from the emergency pipes. The gas was not neutralized, as the three fundamental emergency systems failed to work. The gas killed up to 10, 000 people in 3 days and approximately 35, 000 by 1994. The gas affected soil and water to the point that agriculture in Bhopal is unusable. In conclusion this demonstrates the need for consistent mainteance in pesticide plants, power plants and all ohter industrial plants. Corporations can not save money in the expense of safety, because there is always an intensive risk. Keywords: gas tradegy, methyl isocyanate (MIC), chemical reactions, consistent mainteance, intensive risk

security features is not enough, when the product is used improperly. Those companies have to offer advice on updates and patches to the customer, as well educate customers about best practice. Best practice such as changing passwords regularly, which to date is one of the most common causes of a security breach. Employees, who work for the customer service must also be properly trained in order to help the clientele manage these issues [15]. Conclusion In conclusion, due to the IoT still being in its early stages despite quite a massive number of devices connected, the security features have been somewhat overlooked. As the new industry hasn’t been forced to introduce more sophisticated security measures by laws as well as by consumer knowledge, the producers, in hopes of maximizing the usage of IoT devices and spending less funds on security, have been not prioritizing those issues. The play ends with a speech by Lodovico, who gives Othello's house and goods to Gratiano and orders that Iago be executed. Conclusion: In conclusion, the book had advantages and disadvantages. I liked, that it was a play and it didn't have a lot of epic parts (in case of Shakespeare's book) and that it was long enough for a play. The disadvantages were, that I actually didn't understand the colloquial language very well. Thats why I confess, that I had some help from the book translated into Estonian language, but I read both of the books through. Otherwise, it was a readable book, definitely a tragedy and well- written

Writing a formal letter in english about a newspaper ad

------------------------- Best Regards Silver Reinsaar A few things, good to know: 1. No short forms in a formal letter! (It is not allowed to use "It's", "I'm", "I've" etc. Instead of them, use "It is", "It has", "I am", "I have". 2. Linkers! (It is essential to use linkers, especially in the beginning of a paragraph, in the end of a letter etc.) Some examples of linkers: firstly, secondly, thirdly, lastly, in conclusion, in addition, (un)fortunately, on the other hand, on the one hand, furthermore, frankly, personally, to be honest, to be exact, in my opinion, I suppose, as a matter of fact, what really matters etc. Look at New Headway Upper-Intermediate pg 114. 3. At least 3-4 indirect questions. You should add some extra information about one of them. 4. Word order: In a question: küsisõna, abitegusõna, alus, öeldis.

buildings. That increases the chance that the criminals will be caught or they dare not to commit the crime. 3 Dogs Finally, burglars can easily hide themselves behind the trees and other objects in the garden. They watch for what happens in the house and that helps them to plan their crime. Recommendation: House-owners who have a garden should take a dog. Burglars are usually afraid of dogs. In addition, dogs bark if they hear or see something that does not belong in the garden. Conclusion Increase in crime is a big problem. However, I think we can tackle it if everybody will follow the recommendations in this report.

EUTHANASIA

EUTHANASIA Many hotly debated social questions revolve around choice. Giving people access to assistance in dying is one of them. The issue is too sensitive to come to a smple conclusion. The basic question is : should a person who is terminally ill and who feels that their life is not worth living, who is repeatedly asking for euthanasia and who is of sound mind be given assistance in dying so that they could do it in a dignified manner rather than have their lives prolonged by medical technology? Ultimately, it's a question of choice: empowering people to have control over their own bodies.

Summary - the main principles of the internatinal meetings.

Now consider the reasons for suchkind of meeting. There are: - rewarding performance; - creating opprtunities for professional development; - to introduce new products; - increase a sales pitch. Now move on to the problems typical in international meetings.A classic mistake is that meeting`s material arrives after one meeting ended, ignorance of the cultural characteristics of the participants, inattention in relation to the physicalcondition of guests which came from far away. In conclusion I would like to say few words about the pitfalls that take place in international meetings, such as sharing personal information, which is common in North America is not appropriate in Europe or Asia. Lack of information about the participants can led to unfortunate results. For example, serving pork to Moslems.I suppose that diligence helps to make a success in any kind of work.

In Laine Spa Hotel, they are offering many different services for instance therapeutic mud procedures. I have heard that therapeutic mud procedures is very beneficial for one’s health, because it cures chronic inflammatory diseases and relives pain. In addition, the mud therapy treatment gives a nice relaxed and mellow feeling. It is worth trying because the service is offered at a very few places. Unfortunately, this service has very long queues and it may cost too much for some. Conclusion/Recommendations Considering all of these aspects, I would recommend visiting museums and the Old Town. These may not seem very interesting, but I promise that it is a lot of fun, and there are many other things to visit besides the museum.

Hoe to write an argumentative essay?

The following sentences should enlarge on the theme, give examples, etc. If it is an essay discussing the advantages and disadvantages of something, the advantages should be grouped together and so should be the disadvantages. One paragraph should only talk about one thing, aspect, etc. If a new thought begins, a new paragraph should be started, too. In essays that express the writer's opinion mainly, one paragraph (usually the last one before the conclusion) should be reserved for the opposing viewpoint. When writing an essay, information should not be unnecessarily repeated. The same is true for grammatical patterns and vocabulary: different grammatical patterns and words make the essay more interesting and easily readable. As an essay is a formal piece of writing, contractions (e.g. isn't, aren't, etc.) are not acceptable because they are not formal enough. S/he can be used instead of the cumbersome "he or she" to save space

Argumentative essay - time changes things

“They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself” Some people say that time changes and heals things. There are also people who disagree with that and say that you actually have to change things yourself. It is my opinion that time is irrevelant and you have to change things yourself. At first, you may conclude that time does indeed change things, but is that an accurate conclusion? It’s true that time constantly moves on and we live in a constantly changing environment. But that doesn’t make time responsible for change. For example, if you are depressed and you cry constantly and you don’t make a change, the same problem will be in your face very day. Time and Change are both constant, but their relationship is random. Over the passage of time, changes will take place, but what that change will be is not controlled by time.

