However the clients are complaining that there are not many dishes to choose from, so we need more meals. Service The staff are very friendly and and helpful and they are able to make helpful suggestions about the menu. However the service is a little short handed, It would be a good idea to hire extra people during the lunch and dinner time for rushes so that the service is always fast and efficient Atmosphere There is friendly relaxed atmosphere in our restaurant. . However the restaurant is old and not very clean. Conclusion Marco's is a fast food restaurant with reasonable prices. If you would consider changes I suggested, we could get more customers and bigger profit.
In August me and my horse Estrella wanted to compete with other horses, but unfortunately I couldn't go to that race. A day before the race a horse hit me in the ribs and I wasn't able to move for a few days. My summer ended in Toila, where I worked with Tuuli. We handed out different leaflets and recommended people to drive safe. In conclusion I made some new friends and relaxed a lot in summer. Best wisher, Berit.
restaurant and suggest some changes. Food and prices Despite the fact that there is not a wide variety of dishes to choose from, the food is well-cooked and looks beautiful. The prices of food are resonable. What is more the drinks were cheap. Service The staff was friendly and helpful they can make very helpful suggestions about the menu. However, the service is a bit slow at times, especially at the lunch hours. Atmosphere The restaurant has a friendly relaxed atmosphere. You can not help but be in a good mood while you are there, because of the cheerful music. However the music is too loud sometimes, so you cant hear the waitresses. Although the lihgting is a bit poor, so it is difficult to read the menu. Conclusion In conclusion, althouhg the music can be loud and the service might be slow or that the lighting is poor, Marco´s is a perfect place to go and have your lunch, because of the good prices and atmosphere

This would mean that your concentration is better and you find yourself retaining more information than if you try to revise with an over- tired mind that does not remember what it just read. Lastly, it is also important to stay calm and positive. Spend time doing something relaxing each day, such as listening to your favorite music, going for a walk or swim. You also need to make sure you eat and sleep well and get some exercise. In this way, you will feel relaxed and connected to others and the world as you keep working through the revision. Exams can seem daunting but it is really important to keep in mind that it will not last forever. I believe that by using these simple revising techniques, you will find yourself calm, focused and fully prepared for the exam.
Hall, 60% of our communication is nonverbal. That means whenever we stand before an audience, our stance, our posture, our facial expressions, our hand gestures, our whole body dynamic communicate more than our actual spoken words. A stiff, immobile speaker is often a boring and usually ineffective speaker as. It is therefore essential to know how to be physically relaxed, which will allow your actions to complement your words. Before we start, two important definitions: A podium is the raised platform at the front of the room where speakers stand to deliver presentations; it is also called the dais (pronounced dayus). The stand used to hold notes is called the lectern. A lectern can be a short stand placed atop a table, or it can be a freestanding unit with a light, microphone,
Formality in Language", "Formality levels of communication" , "Levels of formality in writing". Proceeding from it, it is possible to draw a conclusion, that levels of formality are almost everywhere. For a start it is worth understanding formality levels in Spoken language. Because the spoken language is used much more often. The first level of Spoken language is informal. Its use for routine messages delivered face-to-face with friends. Informal language is relaxed language with slang, contractions and humor. The second level is Semiformal. Its use for important messages to strangers(for example, Phone call). It is language with some contractions and personal pronouns. And the last one is Formal. Its use for serious messages and in other formal contexts. It is correct, serious language using complete sentences without slang. In a written language it is similarly important as in a spoken language, to what public this letter is directed.

