How many of you believe that they lead a healthy life?
Through century ´s people have desired immortality. From beggars to emperors, everybody has been looking for an easy way to live forever. And even if they realized, that it is impossible, they started searching for ways to live longer. Finally they realized, that the only ones shortening our life are ourselves. We do it to ourselves. That’s why everybody started living healthy. But is living a healthy life an easy way of living?
In my point of view a healthy lifestyle is only healthy, when one does it in the right amount . You can do more damage to your body if you don’t do it correctly. For example you can start working out. Start running , Go to gym etc. But if you start a green tea diet at the same time, then there is a high chance that you are going to spend your life in a hospital rather than leading a healthy one. I believe that living healthy doesn't mean that you only eat vegetables and fruit and drink herbal tea. I believe that it means , that you eat vegetables with meat , chicken and fish . You can’t stop eating some things, you have to eat, but you can do it in smaller and reasonable amounts. The same goes for working out. It's not healthy, when you start working out, out of the blue , Like an olympic gymnist. You should start by short workouts. Start jogging for shorter distances and after a short amount of time start builing up your speed and lenghtening your distances.
But nevertheless you shouldn’t start working out without previous experiences . It would be a smart move to consult with a professional trainer, so you can learn how to warm up, how to do everything so you won’t hurt yourself, and how to stretch after a workout. For instance many people without previous training experience start their "healthy" life by running long distances fast . Out of ignorance they believe, that if they run faster and longer, they will get better results. Needless to say, that kind of working out damages your body more than it helps. And can also cause you to have an cardiac arrest or a serious longterm heart problems.
But despite the fact that there can be serious consequences for false ways, there is still an upside. If you live an healty life, you have more strenght to get trought the day. You will feel relaxed and you won’t be ill as often. Even if you get the flu, you will recover faster and it wont have so much effect on your health in general.
So in conclusion, if you lead a healthy life and do it properly, it will have an awesome effect on your way of living. Not only will it make you healthier , it will make you happy . If you don’t rush it, it will get to the point where it pays off even faster. I suggest that to live life by its fullest, eat reasonably and work -out reasonably.
