The purpose of this report is to assess the good and bad points of the Marco´s fast food restaurant. Food and Prices Furthermore the meals are good value for money as the prices are quite reasonable. However the clients are complaining that there are not many dishes to choose from, so we need more meals. Service The staff are very friendly and and helpful and they are able to make helpful suggestions about the menu. However the service is a little short handed, It would be a good idea to hire extra people during the lunch and dinner time for rushes so that the service is always fast and efficient Atmosphere There is friendly relaxed atmosphere in our restaurant. . It is based on my experiences as a customer. Food and prices Firstly, I am satisfied with prices, they are reasonable. But there is not a wide variety of dishes. You should add more dishes to your menu. Service Another thing to mention is that the staff was friendly and helpful. I think that a good staff means a lot for customers. But on the other hand, the service is a little too slow, particularly when the restaurant gets busy. More people should be hired. Atmosphere Finally, the restaurant looks really old and it does not look very clean anymore. I think that painting it again will give a really good result. Furthermore, I came by car, but there was nowhere to park it. You should clean up the old storage yard next to the restaurant and convert it into

Introduction The purpose of this letter is to focuse on the good and bad sides of McDonalds restaurant. Food and Prices McDonalds offers well-packed fast food. The prices may seem a bit high, but the food is well worth the cost and tastes good. Service The waiters are friendly, but it's commonly hard to understand them because they don't speak neither understand much Estonian. The service could also be sometimes a bit slow and the queues long. Atmosphere The interior of the restaurant is nice and cosy, though what can be complained about is how the tables and seats are set, beacuse they are usually too close to each other. Restaurant plays music which gives you a good mood. As another minus, there are regularly food left-overs on the floor, which doesn't make the best out of the restaurant.
