To start with, your travel agent assured me that I would stay in a luxurious hotel situated not far from the Golden Beach. I was also promised a spacious room with a terrace and windows overlooking the ocean. However, the hotel turned out to be small and old and it was situated close to a very busy street, furthermore, very far from the ocean. It took 40 minutes to walk to the beach. Moreover, there was a balcony instead of a terrace in my room. In addition, the staff of the hotel neglected their duties. I had to ask three times for new bed linen and when I asked for a wake-up call at 6 o'clock, I was woken up at 9 o'clock. When I complained about it, a receptionist treated me very rudely.
