Nutrients can be obtained from many different foods, so there are a wide variety of diets that may be considered healthy diets. In most cases dieting is used in combination with physical exercise to lose weight in those who are overweight or obese. If you do not get regular exercise or a healthy diet, however, you may get overweight. Being overweight can have great effects on your health. It can increase risk of developing many health conditions. Such as gallbladder disease, heart disease, hypertension (high blood pressure), dyslipidemia (high cholesterol), stroke and even cancer. So if you don't want to be at risk for any of these diseases it is advised you get regular exercise and eat accordingly. Another great way to lead a healthy lifestyle is to get enough rest. If you do exercises your heart pumps more blood which gives you energy. Then your organism is stronger and you will live longer. You can have fun while doing exercises you like and at the same time you keep your body fit. You can also improve your physical appearance. Being fit helps you to look good. Physical exercises help to burn fat and tone muscles. You can look nice and feel confident. There are also some cons of keeping fit. If you do too much exercise it may affect you organism badly and your body will feel exhausted
