In the Sixth Form, they only have to choose 3 compulsory subjects with a vast range of extra subjects offered by the school like Economics, Food Technology, Government and Politics, Photography, Psychology and Theatre Studies. Several Gymnasiums in Estonia also give their students the chance to choose some of their subjects from a selection of facultative subjects but there are by far more than 3 compulsory subjects for Estonian Gymnasium students than for the Sixth Form students in Britain. These are drama groups,health clubs,folk groups,religious groups and car driving. In general it seems taht Russian and Estonian children are very active and keen on to providing for a bright future. Despite of many similarities there are some differences too.Surprisingly Estonian youngsters are not very interested in photography,pets' clubs,computer studies and youth societies.Although for compensation, they sing in choirs and they do handicraft.As we can see from the chart, Russian youth do not get involved in aforementioned activities. In conclusion it seems that Russian and Estonian children have mostly the same hobbies but they have also different preferences in their leisure activities.

Goals are one of the many choices you have to make when planning your career. Having goals can help you to deal with problems and can lead to sth worthwhile. Before you make any decisions you should now which choices are available to you. For example, if you want to work in photography, you firstly need to find out where you can do such a course. Also it is often mentioned that making a successful career in a small town is largely impossible, because of the lack of different resources and opportunities. By these it is commonly ment a uncompetitive education and few opportunities to develop extracurricular activities. In my opinion it is again a misunderstanding. I am at the moment eighteen years old and I have spent all my life in a beautiful small town called Tartu. From the early age I have been interested in photography and the world in general. Photography is a pretty expensive hobby and starting with it was quite difficult in the beginning. I had to take photographs with really poor cameras and more than once I heard how somebody was laughing over me because of my uncompetitive equipment. Still I remained selfconfident and full of determination. Time passed and I had enough money to buy a bit better camera and from this point, things started to go uphills. By

basket- and volleyball. I have been to tennis courses when I was little. I played basketball for about two years and our team was quite successful. I have also been to track and field training, but only for a year. I attended dancing also a year and then made a pause and now I take up dance lessons again. It is freestyle dancing that I am dealing with. I like it a lot. I do other sports just for my self or for fun with my friends. I have also hobbies from other areas. I like photography a lot. I often go somewhere to shoot some photos of nature or just of everything surrounding me at the moment. I have made some real good pictures that I am really happy with. There are also other common hobbies I deal with, like cooking and so. All in all I like sports a lot.
