Project Plan

An effort has been made to work with the full extent of space requirements currently voiced by the Western Division Management Center and the Bella Coola Village Organization. Other organizations were queried to form the basis of judgment in determining the overall need. This recognizes that as the program development progresses, tenant requirements may change, but the essential square footage and cubic limitations for a below grade structure will remain. In addition, it has been envisioned that jointly required facilities would be available for all organizations to use on a shared basis, utilizing movable walls for privacy. In utilizing the Northern Pointe site, it is initially assumed that the envisioned facilities would be largely accommodated below grade, and that above grade structures would be intended to accommodate those functions demanding particular visibility and identity, such as a community recreation center.

School system in the USA

School system in the USA Education in the United States is provided by government. Each of the 50 states has its own laws regulating education. Children start school at the age of 5 or 6 and continue until the age of 18. Primary or grade school starts from the first grade up to the sixth grade. Then students attend middle school also called junior high school for three years. After middle school, students attend secondary schools, which are called "high schools" from ninth to twelfth grades. The idea of secondary school is to get a high school diploma. Students should take on average 17 or over 20 units during their studies. Public schools are free of charge and available for everybody. To which school a child attends is determined by where they live. Primary school

One if the biggest schools in Estonia, Viimsi Secondary School, has problems with discipline. Children vandalize school and disrespect teachers. Viimsi, which has been the wealthiest district in Estonia, for last couple of years and also has developed infrastructure, attracts young families to move there. The population has increased over the past few years by half. Today, approximately 16 000 people live in Viimsi. Therefore 164 children started first grade this year which increases students amount to 1350. Despite of the fact that Viimsi School was built only three years ago, it already needs some reparation. Many students doesn't seem to respect their school house and thrash it all the time. Walls and floors are scratched, chairs and tables scribbled and so on. Every day teachers in Viimsi Secondary School have to struggle with students, each being brought up differently. Biggest concerne causing children are in middle school.

Why I came to study English essay

That made me think about how exactly did I end up studying English? First of all, as a kid, I was so sure I would be a hairdresser or a teacher or a cook in the future. I am sure that almost every kid thinks the same, when all they have for inspiration are cartoons and toys to play with. When I started school, I was very interested in mathematics and other subjects that required logical thinking, because apparently I was smart in that area at the time. Up until 6th grade I was the best student in our class, winning mathematic competitions left and right and not only that. By that time I had also found out that I loved to write, specially poems and I used every opportunity to submit my works for competitions and I had the luck to win some of them. It felt good to be one of the best students in our class. As the school went on and I finally found myself in 9 th grade, just before the exams, and I

educating children in public schools, state-certified private schools, an approved home school program or in an orphanage. In most public and private schools, education is divided into three levels: elementary school, middle school (sometimes called junior high school), and high school (sometimes referred to as secondary education). In almost all schools at these levels, children are divided by age groups into grades, ranging from kindergarten (followed by first grade) for the youngest children in elementary school, up to twelfth grade, the final year of high school. The exact age range of students in these grade levels varies slightly from area to area. This dividing and children grading is similar like in Estonia. Although in the States they use vocabulary grading (A,B,C,D,E,F), then in Estonia we use numeral grading (5,4,3,2,1). Post-secondary education, better known as "college" in the United States, is

2D IMAGING METHODS BASED ON THRESHOLDING The main idea of almost all the papers dealing with 2D imaging methods is to perform pills detection using image segmentation [1] i.e. the process of partitioning the original image into multiple segments including fabric background and pills. This process is usually, in its turn, aimed at determining parameters such as the number and the density of pills and/or the area occupied by the pills on the fabric surface. Once this task is performed, pilling grade is obtained as a parameter inferred from the number of pills, or by comparing the pilled fabric with a reference fabric (either with or without pills). As a matter of fact, almost all methods classified in this category use, at some point, an image binarization by applying one or more thresholds and, possibly, morphological operations on images. In Figure 4 an exemplificative flow diagram characterizing this category of methodologies is shown.

English is one of the most common languages in the world. Therefore it is very important to speak it. I started learning English in the third grade like most of the students. Before the lessons at school I had already learned the basic of English. My sister is older than me and I was really interested in studying with her. Also very helpful things were cartoons and hollywood films. In everyday life I use English very often, because I read news in English and write letters in English and also at work. At this very moment i'm writing this essay thinking will I get a polished grade or will my teacher give me an inadequate grade so I can improve my writing and debating skills for the better. So I would state, we find out more from our mistakes rather from our accomplishments.

