Another thing that causes a lot of stress in the life of young is having bad relations. Being left out of the group, being harrased or having troubles with parents. These things have a big impact on our lives. Young people want to belong somewhere, want to feel like someone out there cares about them. It is also worth bearing in mind that to keep the stress away, we should have a positive view of life and try to keep the negative thoughts away. It is important to relax and keep healthy. I know from my own experience that it is sometimes the hardest thing to do and there have been times when I have felt like I want to give up on everything and just stop caring.