Interior Firstly, one suggestion would be to make in your shop some innovations by changing it modern. A visual revamp of your retail shop interior will make your business feel and look brand new, and attract a whole new customer base. The interior design is a very important consideration so you need to give it a big thought. Background music Secondly, I think it would be useful to use background music in the shop. Background music keeps customers comfortable and relaxed. Keeping your employees happy is just as important as doing the same for your customers. Without good employees, you'll never be able to reach the level of sales you need to in order to keep things rolling. Playing background music can take your employees' minds off of whatever might be bothering them, and will almost always improve one's mood throughout the course of a day. It should also be noted that since

Haapsalu is famous for its curative mud. For centuries people have cured themselves with our sea mud. This discovery is thought to be the beginning of Haapsalu as a resort town. In Laine Spa Hotel, they are offering many different services for instance therapeutic mud procedures. I have heard that therapeutic mud procedures is very beneficial for one’s health, because it cures chronic inflammatory diseases and relives pain. In addition, the mud therapy treatment gives a nice relaxed and mellow feeling. It is worth trying because the service is offered at a very few places. Unfortunately, this service has very long queues and it may cost too much for some. Conclusion/Recommendations Considering all of these aspects, I would recommend visiting museums and the Old Town. These may not seem very interesting, but I promise that it is a lot of fun, and there are many other things to visit besides the museum.

Fatal walk It was a warm and cloudless Friday evening in summer but Angelina didn't want to go to a party. She went for a walk at a park. She had a great evening and she enjoyed all this incredible nature in the park. Angelina was glad that she hadn't gone to party because she felt herself so relaxed. There were a few people in the park, birds were singing and not so warm evening sun was still shining. I felt a little bit chilly myself and it was getting darker too so I decided to go back home. My way back wasn't very pleasurable. I had always been afraid of those dark unlit side- streets but that walk had been good for me so I wasn't afraid that time. But then I heard screaming from one street. I didn't dare to go there but I peeked around the corner and I
Both of them have positvies and negatives sides. I would like to describe both of them positvies sides. Go to the job after high school is very good idea. Especially when you do not know what you want on your life. Lots of my friends went to the job after high school because they have so tired and so sick of the school. Some of them work a year and after that they had thought clear what they want in their life. They go to the school after they had relaxed. Furthermore they study very hard because they have already aim about what they want to study. But some friends who went to the work after high school are decided to stay and they do not want to go to school anymore. This could be due to that they have found what they like and these are their dream jobs. They have got a working skills, good job and family. They need to take care of their family. Most of people go to the next level school after high school. Because they want
idea of it. In addition because of modern breakthrough blogging as a hobbie is also possible. It is actually writing but you can write anything you want and publish it to many blogging sites. A good writing skill may lead to fame for a blogger and become a major earning source. As shown above, technology has changed leisure and hobbies. If there would not be such technological discoveries there would not be that kind of hobbies and people would be more relaxed in their free time. Improvement in technology overall has been positivie, because it gives much more to the people than takes awat. In short, technology has a lot of effects on free-time activities. We can not live without it, so it is best to keep the good technology and use it wisely, have fun, instead of playing games every day. It can do lots of amazing things we cannot do.
My mother has 3 brothers and although you can see the similarities, they are also quite different. My uncle Tom is the oldest and he is a typical violent parent. He always tries to force my cousins to be more ambitious and he gets wound up, when they don’t get picked into the sportsteam or the school play. And then there is my uncle James. He is a complete opposite. He is a artteacher and he is completely carefree. He never rebukes with his children and he is always relaxed. He wants that everyone discovers their creative side and engages painting or ’’skulptuur’’ or something. Uncle Paul is average and he is very funny. He always tells stories. But he can be a little stubborn and he doesn’t do anything, that he doesn’t want to do. And then there is my mom. She likes when everyone is togheter and when there is a few argumets, witch there always is, then she is the peacemaker. She has a very good personality. Everyone says that I am as nice as her

