Surviving exams
Taking an exam or test is something everyone has experienced in one form or another at some point in life. Everyone gets stressed during exams but it is important not to let it get out of control . The suggestions below may help you cope with the stress and revise for examinations successfully.
Firstly, I think it would be a good idea to create a study timetable for revision . A timetable helps you to make clear goals for each revision session and assign a timescale in which to achieve them . As a result, you can reduce anxiety, reassure that you have taken all your necessary steps and increase your motivation to sit down and learn.
Secondly, I recommend taking breaks periodically. This would mean that your concentration is better and you find yourself retaining more information than if you try to revise with an over-tired mind that does not remember what it just read.

Stress What is stress? Physiologists define stress as how the body reacts to a stressor, real or imagined, a stimulus (erguti) that causes stress.
