Sleep Oxforddictionaries.com definition of sleep:  A condition of body and mind which
typically recurs for several hours every night, in which the nervous system is

you struggle?  How many hours of sleep do you get in average? How many would you need? Do you wake up as fresh as a daisy?  How does it influence your day when you haven’t had enough sleep at night? Be au ty  Sle ep

Maybe the truth was that I didn't relate well to people, period. Even my mother, who I was closer to than anyone else on the planet, was never in harmony with me, never on exactly the same page. Sometimes I wondered if I was seeing the same things through my eyes that the rest of the world was seeing through theirs. Maybe there was a glitch in my brain. But the cause didn't matter. All that mattered was the effect. And tomorrow would be just the beginning. I didn't sleep well that night, even after I was done crying. The constant whooshing of the rain and wind across the roof wouldn't fade into the background. I pulled the faded old quilt over my head, and later added the pillow, too. But I couldn't fall asleep until after midnight, when the rain finally settled into a quieter drizzle. Thick fog was all I could see out my window in the morning, and I could feel the claustrophobia creeping up on me. You could never see the sky here; it was like a cage.

they can not have it, they will get stressed and they will be infected with dieseases much easier. For example it would be good to run every day for some time. That way one probably will not become fat, he or she will get fresh air and rest from daily problems. There are many other health-sports also. Many people go swimming. During winter people go skiing. Some people also do aerobics. People go to gym as well. Our body needs rest too. The best way of resting is sleeping. Grown-ups need to sleep for about 8 hours, growing children need more sleep. If we don't sleep enough, we may fall ill beacuse a tired body cannot resist illnesses. Our health also depends on the clothes we wear. In winter, when it is cold, we should wear warm clothes. Then our clothes keep in the body's heat and in summer they should let it escape. Loose clothing is better than tight clothing beacause it allows the wearer to move about more easily and does not interfere with the circulation of the blood.

Ah, New York, I thought, feeling settled again. You rock. I'd planned on warming up on a treadmill, then capping off the hour with a few of the machines, but when I saw that a beginners' kickboxing class was about to start, I followed the mass of waiting students into that instead. By the time it was over, I felt more like myself. My muscles quivered with the perfect amount of fatigue and I knew I'd sleep hard when I crashed later. "You did really well." I wiped the sweat off my face with a towel and looked at the young man who spoke to me. Lanky and sleekly muscular, he had keen brown eyes and flawless café au lait skin. His lashes were enviably thick and long, while his head was shaved bald. "Thank you." My mouth twisted ruefully. "Pretty obvious it was my first time, huh?" He grinned and held out his hand. "Parker Smith." "Eva Tramell."

William Shakespeare - Hamlet

Exeunt all but HAMLET My father's spirit in arms! all is not well; I doubt some foul play: would the night were come! Till then sit still, my soul: foul deeds will rise, Though all the earth o'erwhelm them, to men's eyes. Exit 26 SCENE III. A room in Polonius' house. Enter LAERTES and OPHELIA LAERTES My necessaries are embark'd: farewell: And, sister, as the winds give benefit And convoy is assistant, do not sleep, But let me hear from you. OPHELIA Do you doubt that? LAERTES For Hamlet and the trifling of his favour, Hold it a fashion and a toy in blood, A violet in the youth of primy nature, Forward, not permanent, sweet, not lasting, The perfume and suppliance of a minute; No more. OPHELIA No more but so? LAERTES Think it no more; For nature, crescent, does not grow alone In thews and bulk, but, as this temple waxes, The inward service of the mind and soul

our helper. 151. The ultimate goodness is not to be afraid. 152. The root of beauty is courage. 153. Courage is not simply one of the virtues, but the form of every virtue at the testing point. 154. Without courage, all other virtues lose their meaning. 155. Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear - not absence of fear. 156. Have courage for the greatest sorrow of life, and patience for the small one; and when you have laboriously accomplished your daily task, go to sleep in peace. God is awake. 157. The true test of character is not how much we know how to do, but how we behave when we don't know what to do. 158. Reputation is what you are in the light; Character is what you are in the dark. 1. Do not be deluded. 2. If you can't help being deluded, do not judge others, and do not feel guilty. 3. If you can't help being deluded, and you can't help judging or feeling guilt, do not open your mouth. 159
