I think that one of the biggest mistakes I have recently made was that I did not do any revision before going to the entrance examinations to get into Hugo Treffner’s high school. It all started in February after I had submitted my request to Hugo Treffner’s high school’s entrance examinations. I promised to myself that I will spend at least half an hour a day to revise all the things I had learned in primary school. I had always dreamed of studying there. During the first week I could almost keep my promise and spent the time I wanted to spend on revising, but after that I got very lazy and did not keep up with my revising at all. MEESKONNATÖÖ SÜNERGEETILISE EFEKTI MAKSIMEERIMINE Sissejuhatus Käesolev töö on vaatluse alla võtnud meeskonnatöö sünergeetilise efekti maksimiseerimise. Teemavalik sai selline, kuna kontoris töötades on see pidevalt probleemiks. Töötajad justkui töötaksid hästi, aga juhtkond ei ole ikkagi rahul. Nii saigi teoreetilist tagapõhja kasutades hakatud paberile panema, mida siis ikkagi teha, et tööst saadav kasu oleks võimalikult suur, et töötajad oleksid motiveeritud ja töö tulem efektiivsem ning ka juhtkond loomulikult rahulolevam (päris rahul ei saa nad kunagi olema, selleks nad ongi juhtkond, et pidevat arengut soodustada).
