It includes only the concepts that are needed to support the application. Object •Is a partitioned area of memory where object code is stored •The area of memory is protected •This code can function relatively independently of other objects •Can be used by many parts of one program or by parts of many programs Message Passing •The mechanism by which objects communicate •The object can accept or reject the message •From outside the object it appears to be active data

Introduction of SCM

INTRODUCTION OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (SCM) A supply chain is a network of facilities and distribution options that performs the functions of procurement of materials, transformation of these materials into intermediate and finished products, and the distribution of these finished products to customers. Supply chains exist in both service and manufacturing organizations, although the complexity of the chain may vary greatly from industry to industry and firm to firm. Supply chain management is typically viewed to lie between fully vertically integrated firms, where the entire material flow is owned by a single firm and those where each channel member operates independently. Therefore coordination between the various players in the chain is key in its effective management

Games Programming with Java and Java 3D

It assumes the reader is familiar with Java, but presents short overviews of gaming, the low-level APIs OpenGL and DirectX, and Java 3D. No programming examples are included here, although links to online code are supplied. 1. Background to Gaming Giving a definition for `computer game' is problematic, due to the wide range of game types. For example, the ArcadePod site (http://www.arcadePod.com) divides its hundreds of Java games into more than ten categories: 3D games, multiplayer, action, classic, indoor sports, board, outdoor sports, card, mind, casino, educational, and the useful `miscellaneous' catch-all. This makes it difficult to pin down the typical content of a game, and highlights the range of design and programming skills required to create one. Another problem with giving a definition is that game platforms vary enormously, including PCs, dedicated game consoles (e.g. the Sony PlayStation 2), arcade machines, web-based games, hand-held consoles (e.g

Kuidas muudab mudelprojekteerimine teraskonstruktsioonide valmistamist ja ehitamist

• 3D and BIM increase collaboration between different project participants; • A reduction in construction time is evident only when the building models are openly shared; • Intelligent models help to find clashes and reduce re-work; • Models increase accuracy during fabrication and construction; • Shop-drawing review is sped up; • Steel design takes place in a more concurrent fashion; • 3D illustrations help to explain erection sequencing; • Building models provide rigging information for erection crews. The results of this thesis illustrate the benefit that 3D and BIM offer for complex steel construction projects and demonstrate an overall trend in the construction industry. The primary purpose of 3D and BIM is to be able to build the structure in virtual space before actual construction starts, so that the majority of the potential challenges can be successfully identified and addressed during the preconstruction phase.

When you are buying: Only authorized distributors sell official ENCs as an ENC service, which includes the delivery of update information. The distributors are authorized either directly by the originating Hydrographic Office or by a cooperation of Hydrographic Offices. When used in an ECDIS: ECDIS distinguishes an official ENC from unofficial data. When unofficial data is used, ECDIS informs mariners that they must navigate by means of an official up to date paper chart by a warning, which appears continuously on the screen.

Also it has become easier to post some things to the feed. When listening something in Spotify, when enabled, the song information will be provided to Facebook and then everyone can see what others have listened to. Same goes to Instagram. When posting image or video (now also gallery), it can be automatically shared in Facebook feed. This kind of cross- platform sharing has defenitely made managing life in social media easier, but is it safe aswell? More link between applications could mean more weaks points. Collecting information Usually when users post something to social media they think that „thats it, this is the only thing i share and thats what somebody will get to know about me“. Wek, not quite. Information will not only be shared when that like button is pressed, it is shared constantly, everywhere, anytime, the moment user will create account and log in. Then the real magic begins
