Healthier than ever before! When I start thinking about healthy way of life, first thing that comes in my mind is cabbages and carrots. But healthy lifestyle contains more than that. Ofcourse it is very important to eat well, but in the same time it is essential to do diffrent kind of exercises and have basic knowledges about your body. Our grandmothers and grandfathers often complain, that we eat wrong sort of food, like hamburgers and french fries. But I think, it isn`t true. Yes, we eat hamburgers, but not every day

Before I go to sleep by S.J Watson

Book review I am reading a book called ,,Before I go to sleep" by S.J Watson. This book has 384 pages and I have read 50 of them. The book is about Christine, who loses her memory when she goes to sleep and has to start afresh every time she wakes up. It's quite hard seeing it through her own eyes as each day she wakes up and can't figure out where she is. Everything has to be explained to her by a man who tries to persuade her that he's her husband. She begins to keep a journal, writing down what happens to her each day as recommended by her doctor who calls her each day to remind her of her journal and where it's hidden. Each day she reads what's previously written in her journal, and is extremely confused as she can never remember the previous entries. I think that in the end of the book Christine will get her memory back, and she will realize that her husbend Ben is bad guy. I hope that they will devorce and Christine will find some...

Should we first discover our homeland before going abroad?

Should we first discover our homeland before going to other countries? It does not matter where in the world you live you always tend to think that anywhere else life is better and has more opportunities to success in life. It may be so but the majority sometimes does not even know the chances and advantages of their own homeland. If to talk about in the matter of travelling then I am assured that it is not relevant to drive through all your homeland in order to take a plane to another country. Some of the countries (or some parts of it) are so big or hardly reachable that half of the locals wont access these parts of the country never in their whole lifetime. I am certain that no one should waste their life on acting like someone has said to be right instead of acting by your own desires. Furthermore, if you have lived in your homeland for your entire lifetime, you should be wise enough to know about the culture, nature and geogra...

Weather forecast

Weather forecast. Millions of people tune into the weather forecast each evening on television. Most of them imagine that the presenter does little more than arrive at the studio a few minutes before the broadcast, read the weather, and then go home. In fact, this image is far from the truth. The two-minute bulletin which we all rely on when we need to know tomorrow's weather is the result of a hard day's work by the presenter, who is actually a highly-qualified meteorologist. Every morning after arriving at the TV studios, the first task of the day is to collect the latest data from the National Meteorological Office. This office provides up-to-the-minute

Kairi Laur IK12 AÜ ,,Hope I Die Before I Get Old: Mispredicting Happiness Across the Adult Lifespan" Heather P. Lacey, Dylan M. Smith ja Peter A. Ubel. 2006. ,,Journal of Happiness Studies" Käesolev artikkel käsitleb teemat, kuidas inimestel on kalduvus ülehinnata asjaolude mõju enda heaolule, mida tõestavad laialdaselt erinevad elusündmused, kuid tajutav vananemise mõju heaolule on suuresti jäänud tähelepanuta. Inimesed näivad kartvat vananeda, hoolimata tõenditest, et heaolu paraneb vanusega

Strawberries

much of the year.( plastic mulch) Renovation and fertilization: Renovate strawberries immediately after harvesting to help reduce disease, stimulate vigorous new growth, and prolong the life of planting. Diseases and Pests 1)Botrytis fruit rot (gray mold) 2)Verticillium wilt 4)Leather rot: 6)Tarnished plant bugs 7)Spittlebugs: Harvest For maximum sweetness and flavor, it's good to pick June-bearing and day-neutral berries a day or two after they are fully red. Berries picked before they are completely red will eventually turn red, but they will not sweeten. For long-term storage of fresh berries, it's best to select firm berries that are not yet fully ripe and to cool them immediately after harvest. Summary For best harvest it’s good to choose the right cultivars and growing conditions. Before starting planting management it’s important to do watering, weed control, mulching, renovation and fertilization. Strawberries have some diseases and pests.

Past perfect simple and past perfect continious

............................. 3 Comparison of the use of different past tenses ...................... 4 Past Perfect Simple The Past Perfect is had + a past participle. It is the same in all persons. I had worked he had gone Negative I had not slept/hadn’t slept Question Had he studied? When to use the Past Perfect Simple Past Perfect tenses in general refer to: An event in the past which happened before another event in the past, where there is no time expression to make this clear. By the time I got to the station, the train had left. Compare this with: The train left five minutes before I got to the station. In this example, the sequence of events is made clear by before. The Past Perfect is not used simply to describe an event in the distant past. There must be another past event, less far away in the past, with which it contrasts.

You need quality carbs, lean protein, heart-healthy fats, and fluids. Your muscles rely on carbohydrate foods like breads, cereals, pasta, rice, fruits, and vegetables for quick energy. You need protein for your muscles and for your blood cells, which bring nutrients and oxygen to your muscles. You also need fluids, or your body will have a hard time performing at its best.
