Tallinna Ülikool Prantsusmaa maksusüsteem Peeter Eriline 2011 SISSEJUHATUS Töö on jagatud neljaks osaks: kaudsed maksud, otsesed maksud, kohalikud maksud, Eesti ja Prantsusmaa maksusüsteemide võrdlus. Need on omakorda jaotatud spetsiifilistemaks gruppideks. Prantsusmaa maksusüsteem on keeruline ja mahukas ning hõlmab üleriigilisi otseseid (tulumaks, varanduse/varandusemaks) ja kaudseid (käibe- ja aktsiisimaks) makse. Samuti eksisteerivad kohalikud maksud (ettevõtlusmaks). Prantsusmaa maksuaasta on vastavuses kalendriaastaga. Prantsusmaal loob makse riik, kuid seda koguvad erinevad halduse institutsioonid: keskvalitsus, mis on peamine maksukoguja ning millel on eraldi eelarve, kohalikud omavalitsused, mis kogub küll palju, kuid mille võim on keskvalitsusega võrreldes piiratum ning sotsiaalkindlustuse ühendus (ASSO), mis koosneb eraorganisatsioonidest, mille eesmärk on kasuta...
Looma mõju lapse arengule Lemmiklooma eest hoolitsemine võib parandada lapse sotsiaalseid oskusi, enesekindlust ja enesehinnangut. (Children And Pets..., s.a.) Kui lapsele antakse võimalus tunda vastutust ja kanda looma eest hoolt, võib seeläbi tõusta tema enesehinnang ja enesekindlus. Laps saab tunda, et ta on võimeline oma kohustustega hakkama saama ja kasulik olema. Seda muidugi juhul, kui lapsele antakse talle jõukohaseid ülesandeid. Mida vanemaks laps saab, seda rohkem oskust või aega nõudvaid ülesandeid ta täita võiks. Tihtipeale proovivad juba väiksed lapsed, kes õpivad alles rääkima, oma koduloomadega suhelda. See näitab, et loomade olemaolu kodus võib lapse suhtlemist soodustada juba varasest east alates ning sotsiaalsete oskuste arengule tunduvalt kaasa aidata. Võim ja ametivõim organisatsioonis Võimu võib mõista kui indiviidi või grupi võimet kedagi või midagi mõjutada, kas käskides, nõudes või keelates. Võim saab eksisteerida ainult kellegi või millegi suhtes. Weber defineerib võimu järgmiselt: võim tähendab võimalust teostada mingi sotsiaalse suhte raames oma tahet, vaatamata vastuseisule ja sõltumatult sellest, millel see võim rajaneb. Võimu juures on olulised nii domineerimine, mis eeldab teiste inimeste kuulekust, kui ka distsipliin.
