Also collaboration and mutual feedback are fulfilling and make people feel more valued however individual person can also feel valued for himself,but he can't feel valued by the others if person want to be valued he must share his ideas or creation with others to make their work or situation more easier. There can be bad sides in teamwork like if somebody doesn't fit in with the others ,it can be disruptive and can undermine the work of the team and teams can stifle individual enterprise and initiative however when person working individually nobody can't tell him how to do it or is he doing it wrong.Individual worker is obviously the most capable, fast paced worker.Person don't have to wait on other people because when somebody is finishing work for long, when his project is completed.That is why it is good to work alone without lot of pressure from the others. I prefer working in team then individually because for me it is more easier to work as a team
