the beauty that is an essential part of their own innermost being, their true nature. The first recognition of beauty was one of the most significant events in the evolution of human consciousness. The feelings of joy and love are intrinsically connected to that recognition. Without our fully realizing it, flowers would become for us an expression in form of that which is most high, most sacred, and ultimately formless within ourselves. Flowers, more fleeting, more ethereal and more delicate than the plants out of which they emerged, would become like messengers from another realm, like a bridge between the world of physical forms and the formless. They not only had a scent that was delicate and pleasing to humans, but also brought a fragrance from the realm of spirit. Using the word “enlightenment” in a wider sense than the conventionally accepted one, we could look upon flowers as the enlightenment of plants.
It is also possible to be so ultra-sensitive that the result is disadvantageous. I expect no argument in asserting that a normal sensitivity is a healthy, indispensable ingredient for optimal education. Sensitivity can be heightened or blunted by education. It is intertwined with curiosity. An ideal education affords numerous and varied opportunities for students to touch, see, smell, listen, hear; to spark their curiosity. When I was a child the things that pleased me were largely other than the plants which have earned me a living as an adult. For example, I collected postage stamps, played basketball, was fond of listening to music, played all manner of games, but dealt only in a neutral, uninspired fashion with plants. The one thing that was constant and of supreme importance was my love of reading. I don't recall why, but by an early age, say age 9, I was a phenomenal reader of books, a habit that persisted all the way until college. Reading expands one's mind immensely
Some people also do aerobics. People go to gym as well. Our body needs rest too. The best way of resting is sleeping. Grown-ups need to sleep for about 8 hours, growing children need more sleep. If we don't sleep enough, we may fall ill beacuse a tired body cannot resist illnesses. Our health also depends on the clothes we wear. In winter, when it is cold, we should wear warm clothes. Then our clothes keep in the body's heat and in summer they should let it escape. Loose clothing is better than tight clothing beacause it allows the wearer to move about more easily and does not interfere with the circulation of the blood. Being clean is also very important. We feel and look better if we are clean. A person should have a shower a day to keep himself clean. Keeping oneself clean includes brushing our teeth. What we eat also affects our health. Our body needs vitamins and minerals, fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Our food should be varied. It is not healty to eat too much sweets

In the US, free-care clinics, especially for the homeless do exist in major cities, but they are usually over-burdened with patients. The conditions affecting the homeless are somewhat specialized and have opened a new area of medicine tailored to this population. Skin conditions and diseases abound, because homeless people are exposed to extreme cold in the winter and they have little access to bathing facilities. Homeless people also have more severe dental problems than the general population. Specialized medical textbooks have been written to address this for providers. There are many organizations providing free care to the homeless in countries which do not offer free medical treatment organised by the state, but the services are in great demand given the limited number of medical practitioners.
