The aim of this thesis was to survey which are the factors related to financing the developmental projects of the office buildings of Tallinn and which ones of them are estimated by the market participants to be decisive on getting the external financing to use the office building above all as an investee. Previous studies and works, on-topic opinions of opinion leaders and different market reviews of the companies that operate in real estate industry, were used to fulfil the aim of the thesis and an empirical research was conducted, where the representatives of banks, investors and developers of office buildings were involved through semi-structured expert interviews.
