Reasons why they are spending less and less time outside are that today we have so many indoor activities that students are keen on and parents are too cautious, preventing accidents. Outdoor education can improve student's health, while taking place in fresh air and making students physically active. The more students show their potential and skills, the more parents will allow them to be independent. If we want to set the pattern of being active daily, we should involve outdoor education into our curriculum on a regular basis.
