My favourite subjects at school are Chemistry and Biology. I study at science biased class, so I have supplementary courses like the Chemistry of Elements and Applied Biology. Different government spending levels can be considered within a meaningful macroeconomic framework. Income Approach This method measures GDP by adding incomes that firms pay households for the factors of production they hire- wages for labor, interest for capital, rent for land and profits for entrepreneurship. The "National Income and Expenditure Accounts" divide incomes into five categories: - Wages, salaries, and supplementary labour income - Corporate profits - Interest and miscellaneous investment income - Farmers' income - Income from non-farm unincorporated businesses These five income components sum to net domestic income at factor cost. Two adjustments must be made to get GDP: - Indirect taxes minus subsidies are added to get from factor cost to market prices. - Depreciation (or capital consumption) is added to get from net domestic product to gross domestic product.
Estonian GDP grew by 6.4% in the year 2000 and with double speeds after accession to the EU in 2004. The GDP grew by 7.9% in 2007 alone. Increases in labor costs, rise of taxation on tobacco, alcohol, electricity, fuel, and gas, and also external pressures (growing prices of oil and food on the global market) are expected to raise inflation just above the 10% mark in the first months of 2009. In the first quarter 2008 GDP grew only 0,1%. The government made a supplementary negative budget, which was passed by Riigikogu.
