The first few years helped make great changes in the social and cultural life. People had hope because the Bolsheviks introduced free universal health care, education and social security. Russian Orthodoxy was prohibited and the government started promoting atheism ( " T h e r i s e o f , " ) . In 1922, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) was created. 1902, Mussolini immigrated to Switzerland to work on his political horizons. During a period when he was unable to find a permanent job there, he was arrested for vagrancy and jailed for one night. 1915, he had a son with Ida Dalser. His growing defiance of Royal authority and anti- clericalism got him in trouble with the authorities until he was finally deported. He was prompted to return to Italy once again when his mother became ill. He became a journalist for the socialist newspaper, Avanti! (Forward!).After initially writing on numerous occasions against the war in the socialist paper Avanti, Mussolini relented and he and his class were called up in August of 1915 for active duty. Although his military record was unremarkable, it was without blemish and it has been suggested that he may have been prevented from moving further along in the ranks due to his ongoing political agitation in various periodicals.

One point in favour of globalization is that it causes faster economic growth in all countries including the poor countries, lower prices of foods, drugs, clothes and shelter. Greater opportunities for skilled persons both locally and abroad and of course better understanding among the peoples of different countries. In spite of that the current rulers and dominators are not willing to agree with globalization, because they have their own vested interests, especially in socialist, communist and poor countries. Currently they don't have to compete with the efficient and skilled Word. They have arranged their own monopolies to make the best financial gains and most comfortable lives. With globalization they would have to work hard to maintain their income and they cannot exploit poor people as they will have better incomes and employment due to globalization and would not have to depend on politicians and governments. Estonia is a northern country where the vegetation period is short (3-4 months) and thus the water temperature is a limiting factor of fish farming. Therefore the heated effluent waters of the electric power plants were successfully used to prolong the growth period. Collapse of the socialist system caused decline in fish farming production, mainly because of cease of fish rearing in heated waters of electric power stations. During postsocialist period all the remaining fish farms have been privatised. The trout farmers are now using only formulated dry feeds, while the carp farmers applied lower stocking densities in order to make use of the natural food production of the ponds. The main trend has been rise of interest to the production of juveniles of

Can we prevent another European War? Can we transfer economic power to the state by purely democratic methods? The difficulty of achieving democratic Socialism by peaceful means consists in devising a programme for the Labour Party which will fulfil three conditions: 1. It must include a transfer of a substantial increase of economic power to the Goverment, otherwise it will represent no real advance towards the astablishment of a socialist democracy. 2. It must not provoke the opponents of Socialism to appeal to force or frighten them into an uncontrollable financial panic. In either case there would be a breakdown in the normal processes of peaceful goverment. 3. On the other hand it is equally essential that the programme of the Labour Party should retain the loyality of a very large proportion of its followers. A strong and

This era produced some first-rate novelists and short-story writers, such as Aleksandr Kuprin, Nobel Prize winner Ivan Bunin, Leonid Andreyev, Fyodor Sologub, Aleksey Remizov, Yevgeny Zamyatin, Dmitry Merezhkovsky and Andrei Bely. After the Revolution of 1917, Russian literature split into Soviet and white émigré parts. While the Soviet Union assured universal literacy and a highly developed book printing industry, it also enforced ideological censorship. In the 1930s Socialist realism became the predominant trend in Russia. Its leading figure was Maxim Gorky, who laid the foundations of this style. Nikolay Ostrovsky's novel How the Steel Was Tempered has been among the most successful works of Russian literature. Alexander Fadeyev achieved success in Russia. Over one million Portuguese refugees fled the former Portuguese provinces. Mário Soares and António de Almeida Santos were charged with organising the independence of Portugal's overseas territories. By 1975, all the Portuguese African territories were independent and Portugal held its first democratic elections in 50 years. The country continued to be governed by a Junta de Salvação Nacional until the Portuguese legislative election of 1976. It was won by the Portuguese Socialist Party (PS) and Mário Soares, its leader, became Prime Minister of the 1st Constitutional Government on 23 July. Mário Soares would be Prime Minister from 1976 to 1978 and again from 1983 to 1985. In this capacity Soares tried to resume the economic growth and development record that had been achieved before the Carnation Revolution, during the last decade of the previous regime. He initiated the process of accession to the European Economic Community (EEC) by
referendum and it came into force on 3rd of July. Lennart Meri was elected president and Mart Laar, a radical free-market advocate, became prime minister. The last Russian forces were withdrawn from Estonia in August 1994. Estonia joined NATO on 29th March 2004 and the European Union on 1st May 2004. 6 Economy In the years that Estonia was part of the Soviet Union, it provided the USSR(The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics) with gas and oil produced from its large supply of oil shale. It is still the world's second largest producer of oil shale. The majority of its workforce is involved in industry, which also includes shipbuilding, phosphate mining, and the manufacture of electronics and telecommunications equipment, electric motors, excavators, cement, furniture, and textiles and clothing. Its efficient agricultural sector employs some 20% of the labor force
at first refused to recognize Estonian independence but gave way in February 1920. The new state along with its Baltic neighbors, Lithuania and Latvia enjoyed just two decades of independent statehood before the Soviet Union took control under the 1939 Nazi-Soviet Pact. Soviet ownership lasted barely 12 months before Estonia was conquered in the German invasion of the Soviet Union. It was retaken by the Red Army in 1944, after which Estonia was constituted as one of the 15 Soviet Socialist Republics. Four decades passed until Mikhail Gorbachev who, as Communist Party General Secretary, offered the prospect of change for the Baltic States. A key part of the perestroika (economic reform) program was the devolution of power to the republics. Estonia led the way among the Baltic States, assisted by the collaboration between nationalist groups and the Communist Party, who joined together in a People's Front (analogous bodies emerged in Latvia and Lithuania) to orchestrate change.

Continental law There are several different types of law in the world today. For example case law, common law, Islamic law, socialist law. Continental law, also known as Civil law, Roman law, Romano-Germanic law is the most prevalent legal system in the modern world and the oldest in human history. A prominent example of civil law would be the Code Napoleon, named after French emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. Rather than a catalog of judicial decisions, the Code consists of abstractly written principles as rules of law. The civil law system is based on Roman law, especially the Corpus Juris Civilis of Emperor Justinian,

Development of Private Sector Although the Belarusian government has repeatedly declared the importance of private entrepreneurship for the national economy, its role remains rather modest. In terms of private sector development, Belarus lags severely behind other post-socialist countries. Yet, over the last decade, some positive dynamics have been recorded. In particular, the number of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) per 1,000 people increased from 2.5 in 2003 to 7.2 in 2010. Still, this ratio is rather small in comparison with other post-socialist economies as the table below illustrates. Source: Becoming Entrepreneur in Belarus: Factors of Choice. The first generation of human rights first emerged in the western countries and therefore was more concerned with liberty and political rights, as was the western culture. The second generation of rights emerged after the II WW in the socialist countries and they are fundamentally concerned with equality and therefore social, economic and cultural in nature. Third generation rights emerged in developing countries and they are more collective rights, they're quite broad as well. It is believed that 1st generation rights are more important and should be protected firstly, because the 2nd and 3rd generation rights involve more work and obligations (positive rights). So, the CP