Money makes the world go round

People use their money differently, for example their are celebrities who waste money on 5 different cars and 4 houses just to show they are rich but there are also people like Bill Gates who are very humble and donate huge amount of their money to help people who can not help themselves. Our grandparents always told us that money cannot buy happiness. The fact is they were wrong. Scientists have studied the connection between money and happiness. Their conclusion is that there is a positive connection between the two. I myself have always considered money to be an important thing but not as important as happiness but i also considered a possibility that money can buy me happiness, so my conclusion is that money is the most powerful and important thing in the current world in which we live.

How can we reduce air pollution levels in our cities?

Another solution is to use more buses and bicycles. Every family member doesn't need his/her own car. When you move more in fresh air, you will feel better yourself, your health will be better and you will reduce air pollution levels. Finally, big-factory owners should pay attention where they build on their factories. I think that it is very important that they don't build them in the middle of cities. The pollution twhat comes from the factories is bigdrastic. In conclusion, there are many ways to make our cities' air pollution levels lower. We all need to do what we can. Conclusion In conclusion, the studnts pointed out some useful remarks that could be changed to help the environment on our school. In my mind paper should not be wasted, it should be reduced. Also bower should be tured off at night to use les energy. Trashcans would be grate to prevent littering and improve recycling. The topic Im going to speak about is marriage

There is an opinion that some peoples say that an arranged marriage is the best option. I dont agree with that argument, because in a couple who wants to get married they should love each other, without love in my opion there is no sense to marry. A wedding is something that happend with every person in our world. People need to understand this and take it as seriously as possible. I understand that there are many religions and cultures, but the points should be the same. In conclusion want to say, that everyone makes his choice. Anyway i welcome the choice of each person and with this impossible to argue. Some people say that everyone should use public transport instead of cars. Do you agree? The topic im going to speak about public transport. There is an opinion that some people say that everyone should use public transport instead of cars. Report - Occupational diseases

Occupations: On the second graph is shown different occupations, which exhibit the most diseases. The most alarming occupation is proven to be driving with a tractor. The percent of the diseases among the tractor drivers is shockingly 69%. Next come the car drivers and farmers. The percent of the occupational diseases among their area of work is 33%. Less alarming, but still worth mentioning, are the sewerage workers (8%), the excavator drivers (7%) and the welders (5%). Conclusion: In conclusion, the most concerning occupations are the ones that are dangerous, because of the chemicals or the machinery. Also the occupations, where the worker has to do one thing repetitively or for a long time; like sitting or lifting and/or holding something for a long time. The solution in my opinion is to offer more health care to the alarming occupations and also informing workers, how to avoid different occupational diseases.

Although, it is still a type of killing, it is for a good cause. There are people who suffer and want to rather die than to endure agonies, euthanasia is an answer for them. Thus, mercy killing is very humane and reasonable thing to do and does not deserve punishment. The negative aspect of euthanasia is that it is still a form of killing. One should not be in judge over others life, even when it is for a good cause. The fact that euthanasia could be misused is not less important. In conclusion, although mercy killing is a form of taking someone’s life, it should not be punishable when it is for greater good. Is the purpose of law to protect property? Dear Mr Roberts I am writing to express my concern about the closing of the art studio and to bring out reasons why the art studio should be left open. Firstly, there are teachers at the studio, who offer tutoring for many artists. Furthermore, there are lots of necessary facilities. In addition, as the studio is located in an easily accessible area and opened around-the-clock, it is irreplaceable for lots of students. Moreover, young talents can exhibit their creations in the studio. In conclusion, it can be clearly seen that the art studio is important for many young artists, therefore we do not hesitate to even organise a protest march against closing the studio. I hope that the art department agrees and will not close donw the art studio. Yours sincerely, Mari Mets ESSAY Choices after secondary school Many young people decide to go univeristy after secondary school, while others think that going to work is a better decision

Dover Beach

"Dover Beach" by Matthew Arnolds "Dover Beach" describes how the author falls deep into thought when admiring the sea with his lover and comes to a sad conclusion. In the first stanza, he describes the beauty of the sea as he is watching out the window. He says that he can see the light gleam and then disappear upon the French coast, wich suggests that the sun is setting, making the scene all the more spectacular. He emphasises the calm impression the glimmering sea and the mighty cliffs in the distance give and seems to be touched by all this, his heart filled with what might be nostalgia, thoughtfullness or just pure

An essay whose body contradicts its thesis statement is indeed a very bad essay. Start with describing your thesis statement in detail, then go on to provide evidence supporting the claim made in your thesis. Describe how your perception and behavior was changed by what you are writing about and how it influenced you. While writing the first draft, you do not need to worry about the order you'll be providing the evidence in: just make sure you know what you'll be writing about. Conclusion: Finally, the closing paragraph of your essay is known as the conclusion. The conclusion of your essay provides a link between the thesis statement and the body. Keep in mind that you should never summarize your essay in your conclusion; try to introduce a new idea in the conclusion an idea that will leave your readers thinking. How to decide what to write in the conclusion? 5
