suffer from billions of dollars in lost profits. This loss comes as a direct result of internet piracy. Many agree that file sharing is unethical and consider it to be no different than downright theft. On the other hand, there are those that support file sharing and claim that their actions are easily justified and ethical. File sharing simply is the process of making available and distributing files via the internet. Many freely developed applications have been made available that simplify this process, providing the ability to easily search for and upload any piece of digital content imaginable. These applications are commonly referred to as peer-to-peer (P2P) applications as they allow individuals to directly connect with other peers to share files. P2P networks are probably the most common and accessible to the average internet user, there are a host of other

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disapproval of the Westwale Councils decision to sell the land of the Longheath Park. In my opinion, this is a terrible idea which will have many disadvantages for our town. Firstly, if the park is sold to the property developer, he will built an estate of 50 houses on the land. As a result, there will be no open spaces left. Therefore, children will not have a chance to play freely, and people will have nowhere to walk their dogs or ride their bikes. Secondly, there will be less green areas in town. Obviously, this will be very unhealthy, as people need fresh air and natural surroundings for good health. What is more, the town will be crowded and built up. Consequently, there will be more traffic, pollution, and the town will no longer be a nice place to live. To sum up, I think it is a very bad idea. I hope the local council will take my points into consideration.

Benefits of the EU

Benefits of the EU The European Union was formed after the Second World War, because some political leaders believed that it was the only way to avoid conflicts in the future. There are many benefits in the EU, for example the EU has allowed citizen of the European Union to travel freely around Europe and millions EU citizens have moved to other EU country to work or to study. The EU has also given European countries a voice in world affairs. Smaller countries like Estonia and Latvia now can also get a word in world affairs, they are heard. Another advantage of the EU is that the EU has a strong common currency Euro. It makes travelling easier and also cheaper, because you can go on holiday and not have to worry about exchange money, therefore avoid high exchange charges.

It also increases core strength which can improve balance, coordination, and posture. [6] Dancing meditation is one of the easiest ways to discover a calm and quiet place inside you, that is filled with joy, wisdom and love, says Pragito Dove. It helps to express oneself freely through the dance, releases tention and creativity arises and liberates feelings of joy and positivity. The dancing meditation has three stages: fourty minutes dancing freely and blindfolded, twenty minutes lying down in silence and then five miutes more dancing. This technique is the best way to meditate for those, who are having problems staying still. It’s a greate way to direct energy inward. [7] There’s many reasons, why some people like to dance. together or been developed from other languages. I think that the minor languages should be protected, because with languages come with a part of culture and if we terminate the variety of cultures that have developed throughout the evolution of mankind then the world would be boring. There would be no languages to learn, no foreign songs to sing and no joy of knowing that you can speak to a foreigner in his mother tongue. Also people are more friendly and open to you if they can speak freely in their mother language. But not protecting the minor languages can also be a good thing. As we know the world is globalising and the closest thing to a global language is English. Most of the internet and technology is in English, also lots of trading and business deals are written in English. Interesting is, that even in Estonia knowing and speaking English has come an expectation not a skill in the younger society, because in many jobs there is required to know a certain amount of English.

In early 1831 she left her prosaic husband. 4 years later she was legally separated from Dudevant and, taking the children with her, converted to a Jewish faith. Contemporary views Sand's reputation came into question when she began sporting men's clothing in public. In addition to being comfortable, Sand's male dress enabled her to circulate more freely in Paris than most of her female contemporaries could. It gave her increased access to venues (meeting places) from which women were often barred -- even women of her social standing. Also scandalous was Sand's smoking tobacco in public. These and other behaviors were exceptional for a woman of the early and mid-19th century, when social codes were of the utmost importance. As a consequence of many untraditional aspects of her lifestyle, Sand was obliged

others? Are we too humane and lenient? When looking for the reasons why people commit crimes I can only say what I believe to be sure of, and it is that individuals go against laws because they choose so, as criminal behaviour is a matter of choice. Today, there are many excuses cloaked as reasons for criminal behaviour. The misguided nature of these assertions has a serious impact upon crime control strategies. The classical approach holds people to choose freely among alternatives in behaviour. In this view, the perpetrator plans his or her actions before carrying them out. The social environment in which the person is amidst of, is a key factor in causes of criminal behaviour, with weak or broken bonds to family, school, and religion being the catalyst of criminal behaviour. They may not see the benefits of adhering to conventional social values and believe crime is a way to improve their social conditions.

