Teamwork: the pros and cons

Teamwork:the pros and cons In modern world there are two types of people. Those who like to work in teams and those who like to work alone.I'm more likely to work in a team than alone. There are many good sides in teamwork, like people can pool their skills together and than it's generally more productive but when work individually person has he is own ideas. No idea is a bad idea when person is working alone. It's an amazing feeling when person can create his owns ideas or do whatever his heart desires. There is only one, with own ideas and trust in his own decision making. Of course, person will be fully responsible for the outcome. The common goal in teamwork is good for morale and fosters team spirit

These kinds of locations are conducive to first- hand experiences and these places can provide direct contact with the topic and also learning this way can help participants interact and socialize. Outdoor learning can contribute towards getting deeper knowledge and understanding, better health and choices in lifestyle, valuing friendship and teamwork and also creating an environmentally responsible society. Students get deeper knowledge and they understand subjects better when they learn about them directly. Outdoor education enables students to comprehend the ideas and solutions before they get acquainted with the scientific or technical terms. Some studies declare that students have specific learning styles and on the basis of that we can say that

When an order is placed, goods are recalled from the storage and get ready for the dispatch. Goods are either packaged or mixed with other products or promoted directly to the dispatch dock, from where they are delivered to the customer. Good experience was that I realized how important is teamwork. Teamwork went well because the co- workers was very helpful and when I was asking something, they always helped me. Working at home or in an office

flexible because work has to be done for certain date and if they do their work faster then there is more free time to be with a family, play sports etc. In many cases workers who work at home are more creative and their working results are better. Sometimes lack of inspiration or poor working results may be caused by the small office. Working at home has also some negative sides. When working at home workers can not communicate with each others from face to face. In my opinion teamwork is very important in most of the companies. When all the workers work at home then it is hard to make important decisions. All in all people need variety in their lives then it is good when they can work at office and some days at home.

Learning confidence and skill

Learning confidence and skill In physical education (PE), pupils develop confidence and skills in a range of activities, such as dance, games, gymnastics, swimming, athletics, outdoor and adventurous activities. They work as individuals, in groups and in teams. Discovering what they like to do, Physical education (PE) is much more than success on the sports field. It develops competent, confident young people who understand the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle. It also calls for teamwork, leadership and creative thinking. These skills enrich learning and life. bring people together through physical activity; break down barriers between groups; PE class is a place to learn that their bodies are inadequate; bodies that are already subject to bullying and merciless ridicule in and out of school. But this is more than about simply anecdotes and haunting childhood memories. There is evidence deserving of attention of why PE class is a miserable experience for many children.

Today even at the hardest boardroom battle almost no-one has to feel the level of responsibility that Nelson had in 1798. He bored responsibilities that are also described in modern books, there he mentioned important themes. Those themes, for example developing teamwork, are still very valuable. In 1798 he faced challenge when in continental Europe controlled by revolutionary France,. In Toulon French were making big fleet and army. When Nelson wasn't even 40 yet, he was choosed to find and defeat the 17 French ships and 300 troop ships. He never haven't commanded a fleet before. Before he put together his own ships, he knew captains and rest by reputation. When all team came together then everybody were working well together because he knew

Furthermore they have the freedom to decide how to teach. Secondly parents can teach their children more than just facts and when children learning what interests them, it motivates them to learn even more. But on the other hand home schooling isn't the best way. In state schools are more children and they can speak between each other and it is helping in future. Moreover children learn how to judgement with others. In state schools child can do teamwork and it is very usefull. To sum up there are some good things and bad things in home schooling. But it seems to me that state school is better way, because when you grow up in society it is easier to move on. · Parents have the freedom to decide what to teach · Parents have the freedom to decide how to teach · Parents can teach their children more than just facts · They are able to spend more time together

