Dear Sir/ Madam
I am writing to complain about the computer I bought at your store last week.
When I tried to turn the computer on at home, it did not work . The screen was black and the computer made an odd noise. I performed in the manner as the user manual wrote.
Since the computer was guaranteed for 2 years , I took it back to your store but the shop assistant did not help me. She was impolite and arrogant and she said that she could do nothing .
I am most disappointed and require my money back or a new product. I hope that this problem will find a solution in a week.
Yours faithfully

Dear Mr Murphy
I am writing in response to your advertisement in the last week's edition of „Sakala“ for the summer job. I would like to apply for this job. I am 20 years old, lively and cheerful and I would like to work at your see- front cafe .
However , I also have some questions . For example how many hours is my work day long? Do I have to work at night too? I can work whenever necessary – at night and during the day. This brings me to my next guestion: how much would a waiters earn ?
Furthermore , how many days a week I must be at work? Would it be possible to work on weekends too? I am also curious about meals , one they free for me or do I have to pay for them ?
I am looking forward to your response.
Yours sincerely
Mari Mets.

I am writing to ask for information about your organization "WWF". I would like to know how I can help but I do not know if this organization operates in Estonia. If I would like join how much would it cost and how I can apply?
I am a 16- year -old student and I study at Viljandi Gymnasium. I also help as a volunteer in the local animal shelter, therefore I would like to know what kind of responsibilities do the people involved in your group have?
I would also like to know what kind of people belong to this organization and does it belong to a government or is it independent? If I am a member , can I have any advantages or training possibilities?

Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing in response to your advertisement in the last Saturday edition of „Postimees“ for your Creative Writing Summer Course in England . I would like to attend this course but I have some questions.
Firstly, when exactly is this course? Does it take place during the whole day or only for some hours? Would the course instruction also give us to do? I would like to know this because then I can estimate how much time I must dedicate to this cours.
Since I have not attended suck a course before I am interested in a group for beginners. How many members would there be in one group?
Furthermore, I read that there are morning and afternoon tea and coffee breaks. Ia there also a lunce break? What exactly do you mean with £89? Does it include food? What precisely does this fee cover ?
I am looking forward to your response at your earliest convenience.
Yours faithfully
Mari Mets.

18th February, 2015 Dear Ms Lake, I am writing to you regarding the advertisement in “Yes! Student magazine”. I would like to apply for the position of Activities Organiser. I am an 18-year-old student from Tallinn, Estonia. This year I am finishing the high school and I am planning to go to Ireland for my university studies. I had previous experience in organising events for children while working in “Vesiroos”, a summer camp in Estonia in July and August 2014. My duties included arranging outdoor games for children aged 7-11. I am confident that I am suitable for the job because I am good at organising different leisure activities. Furthermore, I love working with children and I have plenty of ideas what to do in a summer camp. I would like to enquire about the work in the camp. Could you let me know how many people will take part in one group? Could you also inform me if I can eat for free or I have to pay for the food? I would like to know where exactly the summer camp

She also loves listening to rock music, which is what we bonded over. Also, she is a great artist if she has the time and patience. Her over analyzing makes her a slow drawer. I love Kati with all my heart. She is the best friend anyone could ever have. Whenever I need her I can call her and she's there for me. Although she might want to portrait a pessimistic person, all her advice is always very positive. I know she will be a great teacher one day. 4. The show is about two brothers who drive around the continental USA. They hunt supernatural