Teacher gives right versions in case errors appear Studentdesigned syllabus Comprehension and speaking are of big importance I had a look at several clips. In one of them native language was used for explaining. The tape-recording was used. Afterwards the teacher played the recordings and the students had to write on the board what they heard. I enjoyed the clip where the question about student´s feelings, opinions about the lesson and method was asked. Students agreed that it was relaxed environment to study, no pressure. Errors were corrected in non-threatening manner. Students could express their feelings and opinions freely and share their knowledge in the group. All the students were actively involved. The main goals are speaking, active interaction, relaxing learning environment. · Humanistic methods: suggestopedia http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5yP_4-YOU6Q Suggestopedia (Production) - Regiane Language learning is complicated because of psychological barriers
distances fast. Out of ignorance they believe, that if they run faster and longer, they will get better results. Needless to say, that kind of working out damages your body more than it helps. And can also cause you to have an cardiac arrest or a serious longterm heart problems. But despite the fact that there can be serious consequences for false ways, there is still an upside. If you live an healty life, you have more strenght to get trought the day. You will feel relaxed and you won't be ill as often. Even if you get the flu, you will recover faster and it wont have so much effect on your health in general. So in conclusion, if you lead a healthy life and do it properly, it will have an awesome effect on your way of living. Not only will it make you healthier, it will make you happy. If you don't rush it, it will get to the point where it pays off even faster. I suggest that to live life by its fullest, eat reasonably and work-out reasonably.

Also, muscles help to prevent diseases, and improve balance. Ladies, don't think building muscles means you have to look like a body builder. You can maintain a healthy amount of muscle mass. Reduce Stress and Improve Moods: We now know exercise helps our physical health. What about our mental health? Anyone who exercises would tell you that it definitely reduces stress. Exercise is known to cause the release of a hormone that makes you feel more relaxed, and even increases your self esteem. Because of this hormone, people who exercise are usually in a better mood, have a higher energy level, and sleep better. Exercise usually helps people not only fall asleep, but helps to deepen sleep as well so we feel well rested during the day. However, exercising right before bed can actually be counter-productive because you'll have too much energy to sleep well. So give yourself enough down time between exercise and bed. Writing and Me When I was younger I absolutely loved to read books and desperately yearned to be a writer. The idea of waking up in the morning and not having to go to work appealed to me, I imagined the life of a writer as something relaxed and effortless. If I were a writer I could sleep until noon if I wished to, take my morning coffee to the balcony, light a cigarette, let the sun lightly kiss my face and just write. About anything. And it would come naturally. Except it did not. Do you know the feeling after you wake up from a really good dream? When you are desperately clinging to it, trying to remember everything, but it all just floats away as if you were trying to catch smoke with your bare hands

When I first chose this book, I thought that I would be very interested in it, because people, who had read it before, told it was a good and interesting book. I was disappointed, because it wasn't as good as I was told. It was interesting but I couldn't read it more than 30 pages per day. It was a hard book to read, because it was full of violence and author used slang. Also was hard to understand the hidden symbols in the book. After reading this book for a while I didn't feel relaxed, but mostly it is a way to rest for me. This book can't be read without doing serious thinking.

Bella is finally overcome by exhaustion. The meeting is called to a close, all agreeing to meet again the following night. Before the wolves leave, they request to familiarize themselves with the particular scents of the Cullens, so that during battle there are no mistakes. Each wolf, in turn, approaches the individual members of the Cullen family, smelling and sniffing them all. Bella recognizes Jacob as the reddish-brown wolf. She realizes he seems the most relaxed of the pack. Jacob meets her gaze and comes closer. Bella notices that Edward is measuring her reactions, clearly hoping to find her afraid or disgusted by what she sees. But instead of being afraid, Bella reaches out and runs her fingers through Jacob's fur. She is surprised by how it is both rough and soft. Suddenly Jacob licks her across her entire face, laughing and jumping out of the way when she yells and smacks at him playfully in response. Both vampires and

Although Carol found it quite difficult to get used to the lenght of time it took to do things, she enjoyed having a slower, more relaxed pace of life. Also, the lack of electronic entertainment, particularly the TV, had a dramatic effect on the children. They got on much better together and seemed to enjoy each other's company more, although they clearly believed that they were suffering. Tamsin even spent some time gazing at the blank TV screen in her bedroom. "All sorts of things that we had put off doing got done," said Carol. Bella chides him, but he dismisses her concerns. The discussion turns to Bella's graduation and Jacob is obviously thinking about the significance of that date for her impending change. Bella doesn't tell him that her plans have been put on hold for fear that he will read too much into her reluctance. They talk about the upcoming graduation festivities instead, and Bella issues Jake an invitation to the party. Jacob falls asleep on the couch while Bella sits next to him. She looks at Jake's relaxed expression while he sleeps, and thinks how it reminds her of her friend before he became a werewolf. She reflects on her life and how she feels about leaving her humanity behind. She thinks about how Edward is right--she isn't quite ready to make the change. She also realizes that when she is ready, she wants Edward to be the one to do it. She wants it to be his venom to poison her system. Bella feels that this would make her belong to him in a tangible way. She

