Subject : The good and bad points of the Bayside Sports Centre
Date : 23 January 2015
Introduction : The idea of this report is to describe the situation at the Bayside sports center and making recommendations for improvement.
Positive aspects: Firstly, there is wide range of activities available , also there are new and modern equipment in the Bayside sports center. Secondly, the sports center is opened seven days a week. Thirdly, there are working well trained instructors and sufficient staff , which is really good.
Negative aspects: There are some bad aspects too in the sports center. Firstly, there are not enough exercise machines , so you have to wait for a long time to use them . Secondly, prices are high and there are no special offers . Thirdly, the staff is not very friendly and it takes a long time to get their help.
Recommendations: There should be some changes . Firstly, they should buy more exercise machines. Secondly, they should make some special offers for people. Thirdly, they have to hire employees who are friendly with other people. Fourthly, there should be a limit, how many people are allowed to be in the sports centre.
Conclusion : Bayside sports center is a really good sports center, but there are some negative aspects. If the previous 4 recommendations will be done, the Bayside sports center would be an excellent place where to train .

ESTONIAN EDUCATION POLICY. MAIN PROBLEMS AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS Hanna-Loora Bobrov Since I was a teenager, I remember thinking of the school education quality. How to improve it, where teacher could be more efficient and how to make a better environment for the pupils. And now all these years later I am a young teacher and it is still important for me what is going on within my society in education. I believe I have some kind of advance of knowing what is really going on in Estonian schools and how the education policy really works. Because not long ago I finished the high school, before that changing a lot of different schools and I think I can say that I superficially know how different schools are working in various regions of Estonia. Being a student at the faculty of education has opened my eyes for a lot of different things, perspectives and helped a lot to understand deeper, why things are like they are.

British Cuisine Some people criticize English food. They say it's unimaginable, boring, tasteless, it's chips with everything and totally overcooked vegetables. The basic ingredients, when fresh, are so full of flavour that British haven't had to invent sauces to disguise their natural taste. What can compare with fresh pees or new potatoes just boiled and served with butter? Why drown spring lamb in wine or cream and spices, when with just one or two herbs it is absolutely delicious? If you ask foreigners to name some typically English dishes, they will probably say "Fish and chips" then stop. It is disappointing, but true that, there is no tradition in England of eating in restaurants, because the food doesn't lend itself to such preparation. English cooking is found at home. So it is difficult to a good English restaurant with a reasonable prices. In most cities in Britain you'll find Indian, Chinese, French and Italian restaurants. In London you'll also find Indonesian,

initiative, he seems to have had certain problems in his relationships with other staff. It is therefore recommended that he should not be promoted at this time. b) In summary, although Mr Pellegrini seems to have had certain problems in his relationships with other staff, he carries out his duties extremely efficiently and with an exceptional degree of initiative. It is therefore recommended that he should not be promotcd at this time. Discussion 3 The most logical version of each report is 1b) and 2a). In these versions the ideas are organized so that they directly support the recommendation. In 1a) and 2b), on the other hand, the organization of ideas would seem to lead towards quite the opposite recommendation to the one which is actually given. How does this happen? In both versions of each report, the writer has a positive and a negative point to discuss. For instance in 1, the positive point is the machine's efficiency, the negative point is the cost
