We have it moving date, what always requiers new moon and Tuesday. Shrove Tuesday may run into February and March. On Shrove Tuesday we have a lot of manners, what still be followe. Had to get up early then you are busy all year. While you eating was not allowed to lick your fingers, then you cut finger with knife during the summer. Shrove Tuesday were eaten nine times. On Shrove Tuesday was monitored weather, beacause with that predicted what spring and the summer brings. If on Shrove Tuesday dry, it gets a lot of crop. Wind predict abundant berry crop and snowfall brings a lot of insect fo summer. For Shrove Tuesday has a lot of traditional food what was eaten to celebrate that day. Karel Varik 12B
December of 1917. Põltsamaa Co-education Gymnasium celebrate school anniversary festively every year. That schoolhouse, where we study now, was built on 1967 and it was renovated on 2009. Head of school is Aimar Arula. There are studying 841 students in 37 classes. We have 4 terms September 1. until October 24., November 2. until December 24., January 11. until March 20. and March 29. until June 5. We get reports every end of the terms. We don't have school uniform, we're allowed to wear, what we want. School lunches are 20 minutes long. Food isn't and don't taste very well. That, when you can go to eat, depends on which number of class you are. In our school are sport days about three times per year Autumn, Winter and Spring. We have competitions between different classes and we have special team with teachers. School parties are about twice a month, but they aren't very cool. It happens very rarely, when the party turns out good, but this is my opinion.
Benefits of the EU The European Union was formed after the Second World War, because some political leaders believed that it was the only way to avoid conflicts in the future. There are many benefits in the EU, for example the EU has allowed citizen of the European Union to travel freely around Europe and millions EU citizens have moved to other EU country to work or to study. The EU has also given European countries a voice in world affairs. Smaller countries like Estonia and Latvia now can also get a word in world affairs, they are heard. Another advantage of the EU is that the EU has a strong common currency Euro. It makes travelling easier and also cheaper, because you can go on holiday and not have to worry about

Everyone had their own reason for a war. One thought, that getting of the worldwide power is the goal of his life, another wanted to get more money, territory or even some kind of revenge. Bur war brings with it human's deaths, innocent victims, hunger, illnesses, violence, distractions etc. Is this worth fighting? On the one hand, there are some people who are able to kill houndreds of innocent victims to make his goal realized, because he has a power and he is allowed to do everything he wants. In addition to that, sometimes people use a war just to justify their revenge, they just use the power, they have, to satisfy own ambitions to feel a win's spirit. So they become winners, but it is only formally. On the other hand, there is only one advantage of a war getting some territory or money, but it has much more disadvantages like violence, distraction, houndreds of innocent victims, human's deaths etc.
problems will be less bad if not lost at all. Firstly, everybody should start from himself. I have some experiences of helping environment. Every year many people come to riversides and lakesides to have a rest. But many of them are absolutely unfriendly with our nature. Due to this situation I had cleaned lakesides many times. Secondly, we should follow some simple rules that everybody know, but still a lot of people does not keep. I do not like to throw litter away where it is not allowed and may cause pollution. When I see some of my friends doing this then I explain usually that it is not good and why. Many of them have understood me. However, all things in nature are dependent on one another and we should act together. Humanity is utterly in contact with a healthy natural environment. So, we have to choose, if we want to let things happen how they are now or let next generations to take the clean air and drink unpolluted water.

It is not fair that taxpayers have to maintain the murders. Thirdly death penalty scares potential criminals. Many people kill another people because they want to go to prison, but if they have to pay for it with their own life maybe they reconsider it. Capital punishment must be allowed. For a cold blooded killer, capital punishment is the only true way of justice. The set of laws influenced the life of the students a lot. They designated how the students were supposed to act in the school and in their free time. (show the pic) For example the laws said that the students were supposed to concentrate on studying and improving their intelligence and that students with lower intelligence should just study harder although people with no cognitive skills were advised to do something else than study. Students were also not allowed to sleep anywhere else than their home and to swim in cold water. For breaking the rules students could be punished with flogging, sitting on the floor, reading religious texts or a fine.
I think that the fact is that shopping has become one of the most favourite past times among young people, because nowadays in the cities are shopping centres. Opponents of this view say, that the main reason why it is gone this way is that fashion is getting popular among adolescents. Many people are in favour of clothes and accessories what are followed by the latest trend. Moreover, our economy has been developed, so peoples are living well and due to that they are allowed to spend money for shopping. Needless to say, that young people often get too much money from their parents and wasting it at the mall. Lastly, nowadays many young people don't know about other activities beside internet and shopping. Contrary to the popular belief, it is know that there are much more interesting activities for youths what must be encouraged by the older generation. For example sport games like football what takes skill and practice. Also it is much healthier than shopping
