Out of its 15 main lines of work under BEPS project (called Actions) I will concentrate on Action 4 which aims at proposing new rules for preventing the manipulation of interest expense related tax deductions of corporates. First, the interest rate is very high, although the interest is tax deductible. I belive that other banks could offer lower interest rate. Second, the origination fee is not also so reasonable and there are penalties if you want to pay off earlier your loan. I see also that this is leverage, it meens that you must have a collateral for the loan. He raises interest in the hero and in the consumer. 20th century literature and film has projected these traits to not only exotic beings but also to every mentor we see in pop culture. A guide in today's story does not have to be a native of a completely different civilization but has to preserve its strange and alien nature. Because of that some students can not afford to eat at school but schooldays are long and it is unhealthy to go all day without eating. School buffet's offer unhealthy chips and pies but very little healthy vegetables and fruits so I would make buffets healthier. Secondly, I believe that it would make classes more effective to watch different educational movies. Doing the same thing from day to day is simply boring and some variety would surely increase students' interest in class. The third thing I would do to spice up life at school is organizing more fieldtrips. There are many different cultural and historical exhibits and museums kids may never visit unless they skip classes to do so. To sum up, I would say that although the Minister of Education could change a lot, our school life today is pretty good.