Friendship

Everyone is unique in their own personal way. But a perfect friend has to be faithful, honest, fun and understanding. I think I have those qualities but I cannot judge myself. Because others may see me in a different way. True friends love us and care for us. They always make us feel special and never expect anything in return, other than our love and friendship. They stay true to us throughout their lives. Sandra has become one of my closest friends. I met her when we were in the second grade. But we became friends, I think, in the forth grade. At first we were just acquaintances but later when we got to know each other we started to hang out more often. Sandra is very beautiful. She has long brown hair and brown eyes. Sandra has a slim body and she is very tall. I think she has a a good taste of style. Sandra always dresses fashionably. Sandra is a very confident person. She is not afraid to speak her mind. Mati has decided to win back his wife but if he wins his wife back or not becomes clear at the end of the book. This book is actually compulsurary for the 12th grade in our school. Asi t is an interesting book, I would rather recommend it to girls from the age 17 than to boys, because it is quite romantic. But if it becomes negative stress, it can affect people’s ability to be positive. To begin with, the main source of stress for young people is school and family. Daily homework takes a large part of our free time. Getting a bad grade causes a disappointment. Especially if the day before there was a lot of learning for the examination. Family may have a greater effect on young people. The death of a loved one, sick family member and relationship problems can lead to being under negative pressure. What is more, stressed youth are pessimistic and in a long period of time it becomes unhealthy. One of the ways to handle stress is doing what I love, such as taking pictures of nature

Thatś what friends are for

Friend is a person who accepts you for who you are and not because what you have, a person who corrects you when you are wrong and shares with you your good moments, as well the bad ones. That's what friendship means. The purpose of my article is to describe my friendship. To begin with, friendship is not made overnight, it took years for us to become friends. We had known each other for over four years but then we did not socialize with each other. We started to interact more after fifth grade. Now we have been friends for seven years. Secondly, the best words to describe my friend are helpful, confident, cautious, patient, tolerant all the qualities that a friend should have. He listen me if I have complicated situations and supports me in every way when it is necessary. Lastly, I am glad that I have a friend in my life. We are not only friends at school but we see each other when we have free time. Then we just hang around, watching movies or playing computer games.

didn't let other children to our games. In games as well as in learning, I had 3 great supporters and everything was easy and fun with them. Everyone grows up, so did I and my buddies. Unfortunately we grew apart, because it is hard to meet between all the schoolwork and hobbies. Few appointments at primary school are completely gone now and all of us have found new friends. I didn't find really great friends from my class until about third grade. I went dancing with two classmates and I was connected with others by similar interests. I visited one girl every week and we played together for a while. Recently, my friends have changed, again. I have gotten distant with ones and made new friends, with whom I can laugh endlessly and who will always listen to my problems and give the best advice. I have buddies who don't care about big presents if they can see me in person.

Secondly, there should be more practical learning. Practical learning is much more sufficient and also more fun. Learning can be fun, but children do not know it. Education system shuld find a way to show the fun in learning so children would grow up to be curious people, who are interested in new things and evolving. Practical learning could be a solution for this problem. In addition, schools should should perpare children for actual life. Maybe learning history for a grade A is not so important all the time. Education should put more focus on learning things and problems that students are going have to face when they leave school. In conclusion, there is no perfect solution, but there are some areas that school education system could improve. But that of course takes a lot of time and effort, nothing can change overnight.

Using smartphones at school

Using smartphones at school Smartphones are one of the most important things to teenagers. They can not even leave home without having a smartphone in their pocket. Teenagers are using smartphones all the time no matter the place. Smartphones can also be very useful too when the time and place is right. Should teenagers use smartphones at school? At school student should be focusing on studying. Instead of doing that students are using their smartphones class and not paying attentoin to teacher who is trying to educate them. A lot of knowledge is getting lost because of the smartphones. This can lead to bad grades or even dropping out of school. Some people are not able to be 10 minutes away from their smartphones and this is bad. Smartphones are also bad for your eyes and posture. On the other hand smartphones can be very useful. harmful. I would argue that there were actually fewer discipline problems back in the old days when corporal punishment was more common. Most school in England require children to wear school uniform. Estonian children no longer wear uniforms but few decades ago they wore uniforms. 74% British students and 39% Estonian students believes that school uniforms should be compulsory for all students at all grade levels. I don`t think they should wear school uniforms because it deprises kinds and teens of expressing themselves by what they wear. Kids should have the sight to wear what they want to. Everything would be dull and boring if everyone came to school looking the same. I and the other students in estonia think that parents shouldn`t have more say in school curricula. 39% British students believe that it is necessary. Parents can talk to their child at home about their difference of opinion