Pros and cons of sports

In addition to that, sporting keeps children busy. Nowadays a lot of kids tend to stupid things at their spare time so when they are doing anykind of sports it keeps them out of trouble and even away from TV and video games, that have really bad influence on their eyes, student achievement and may make them violent. Sport boosts their self confident, motivation and responsibility as well. If childern are doing team games it builds teamwork skills and teaches how to trust and rely on others. On the other hand, you can not be obsessed with sports and strain yourself because there may be serious consequences. The biggest disadvantage of sports are injuries. Most injuries take shorter time to heal whereas other more competitive and professional sports have bigger risks. There are also long-term injuries with repetitive motions in joints, ligaments and muscles. Another aspect is that sporting takes a lot of time

except for some schools that are oriented to teach few subjects in depth (IT classes, art classes etc). It´s much easier to make future career plans and to find suitable profesion if school teaches how to manage in real life with practical activities like different projects, presentations and so on. I think USA and Great Britain schools are very developed in teaching pupils how to think and find answers on their own because their school system supports learning through projects, teamwork, presentations. Estonian school system is obsolescent in my opinion. Children have to memorize a lot in Estonia, although Internet and libraries have all the answers. I think it´s a problem at this time that children in Estonia haven´t as developed ability to find the answers and think of their own as children in USA or Great Britain. Higher education system is pretty much the same in Estonia and Great Britain. Estonian and

workout, and they also learn the importance of exercise as a lifelong habit. Physical education is clearly an important course in schools, with many benefits for children. In addition to helping kids learn healthy habits and stay off drugs, physical education can also increase learning by getting the blood flowing and increasing oxygen levels, which promote concentration. Sports and PE help children build self esteem and help them learn important lessons in teamwork. Physical education is extremely important and should be protected in schools, despite budget cuts. Children who take PE classes at school may also be able to use those classes as a springboard to become interested in joining a team sport. Numerous studies have shown that children who participate in a team sport are less likely to become involved in drugs. Sports increases the awareness of health and the need to take care of the body. only very subtle cues. Chimpanzees though, need more encouragement. They are "reactive": they will hand over objects but only after some nudging. What happened in our evolution to make us reliant on each other? Something must have happened in our evolution, Tomasello says, to make humans increasingly reliant on each other. Our brains needed fuel to get bigger and so collaborative hunting may have played a key role in that. Our advanced teamwork may simply reflect our long history of working together to get food. Mind readers The fact that our nearest relatives share too simply shows that it is an ancient trait. It was already present in the messy branch of early humans that led to us, but none of these other species were as hyper cooperative as we are today. Palusalu, Keres - our national heroes. 9. Sports in my life Everyone has their own favorite sport, so do I. My favourite sport is football. I'm not very much a football player myself but I really like to watch the games on TV. Sometimes I play football with my classmates at the gym lessons. There are many reasons why football is my favorite game: I like it because it is exciting and challenging, it teaches teambuilding, discipline as well as teamwork. And probably the fact that my friends consider football as their favourite sport, has influenced my choice as well. Although I have seen a lot of football matches on TV, I have unfortunately had only one chance to go and see the game in the field. This was an experience I would like to repeat. It was much interesting to watch the game in the real field and I was much more excited about the game. Football is a team sport played between two teams of eleven players each. It is a

Pay-for performance: necessary or unsuitable way to increase efficiency in the public sector

another problem what needs solving- should decisions about pay be partially of fully based on job performance. System that is strictly based on performance may, and probably will ignore many factors that are important to compensation, for example skills or job demands. So eventually employees would not have such strong connection with the organisation. But making performance evaluation process completely objective have not met success. As mentioned earlier pay-for performance adversely affects teamwork, creating unhealthy competition and disagreement between workers. Pay-for performance puts quite a burden on one employee since it is possible to tell who has performed well or not so well. To get better results employees and managers focus on short-term outcomes- that also reduces connection with the organisation. Many scholars agree that this kind of tools of performance management often does not consider external factors that may influence performance

In my humble opinion it is too early to get rid of state notariate, because at present private notary does not have an appropriate legislative base and private practice is not up to the mark. It is necessary to hope that private notariate remains on the important place in Russian legislation. Thanks to fast development of the right, teamwork and exchange of experience with developed countries and teamwork of Latin notariate with International Union, Russian notariate must quickly approach prestigious level, that exists in the world. I think that both countries have a lot of similarities and have experience of teamwork for a long time, that is why they should continue the teamwork, because it have always been the best way of development.

In the literature five main types of integration are typically described (see Table 3). Each type of integration is enabled through a range of integrative processes, some of which focus on systems and structures; others on less tangible aspects such as professional behaviour and teamwork. However, commentators tend to use diverse terms and, in some cases, focus on areas and processes of specific relevance to the integration project under consideration. For instance, recent government policy has encouraged health and care providers to consider integration in terms of aligned organisational structures and shared governance arrangements.