economy to a more market-oriented economy that is still within a rigid political framework under Party control. The reforms replaced collectivization of Chinese agriculture with privatization of farmlands, increased the responsibility of local authorities and industry managers, allowed a wide variety of small-scale enterprises to flourish, and promoted foreign investment. Price controls were also relaxed. These changes resulted in mainland China's shift from a planned economy to a mixed economy. China became a member of the World Trade Organization in 2001.[55] China's accession into the World Trade Organization (WTO) was a goal achieved after nearly fifteen years of exhausting negotiations carrying many legal, political and social implications for all parties. China was finally able to convince WTO members that without China, the WTO is only partially a worldwide trade organization
there to do so anymore. We pat ourselves on the cheek, on the arm, or rub our hands together. Perhaps you hold your hands close to your face when you talk - generally, this is a sign of insecurity. The same is true if you roll a beard or moustache with your hands or fix your hair, perhaps pushing or curling it behind an ear. Are you sitting comfortably? The way that people sit in chairs is not coincidental. If you are lounging with arms and legs dangling, it is probably a sign that you are relaxed and feeling comfortable. If you are positioned on the edge of the chair with you legs stretched before you and your feet crossed it can signal indifference. Example: in a country where rules of behaviour in court were very strict, a witness in a trial sat as described above, with his huge boots lumped on top of each other, wearing a big coat and with his arms crossed. The judge said: 'Sit up straight and take your coat off, or I'll hold you in contempt.'
the Turkish army against democratically elected leaders with overt religious affiliations. Many supporters of Turkish nationalist and secular parties fear that it is precisely the religious fundamentalists who would be given free rein should the military, as a result of EU pressure, be forced to withdraw completely from politics. They are wary of demands by the European Parliament that Turkey should adopt a "more relaxed position" towards Islam in particular and religion in general. Other groups, too, such as emancipated young woman, atheists and gays, distrust the current government of the moderately religious AK Party, and expect that, at any moment, it will show its "true anti-secularist" colours (Zürcher, E.J., Linden, H., 2004). Examples from Dutch, European and Turkish contexts reveal a huge gulf between the broad public debate on "Islam" and Muslim fundamentalism, on the one hand,

other ships, so he could use his own ship to blunder villages and towns. He removes a warning bell that warns sailors about a secret underwater rock. By doing this, he signs his own death sentence. At a dark night, he crashes his ship to the Rock, because there was no bell to warn him. In the first stanza of the poem Southey describes the surroundings. The tone of the poem is set, at the begging it is very serene and relaxed. The weather and sea are calm, the ship stands, undisturbed, in the water. The reader is supposed to feel joy and relax when this description is given, it brings to mind a sunny and warm summer-day, when everything is just perfect. The point on the first stanza is only to set the tone, it has no real artistic value. The second stanza states that there was no sign of the Inchcape Rock, which lay below the water surface
Kennedy also brought up the point of whether one-quarter of Americans were relegated to second-class citizenship just because they were Roman Catholic. In September and October, Kennedy debated Republican candidate and Vice President Richard Nixon in the first televised U.S. presidential debates in U.S. history. During these programs, Nixon, nursing an injured leg and sporting "five o'clock shadow", looked tense and uncomfortable, while Kennedy appeared relaxed, leading the huge television audience to deem Kennedy the winner. Radio listeners, however, either thought Nixon had won or that the debates were a draw. Nixon did not wear make-up during the initial debate, unlike Kennedy. The debates are now considered a milestone in American political history--the point at which the medium of television began to play a dominant role in national politics. After the first debate Kennedy's campaign gained momentum and he