IS MEDIA DECEIVING AND PACIFYING THE POPULATION?

One of the most famous cases of exploiting the media and called to be one the biggest lies in history was during the World War II, when Adolf Hitler controlled all the press and launched massive campaigns to promote anger against the Jews. His theory was that if you tell a lie that`s big enough and repeat it, people will eventually believe it. (McGrath, 2013). Many think this kind of situation could not be possible today as information can flow much freely now. People can instantly communicate around the globe and no nation is so isolated and locked in as the situation was 70 years ago. People had no way to spread the word themselves and information was coming only one-directionally from the controlled press. The media was used to deceive the population and people were made to believe what was politically needed. It seems the times have changed, people are free of propaganda and modern communication methods could easily see through such scams

Ignoring the distinctions between projections and forecasts, or between forecasts and plans, planners often take the results of a simple mechanical projection as if that were an accurate prediction of the most probable future (a forecast). How freely should planners seek to shape the future? An effective planner might introduce judgment into an analysis that causes the forecast to support a desired future. Forecasting can involve a complex series of calculations that embed a host of core assumptions, many of which are not publicly divulged. The planning researcher often faces uncertainty in his or her own mind regarding specific assumptions. When supervisors or clients apply pressure to reconsider particular assumptions that

Occupied by German troops during much of World War II, Estonia was retaken by Soviet forces in 1944, who killed or deported thousands of Estonians. Collectivization of agriculture and nationalization of industry began in the late 1940s. In 1991, during the attempted hard-line coup against Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev, Estonia declared its independence from the USSR. In June 1992, Estonia replaced the ruble with its own freely convertible currency, the kroon (EEK). Constitutional law of Estonian Government was admitted on 28th of June by national referendum and it came into force on 3rd of July. Lennart Meri was elected president and Mart Laar, a radical free-market advocate, became prime minister. The last Russian forces were withdrawn from Estonia in August 1994. Estonia joined NATO on 29th March 2004 and the European Union on 1st May 2004.

Stretches and exercises in office

These tears leave scar tissue as the muscle heals, which tightens the muscle even further -- making you less flexible and more prone to pain. 2 Focus on a pain-free stretch. Expect to feel tension while you're stretching. If it hurts, you've gone too far. Back off to the point where you don't feel any pain, then hold the stretch. Relax and breathe freely. Don't hold your breath while you're stretching. How often to stretch is up to you. As a general rule, stretch whenever you exercise. If you don't exercise regularly, you might want to stretch at least three times a week to maintain flexibility. If you have a problem area, such as tightness in the back of your leg, you might want to stretch every day or even twice a day. Stretching the Hands & Forearms

Locals in more restricted countries might be disappointed in female tourists, who may be seen s a breaking traditions by dressing and behaving differently to local women. When speaking about culture, there are different views upon the notion. Usually, culture helps people to develop a recognizable identity (Harris & Moran, 1991). For instance, western tourists are likely to do more research about the destination country and expect more freedom in their trip. They can freely travel alone, and experience new activities and local food as much or little as they want to. Then eastern (Middle-east, developing countries etc.) tourists will often want to have tighter schedule, and will prefer if the facts and history about a destination are delivered by tour a guide – they believe in high quality customer service and good value for money. Eastern tourists will more likely participate in short holidays in Europe

electoral system were introduced. Although Putin's reforms managed to create foundations for the stability of Russia's political regime, it was done with the cost of limited party competition. As a result, the outcome of these arrangements was the emergence of a strong dominating party United Russia. Through the adoption of a populist, catch-all program, the efforts to recruit supporters from all segments of society, the control over the media, the ability to freely use state resources and the effective use of patronage, United Russia has successfully secured its position in Russia's political landscape.
