Witness Report As I was walking along Western Road about 11.00 on Saturday morning I saw a red car pull up in front of me and two men jumped out and ran into Woolworths. I didn't really pay any attention until I heard screams coming from inside the shop. When I got closer I saw one man holding a gun while the other emptied the cash register. I couldn't see them very well, but one was fairly tall with brown hair and sunglasses and the other was shorter with very short blond hair. They were both wearing jeans and were about 22 years old, so they could have been students. There was another man in the car who had been waiting with the engine running, but I couldn't see what he looked like. I believe that it means, that you eat vegetables with meat, chicken and fish. You can't stop eating some things, you have to eat, but you can do it in smaller and reasonable amounts. The same goes for working out. It's not healthy, when you start working out, out of the blue, Like an olympic gymnist. You should start by short workouts. Start jogging for shorter distances and after a short amount of time start builing up your speed and lenghtening your distances. But nevertheless you shouldn't start working out without previous experiences. It would be a smart move to consult with a professional trainer, so you can learn how to warm up, how to do everything so you won't hurt yourself, and how to stretch after a workout.
